优选的,所述控制模块用于根据所述开启指令中断接收或发送所述其他音视频通信窗口的音视频数据;或
所述控制模块用于将所述开启指令发送到服务器,所述服务器根据所述开启指令中断接收或发送所述其他音视频通信窗口的音视频数据。
优选的,所述音视频通信客户端还包括:
展示模块,用于获取与开启音视频通信的音视频通信窗口关联的成员列表,并在所述音视频通信窗口中展示所述成员列表中的成员;
所述服务器还用于存储所述成员列表,并根据所述成员列表接收和发送音视频数据。
优选的,所述成员的显示位置设置有音视频通信图标,点击成员对应的音视频通信图标,可触发音视频通信的开启指令或关闭指令。
优选的,所述指令获取模块还用于获取用户对成员关闭音视频通信的关闭指令,所述控制模块还用于根据关闭指令关闭成员的音视频通信。
优选的,所述控制模块用于根据所述关闭指令屏蔽接收所述成员的音视频数据;或
所述控制模块用于发送所述关闭指令到服务器,所述服务器还用于根据所述关闭指令中断发送所述成员的音视频数据至客户端。
上述音视频通信方法、系统及客户端,获取用户开启任一音视频通信窗口的视音频通信的开启指令,并根据该开启指令将其他音视频通信窗口的音视频通信都关闭, 无需用户逐一去关闭其他不需要开启的音视频通信窗口, 从而 极大的提高了操作的便利性,省时省力,大大减轻用户的负担,从而满足用户的越来越多的需求。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述。
图 1 是一个实施例中音视频通信管理方法的流程图。该方法包括如下步骤:
S10 :客户端与服务器建立音视频通信连接,客户端打开多个音视频通信窗口。
音视频通信是通过用户使用客户端打开音视频窗口,借由服务器建立音视频通信连接,进行音视频数据交换来完成的。在进行音视频通信时,用户在客户端通常会打开多个音视频通信窗口。多个音视频通信窗口可以为单人音视频通信窗口,也可以为多人音视频通信窗口(音视频通信群或音视频通信房间 )。例如,如图 2 所示,某用户使用 QQ 即时通信工具客户端,会同时打开了 QQ 多人视频 A 、 QQ 多人视频 B 、 QQ 多人视频 C 三个多人音视频通信群或房间。
S20 :获取开启多个音视频通信窗口中的任意一个音视频通信窗口的音视频通信的开启指令。
在一个实施例中,在每个音视频通信窗口上设置用于开启该音视频通信窗口音视频通信的音视频通信图标,开启该音视频通信窗口的音视频通信时,用户点击音视频通信窗口的音视频通信图标,产生开启指令。该实施例中,客户端获取开启多个音视频通信窗口中的任意一个音视频通信窗口的音视频通信的开启指令。
S30 :根据开启指令关闭多个音视频通信窗口中的其他音视频通信窗口的音视频通信。
用户在打开多个音视频通信窗口时,会有一个以上窗口同时进行音视频通信,这样会互相干扰。例如,如图 2 所示, 用户打开了 QQ 多人视频 A 、 QQ 多人视频 B 、 QQ 多人视频 C 三个多人音视频通信群或房间。若 QQ 多人视频 A 和 QQ 多人视频 B 的音视频通信都开启,两者同时进行音视频通信,则在这种场景下, QQ 多人视频 A 和 QQ 多人视频 B 的音视频通信会互相干扰。
为避免互相干扰,该实施例中,根据开启指令关闭多个音视频通信窗口中的其他音视频通信窗口的音视频通信,即在开启多个音视频通信窗口中任意一个音视频通信窗口音视频通信时,关闭其他音视频通信窗口的音视频通信,也即同一时刻只有一个音视频通信窗口音视频通信开启。
例如,如图 2 和图 3 所示,若 用户初始开启了 QQ 多人视频 A 的音视频通信,则获取并根据 QQ 多人视频 A 的开启指令,将 QQ 多人视频 B 和 QQ 多人视频 C 的音视频通信关闭;如果用户接下来开启 QQ 多人视频 B 的音视频通信,则获取并根据 QQ 多人视频 B 的开启指令,将 QQ 多人视频 A 的音视频通信自动关闭。这样 从而避免干扰, 无须用户操作,方便快捷,大大提高用户操作的便利性。
在一个实施例中,根据开启指令关闭多个音视频通信窗口中的其他音视频通信窗口的音视频通信的步骤具体为:客户端根据开启指令中断接收或发送其他音视频通信窗口的音视频数据;或者客户端将开启指令发送到服务器,服务器根据开启指令中断接收或发送其他音视频通信窗口的音视频数据。
此外,在音视频通信窗口为多人音视频通信窗口时, 窗口中有多个成员。 多人音视频通信窗口开启音视频通信时, 每个成员面对的音视频通信对象均为所有成员,面对的视频对象或语音对象都是相同的,但是单个成员需要根据自己的需要选择一些成员进行音视频通信,关闭不需要成员的音视频通信,故需要对窗口中的成员进行音视频通信管理。
在一个实施例中,上述音视频通信方法进一步包括步骤:客户端获取与开启音视频通信的音视频通信窗口关联的成员列表,并在音视频通信窗口中展示成员列表中的成员。
