Abstract
L'invention porte sur un système d'engrenages planétaires (A), lequel système comprend un pignon planétaire (2), une couronne de train planétaire (4), des engrenages planétaires (6), et un porteur du type à chevauchement (8) ayant deux parois d'extrémité (12, 14) et des poches (18) entre celles-ci. Les engrenages planétaires font partie des ensembles planétaires (B) qui sont installés sous la forme d'unités dans les poches où des engrenages planétaires tournent en prise avec le pignon planétaire et la couronne de train planétaire. Chaque ensemble planétaire comprend une broche (36) autour de laquelle l'engrenage planétaire tourne sur un palier (46) qui est intégré à la broche et à l'engrenage planétaire du fait que ses chemins de roulement (48, 50) forment des surfaces sur l'engrenage planétaire et sur la broche, de façon à permettre ainsi à un engrenage planétaire d'avoir un diamètre primitif réduit. La broche est serrée étroitement entre les deux parois d'extrémité par une vis filetée sans tête (30) qui s'étend à travers la broche, et ceci sert à rigidifier encore davantage le porteur et à résister à la rotation du porteur.
