本实用新型的装饰灯,在灯壳外贴有幻彩膜,装饰灯内还装配有驱动马达,驱动马达开启后,驱动灯壳以走线柱为轴心转动。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:通过在灯壳内部设置中空管状的走线柱,使得从灯壳外部看不到杂乱的走线,且看不到走线柱的黑影,保持了灯壳的完整性, 提升装饰灯的美观度,使其达到更好地娱乐效果。

具体实施方式
本实用新型 较佳实施例的 装饰灯结构示意 如图1所示 ,包括可透光的中空柱形灯壳 10 ,灯壳 10 底部 12 内侧设置有 LED 光源组 20 ,装饰灯还包括电连接 LED 光源组 20 、以控制 LED 光源组 20 发光的控制组件 30 ,控制组件 30 包括设置在灯壳 10 顶部、以接收外部信号的感应元件 31 。其中,灯壳 10 内从顶部 11 到底部 12 贯穿设置有中空管状的走线柱 40 ,用于容纳连接控制组件 30 和 LED 光源组 20 的电线,走线柱 40 从灯壳 10 的顶部 11 一直延伸到底部 12 。通过感应元件 31 可改变 LED 光源组 20 的发光效果,例如改变发光颜色和亮度,通过灯壳 10 透光,可达到娱乐的目的。由于采用了中空管状的走线柱 40 ,从外部看去不会看到杂乱的电线, 且看不到走线柱的黑影,保持了灯壳的 完整性, 提升装饰灯的美观度,使其达到更好地娱乐效果。
上述实施例中,如图 1 、图 3 和图 4 所示,将走线柱 40 悬空设置在灯壳 10 内,例如沿着灯壳 10 的轴线设置,这样可以减少电线向灯壳 10 传递的热量,走线柱 40 的两端分别连接在灯壳 10 的顶部 11 和底部 12 ,起到固定的作用。
优选的,走线柱 40 的外侧铺设有用于增强反光的反光膜,使得从外面观看不会看到走线柱内部的走线,同时还能增强装饰灯的出光。
优选的,走线柱 40 还可为磨砂玻璃制成的中空管。
优选的,走线柱 40 外侧装配有 LED 光源,走线柱外侧的 LED 光源在工作过程中发光,使得从装饰灯外观察不到走线柱。
优选地,如图 2 所示,将 LED 光源组 20 以走线柱 40 为中心、呈环形设置在底部 12 上。这样可以使得 LED 光源组 20 从下往上发光,且光线分布在走线柱 40 四周,因此走线柱 40 不会挡住光线,所以不会形成黑影。
优选地,灯壳 10 为采用磨砂玻璃材料制成的半透明灯壳,磨砂材料的透光率适中,不会产生刺眼的眩光。而且不会直接看到内部的走线柱 40 ,所以走线柱 40 就变成隐形的了。从而避免了从外部看到走线柱 40 的黑影、或直接看到走线柱 40 、导线槽的缺陷,也保持了灯壳 10 的完整性,结构设计也更加简单。
在另一实施例中,如图 2 所示,在灯壳 10 底部 12 设置有不透光的基座 13 ,基座 13 内设置有电池盒 50 ;控制组件 30 包括设置在灯壳 10 顶部 11 、电连接感应元件 31 的触控板 32 ,和设置在基座 13 内的主控板 33 ,触控板 32 与主控板 33 之间电连接。基座 13 可以避免光线从灯壳 10 底部 12 透出,并能起到固定整个灯体、容纳电池盒 50 和主控板 32 的作用。优选地,走线柱 40 采用不可透光材料制成,以免从装饰灯外部看到走线柱 40 内部的电线。
优选的,灯壳贴有幻彩膜,幻彩膜在 LED 光源组的照明下显现出各种颜色与图案。
优选的,装饰灯装配有驱动马达驱动所述灯壳以走线柱为轴心转动。
在如图 3 所示的实施例中,装饰灯顶部还装配有红外探测装置 60 和声控开关 80 ,红外探测装置 60 和声控开关 80 可以在探测到有人接近装饰灯的时候自动启动装饰灯。
如图 1 所示,灯壳 10 优选为圆柱形,或者为方柱形,也可以是大体呈柱形形状,例如图 3 和图 4 所示的,在圆柱形或方柱形的表面设置一个或多个连续的波浪纹。
优选地,灯壳 10 底部 12 厚度比顶部 11 薄,以达到良好的透气、透光的效果。
优选的,灯壳 10 顶部设置有透气口,透气口用于帮助降低灯壳内的温度。
上述实施例中,感应元件 31 包括用于接收颜色控制信号、以改变发光颜色的颜色感应元件 311 和用于接收亮度控制信号、以改变发光亮度的亮度感应元件 312 。这样用户可以通过感应元件 31 来随时改变装饰灯的发光效果,调节气氛。