该实施例中,在服务器存储了各个音视频通信窗口关联的成员列表,当用户通过客户端打开音视频通信窗口时,服务器根据成员列表接收和发送音视频数据。客户端获取成员列表并展示每个成员。另外,可在每个成员的显示位置设置音视频通信图标,点击成员对应的音视频通信图标,可触发与某个成员之间的音视频通信的开启指令或关闭指令 。
在一个实施例中,上述音视频通信方法还包括步骤: 获取用户对成员关闭音视频通信的关闭指令,根据关闭指令关闭成员的音视频通信。
用户 关闭不需要成员的音视频通信时,点击位于成员显示位置的音视频通信图标,会产生关闭指令,获取该关闭指令确定用户需要关闭的成员,根据该关闭指令关闭 成员的音视频通信, 进而 对成员的音视频通信进行管理,满足用户的个性化需求。
在一个实施例中,获取用户对成员关闭音视频通信的关闭指令,根据关闭指令关闭成员的音视频通信的步骤具体为:客户端获取用户对成员关闭音视频通信的关闭指令,根据关闭指令屏蔽接收成员的音视频数据;或客户端获取用户对成员关闭音视频通信的关闭指令,并发送到服务器,服务器根据关闭指令中断发送成员的音视频数据至客户端 。
这样对于每个成员,用户的音视频数据还可以正常上传至服务器,只是客户端对音视频数据进行屏蔽或者只是服务器不再发送每个成员需要关闭成员的音视频 数据,只在每个成员所面对的窗口中关闭,不影响其他成员,从 而使每个成员方便、自由对所有成员的音视频通信进行管理, 满足用户选择特定的视频对象或语音对象的个性化需求。
图 4 是一个实施例中音视频通信管理系统的结构示意图。该系统包括客户端 100 及与客户端 100 建立音视频通信连接的服务器 200 ,客户端 100 打开多个音视频通信窗口,客户端 100 还包括:
指令获取模块 110 ,用于获取开启多个音视频通信窗口中的任意一个音视频通信窗口的音视频通信的开启指令。
音视频通信是通过用户使用客户端 100 打开音视频通信窗口,借由服务器 200 建立音视频通信连接,进行音视频数据交换来完成的。在进行音视频通信时,用户在客户端 100 通常会打开多个音视频通信窗口。多个音视频通信窗口可以为单人音视频通信窗口,也可以为多人音视频通信窗口(音视频通信群或音视频通信房间 )。例如,如图 2 所示,某用户使用 QQ 即时通信工具客户端,会同时打开了 QQ 多人视频 A 、 QQ 多人视频 B 、 QQ 多人视频 C 三个多人音视频通信群或房间。
在一个实施例中,在每个音视频通信窗口上设置用于开启该音视频通信窗口音视频通讯的音视频通信图标。开启该音视频通信窗口的音视频通信时,用户点击音视频通信窗口的音频或者视频通信图标,产生开启指令。指令获取模块 110 获取该开启指令。
控制模块 120 ,用于根据开启指令关闭所述多个音视频通信窗口中的其他音视频通信窗口的音视频通信。
用户在打开多个音视频通信窗口时,会有一个以上窗口同时进行音视频通信,这样会互相干扰。例如,如图 2 所示, 用户打开了 QQ 多人视频 A 、 QQ 多人视频 B 、 QQ 多人视频 C 三个多人音视频通信群或房间。若 QQ 多人视频 A 和 QQ 多人视频 B 的音视频通信都开启,两者同时进行音视频通信,则在这种场景下, QQ 多人视频 A 和 QQ 多人视频 B 的音视频通信会互相干扰。
为避免互相干扰,该实施例中,控制模块 120 根据开启指令关闭多个音视频通信窗口中的其他音视频通信窗口的音视频通信,即在开启多个音视频通信窗口中任意一个音视频通信窗口音视频通信时,控制模块 120 关闭其他音视频通信窗口的音视频通信,也即同一时刻只有一个音视频通信窗口音视频通信开启。
例如,如图 2 和图 3 所示,若 用户初始开启了 QQ 多人视频 A 的音视频通信, 控制模块 120 则根据 QQ 多人视频 A 的开启指令,将 QQ 多人视频 B 和 QQ 多人视频 C 的音视频通信关闭;如果用户接下来开启 QQ 多人视频 B 的音视频通信, 控制模块 120 则根据 QQ 多人视频 B 的开启指令,将 QQ 多人视频 A 的音视频通信自动关闭。这样 从而避免干扰, 无须用户操作,方便快捷,大大提高用户操作的便利性。
在一个实施例中,控制模块 120 根据开启指令中断接收或发送其他音视频通信窗口的音视频数据;或者控制模块 120 将开启指令发送到服务器,服务器根据开启指令中断接收或发送其他音视频通信窗口的音视频数据。

在一个实施例中,上述音视频系统进一步包括:展示模块 130 ,与指令获取模块 110 和控制模块 120 连接,用于获取与开启音视频通信的音视频通信窗口关联的成员列表,并在音视频通信窗口中展示成员列表中的成员。
该实施例中,在服务器 200 还存储了各个音视频通信窗口关联的成员列表,当用户通过客户端 100 打开音视频通信窗口时,服务器 200 根据成员列表接收和发送音视频数据。另外,可在每个成员的显示位置设置音视频通信图标,点击成员对应的音视频通信图标,可触发与某个成员之间的音视频通信的开启指令或关闭指令 。
展示模块 130 获取成员列表并展示每个成员,确定音视频通信窗口中的多个成员并展示给用户。用户 关闭不需要成员的音视频通信时 ,点击成员对应的音视频通信图标, 触发关闭指令。
