Abstract

Cette invention concerne un distributeur. Plus particulièrement, elle concerne un distributeur sécurisé destiné à distribuer du matériel sur une bande transporteuse enfermée dans un tuyau, plus connu sous le nom de convoyeur tubulaire, qui empêche l'accès au matériel transporté. Le distributeur comprend un conteneur, un élément régulateur de débit et un élément de restriction de débit. Le conteneur définit une extrémité de chargement destinée à recevoir le matériel et une extrémité de déchargement destinée à décharger le matériel sur la bande transporteuse. En fonctionnement, l'élément régulateur de débit régule le débit du matériel à travers l'extrémité de déchargement du conteneur alors que l'élément de restriction de débit restreint le débit du matériel déposé sur la bande transporteuse d'amont vers aval évitant ainsi le refoulement du matériel dans la direction opposée, d'aval vers amont. En outre, l'élément de restriction de débit comprend une extrémité libre pouvant être positionnée, en fonctionnement, en contact ou à proximité de la bande transporteuse.