优选地,如图 2 所示,将上述颜色感应元件 311 设置为环形,亮度感应元件 312 设置在颜色感应元件 311 的环形圈内。环形颜色感应元件 311 的表面不同位置对应不同的颜色,可以通过触摸该颜色感应元件 311 连续的改变装饰灯的发光颜色。中间的亮度感应元件 312 可以是简单的触控开关,也可以是可以连续改变装饰灯发光亮度的感应元件。
其中,感应元件 31 优选采用电容式触摸感应元件,可将触摸信号通过电容值的改变传递至控制组件其余部份。将感应元件 31 设置在灯壳 10 顶部 11 可便于用户使用。
优选的,灯壳 10 由多片可拆卸的灯壳组片 11 组成,灯壳组片的形状、颜色可根据实际需求进行组合。
在进一步的实施例中,如图 5 所示,装饰灯的触控板 32 包括用于控制 LED 光源组 20 发光亮度的亮度控制模块 321 , LED 光源组 20 包括输出功率可调节的发光元件。亮度控制模块 321 包括:亮度信号分析单元 3211 ,用于根据亮度控制信号选择相应的输出功率,在该亮度信号分析单元 3211 中,可以预先将不同的变化信号与不同输出功率相对应,其中亮度控制信号可以是电阻变化信号、电流变化信号、电压变化信号或电容变化信号;亮度信号输出单元 3212 ,用于将输出功率发送给 LED 光源组 20 ,以调节 LED 光源组 20 的发光亮度。用户通过亮度感应元件 312 向装饰灯输入亮度信号,调节装饰灯的亮度。
装饰灯的触控板 32 还包括用于控制 LED 光源组 20 发光颜色的颜色控制模块 322 , LED 光源组 20 包括多种颜色的 LED 光源,例如红、绿、蓝等。颜色控制模块 322 包括:颜色信号分析单元 3221 ,用于根据颜色控制信号选择相应颜色的 LED 光源,颜色控制信号可以是电阻变化信号、电流变化信号、电压变化信号或电容变化信号,在该颜色信号分析单元 3221 中,可以预先将不同的变化信号与不同光源颜色相对应;颜色信号输出单元 3222 ,用于向被选择颜色的 LED 光源发送控制信号,以点亮相应颜色的 LED 光源。用户通过颜色感应元件 311 向装饰灯输入颜色信号,以改变装饰灯的发光颜色。
综上所述,本实用新型通过在灯壳 10 内部设置中空管状的走线柱 40 ,使得从灯壳 10 外部看不到杂乱的走线,且看不到走线柱的黑影,保持了灯壳的完整性,提升装饰灯的美观度,使其达到更好地娱乐效果。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种装饰灯,包括可透光的中空柱形灯壳(10 ),所述灯壳( 10 )底部( 12 )内侧设置有 LED 光源组( 20 ),所述装饰灯还包括电连接所述 LED 光源组( 20 )、以控制所述 LED 光源组( 20 )发光的控制组件( 30 ),所述控制组件( 30 )包括设置在所述灯壳( 10 )顶部、以接收外部信号的感应元件( 31 ),其特征在于,所述灯壳( 10 )内从顶部( 11 )到底部( 12 )贯穿设置有中空管状的走线柱( 40 ),以容纳连接所述控制组件( 30 )和所述 LED 光源组( 20 )的电线。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述灯壳( 10 )底部( 12 )设置有不透光的基座( 13 ),所述基座( 13 )内设置有电池盒( 50 );
    所述控制组件( 30 )还包括设置在所述灯壳( 10 )顶部( 11 )、电连接所述感应元件( 31 )的触控板( 32 )和设置在所述基座( 13 )内的主控板( 33 ),所述触控板( 32 )与所述主控板( 33 )之间电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述 LED 光源组( 20 )以所述走线柱( 40 )为中心、呈环形设置在所述底部( 12 )。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述灯壳( 10 )为采用磨砂玻璃制成的半透明灯壳。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述灯壳( 10 )底部( 12 )厚度比所述顶部( 11 )薄。