指令获取模块 110 还用于获取用户对成员关闭音视频通信的关闭指令,控制模块 120 还用于根据关闭指令关闭成员的音视频通信。
用户 关闭不需要成员的音视频通信时,会产生关闭指令,获取该关闭指令确定用户需要关闭的成员,根据该关闭指令关闭 成员的音视频通信, 进而 对成员的音视频通信进行管理,满足用户的个性化需求。
该实施例中,指令获取模块 110 还用于获取用户对成员关闭音视频通信的关闭指令,控制模块 120 还用于根据关闭指令屏蔽接收成员的音视频数据;或
控制模块 120 还用于发送关闭指令到服务器 200 ,服务器 200 根据关闭指令中断发送成员的音视频数据至客户端 100 。
这样对于每个成员,用户的音视频数据还可以正常上传至服务器 200 ,只是控制模块 120 对音视频数据进行屏蔽或者只是服务器 200 不再发送每个成员需要关闭成员的音视频 数据,只在每个成员所面对的窗口中关闭,不影响其他成员,从 而使每个成员方便、自由对所有成员的音视频通信进行管理, 满足用户选择特定的视频对象或语音对象的个性化需求。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体( Read-Only Memory , ROM )或随机存储记忆体( Random Access Memory , RAM )等。
上述音视频通信方法及系统,获取用户开启任一音视频通信窗口的视音频通信的开启指令,并根据该开启指令将其他音视频通信窗口的音视频通信都关闭, 无需用户逐一去关闭其他不需要开启的音视频通信窗口, 从而 极大的提高了操作的便利性,省时省力,大大减轻用户的负担,从而满足用户的越来越多的需求。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种音视频通信方法,包括如下步骤:
    客户端与服务器建立音视频通信连接,所述客户端打开多个音视频通信窗口;
    获取开启所述多个音视频通信窗口中的任意一个音视频通信窗口的音视频通信的开启指令;
    根据所述音视频开启指令关闭所述多个音视频通信窗口中的其他音视频通信窗口的音视频通信。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的音视频通信方法,其特征在于,每个音视频通信窗口上设置有用于开启该音视频通信窗口音视频通信的音视频通信图标,开启该音视频通信窗口的音视频通信时,点击音视频通信窗口的音视频通信图标,产生开启指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的音视频通信方法,其特征在于,
    所述根据所述开启指令关闭所述多个音视频通信窗口中的其他音视频通信窗口的音视频通信的步骤为:
    所述客户端根据所述开启指令中断接收或发送所述其他音视频通信窗口的音视频数据;或
    所述客户端将所述开启指令发送到服务器,所述服务器根据所述开启指令中断接收或发送所述其他音视频通信窗口的音视频数据。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的音视频通信方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:所述客户端获取与开启音视频通信的音视频通信窗口关联的成员列表,并在所述音视频通信窗口中展示所述成员列表中的成员,所述服务器存储所述成员列表,并根据所述成员列表接收和发送音视频数据。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的音视频通信方法,其特征在于,所述成员的显示位置设置有音视频通信图标,点击成员对应的音视频通信图标,可触发音视频通信的开启指令或关闭指令。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的音视频通信方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:获取用户对成员关闭音视频通信的关闭指令,根据关闭指令关闭成员的音视频通信。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的音视频通信方法,其特征在于,
    所述获取用户对成员关闭音视频通信的关闭指令,根据关闭指令关闭成员的音视频通信的步骤具体为:
    所述客户端获取用户对所述成员关闭音视频通信的关闭指令,根据所述关闭指令屏蔽接收所述成员的音视频数据;或
    所述客户端获取用户对所述成员关闭音视频通信的关闭指令,并发送到服务器,所述服务器根据所述关闭指令中断发送所述成员的音视频数据至客户端。
  8. 一种音视频通信系统,包括客户端及与所述客户端建立音视频通信连接的服务器,所述客户端打开多个音视频通信窗口,其特征在于,所述客户端还包括:
    指令获取模块,用于获取开启所述多个音视频通信窗口中的任意一个音视频通信窗口的音视频通信的开启指令;
    控制模块,用于根据所述音视频开启指令关闭所述多个音视频通信窗口中的其他音视频通信窗口的音视频通信。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的音视频通信管理系统,其特征在于,每个音视频通信窗口上设置有用于开启该音视频通信窗口音视频通信的音视频通信图标,开启该音视频通信窗口的音视频通信时,点击音视频通信窗口的音视频通信图标,产生开启指令。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的音视频通信管理系统,其特征在于,
    所述控制模块用于根据所述开启指令中断接收或发送所述其他音视频通信窗口的音视频数据;或
    所述控制模块用于将所述开启指令发送到服务器,所述服务器根据所述开启指令中断接收或发送所述其他音视频通信窗口的音视频数据。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的音视频通信管理系统,其特征在于,所述客户端还包括:
    展示模块,用于获取与开启音视频通信的音视频通信窗口关联的成员列表,并在所述音视频通信窗口中展示所述成员列表中的成员;
    所述服务器还用于存储所述成员列表,并根据所述成员列表接收和发送音视频数据。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的音视频通信管理系统,其特征在于,所述成员的显示位置设置有音视频通信图标,点击成员对应的音视频通信图标,可触发音视频通信的开启指令或关闭指令。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的音视频通信管理系统,其特征在于,所述指令获取模块还用于获取用户对成员关闭音视频通信的关闭指令,所述控制模块还用于根据关闭指令关闭成员的音视频通信。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的音视频通信管理系统,其特征在于,所述控制模块用于根据所述关闭指令屏蔽接收所述成员的音视频数据;或
    所述控制模块用于发送所述关闭指令到服务器,所述服务器还用于根据所述关闭指令中断发送所述成员的音视频数据至客户端。
  15. 一种音视频通信客户端,与服务器建立音视频通信连接,并打开多个音视频通信窗口,其特征在于,包括:
    指令获取模块,用于获取开启所述多个音视频通信窗口中的任意一个音视频通信窗口的音视频通信的开启指令;
    控制模块,用于根据所述音视频开启指令关闭所述多个音视频通信窗口中的其他音视频通信窗口的音视频通信。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的音视频通信客户端,其特征在于,每个音视频通信窗口上设置有用于开启该音视频通信窗口音视频通信的音视频通信图标,开启该音视频通信窗口的音视频通信时,点击音视频通信窗口的音视频通信图标,产生开启指令。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的音视频通信客户端,其特征在于,
    所述控制模块用于根据所述开启指令中断接收或发送所述其他音视频通信窗口的音视频数据;或
    所述控制模块用于将所述开启指令发送到服务器,所述服务器根据所述开启指令中断接收或发送所述其他音视频通信窗口的音视频数据。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的音视频通信客户端,其特征在于,所述音视频通信客户端还包括:
    展示模块,用于获取与开启音视频通信的音视频通信窗口关联的成员列表,并在所述音视频通信窗口中展示所述成员列表中的成员;
    所述服务器还用于存储所述成员列表,并根据所述成员列表接收和发送音视频数据。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的音视频通信客户端,其特征在于,所述成员的显示位置设置有音视频通信图标,点击成员对应的音视频通信图标,可触发音视频通信的开启指令或关闭指令。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的音视频通信客户端,其特征在于,所述指令获取模块还用于获取用户对成员关闭音视频通信的关闭指令,所述控制模块还用于根据关闭指令关闭成员的音视频通信。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的音视频通信客户端,其特征在于,所述控制模块用于根据所述关闭指令屏蔽接收所述成员的音视频数据;或
    所述控制模块用于发送所述关闭指令到服务器,所述服务器还用于根据所述关闭指令中断发送所述成员的音视频数据至客户端。