  6. 根据权利要求 2 所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述感应元件( 31 )包括用于接收颜色控制信号、以改变发光颜色的颜色感应元件( 311 ),和用于接收亮度控制信号、以改变发光亮度的亮度感应元件( 312 )。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述颜色感应元件( 311 )为环形,所述亮度感应元件( 312 )设置在所述颜色感应元件( 311 )的环形圈内。
  8. 根据权利要求 6 所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述触控板( 32 )包括用于控制所述 LED 光源组( 20 )发光亮度的亮度控制模块( 321 )和用于控制所述 LED 光源组( 20 )发光颜色的颜色控制模块( 322 ),所述 LED 光源组( 20 )包括多个输出功率和颜色可调节的 LED 光源;其中,
    所述亮度控制模块( 321 )包括:用于根据所述亮度控制信号选择相应的输出功率的亮度信号分析单元( 3211 ),和用于将所述输出功率发送给所述 LED 光源组、以调节所述 LED 光源组发光亮度的亮度信号输出单元( 3212 );
    所述颜色控制模块( 322 )包括:用于根据所述颜色控制信号选择相应颜色 LED 光源的颜色信号分析单元( 3221 ),和用于向被选择颜色的 LED 光源发送控制信号、以点亮相应颜色的 LED 光源颜色信号输出单元( 3222 )。
  9. 根据权利要求 1-8 任一所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述走线柱( 40 )外侧铺设有反射膜。
  10. 根据权利要求 1-8 任一所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述走线柱( 40 )为磨砂玻璃制成的中空管。
  11. 根据权利要求 1-8 任一所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述走线柱( 40 )悬空设置在灯壳 10 内。
  12. 根据权利要求 1-8 任一所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述灯壳( 10 )顶部设置有用于降低灯壳内温度的透气口。
  13. 根据权利要求 1-8 任一所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述走线柱( 40 )外侧装配有 LED 光源。
  14. 根据权利要求 1-8 任一所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述装饰灯的走线柱( 40 )为可伸展压缩的走线柱灯壳( 10 )为可伸展压缩的灯壳。
  15. 根据权利要求 1-8 任一所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述装饰灯的灯壳( 10 )由可拆卸的灯壳组片( 11 )组成。
  16. 根据权利要求 1-8 任一所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述装饰灯的顶部装配红外探测装置,所述红外探测装置通过走线柱内的导线与 LED 光源组电连接。
  17. 根据权利要求 1-8 任一所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述装饰灯包括声控开关,所述声控开关与所述 LED 光源组电连接。
  18. 根据权利要求 1-8 任一所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述装饰灯包括无线控制模块,所述无线控制模块电连接所述控制组件。
  19. 根据权利要求 1-8 任一所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述装饰灯的灯壳(10)贴有幻彩膜。
  20. 根据权利要求 1-8 任一所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述装饰灯包括驱动马达,所述驱动马达驱动所述灯壳(10)以所述走线柱为轴心转动。
