본 발명은 사용자에게 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공하는 방법 및 이를 수행하는 알림 시스템에 관한 것이다.
컴퓨터 및 통신기술의 발전으로 초고속 네트워크로 문자, 이미지, 비디오 및 오디오 등의 다양한 형태의 정보를 제공할 수 있게 되었고, 또한 데이터 압축기법의 향상으로 대용량의 멀티미디어 정보의 실시간 서비스를 제공하는 멀티미디어 데이터 서비스가 가능하게 되었다.
이러한 멀티미디어 데이터 서비스의 하나로 음원 서비스가 있다. 음원 서비스는 음악 감상을 하고자 하는 사용자가 다양한 음악 파일(음원 데이터)을 저장하고 있는 서버에 접속하여 특정 음악을 요청하게 되면, 그 서버는 상기 사용자에게 요청된 음원 데이터를 전송한다.
사용자의 클라이언트 프로그램은 수신되는 음악 데이터를 실시간으로 재생하고 이에 따라 사용자는 원하는 음악을 감상하게 된다.

알림요청 판단부(200)는 알림 요청부(100)로부터 제공된 단말의 현재 상황 정보를 분석하여 상기 단말(10)에서 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한지 여부를 판단하고, 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 것으로 판단되면 단말의 현재 상황 정보를 제공한 해당 단말 사용자의 콘텐츠 취향 분석이 이루어지도록 취향 분석부(210)에 명령을 전달할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 단말에서 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 것으로 판단할 수 있는 요소로는 상기 단말의 위치, 시간, 동작상태가 될 수 있다.
1. 단말의 위치
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공받고자 하는 단말(10)은 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 위치 정보를 설정할 수 있다. 예를 들어 집이나 자주 가는 카페 등의 장소에 대하여 사용자가 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 곳으로서 위치정보를 설정하면, 설정된 정보는 단말(10) 또는 콘텐츠 서버(20)에 저장될 수 있다.
이러한 위치정보는 사용자가 단말(10)을 통해 직접 위치정보를 입력하거나 특정 장소를 지정하면 지정된 장소에 대한 위치정보가 기록되는 것으로 설정될 수 있다. 상기 위치정보는 특정 좌표에 한정되지 않고 특정 좌표를 중심으로 한 일정 범위의 구역으로 설정될 수 있으며, 다수의 위치정보가 기록될 수도 있다.
콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 위치정보로서 설정된 위치정보가 콘텐츠 서버(20)에 저장되는 경우, 단말의 알림 요청부(100)는 현재 단말이 위치한 장소의 위치정보를 콘텐츠 서버의 알림요청 판단부(200)로 전송한다.
상기 알림요청 판단부(200)는 기설정된 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 위치정보와 단말의 알림 요청부(100)로부터 수신된 현재 단말의 위치정보를 비교하여 기설정된 상기 위치정보에 현재 단말의 위치정보가 일치하거나 포함되면 현재 단말에서 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 환경(상황)인 것으로 판단하게 되며 취향 분석부(210)에서 해당 사용자의 콘텐츠 취향을 분석하도록 명령을 전달한다.
또한, 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 위치정보로서 설정된 위치정보가 단말(10)에 저장되는 경우, 단말의 알림 요청부(100)는 현재 단말이 위치한 장소의 위치정보와 설정된 위치정보를 비교한다. 비교결과 설정된 위치정보에 현재 단말의 위치정보가 일치하거나 포함되면 현재 단말에서 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 환경(상황)인 것으로 판단하고 알림 리스트 요청 명령을 생성하여 콘텐츠 서버의 알림요청 판단부(200)로 전송한다.
콘텐츠 서버의 알림요청 판단부(200)는 알림 리스트 요청 명령을 전송한 단말의 사용자의 취향을 분석하도록 취향 분석부(210)에 명령을 전달한다.
2. 시간
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공받고자 하는 단말은 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 시간정보를 설정할 수 있다. 예를 들어 사용자가 출퇴근하거나 등하교하는데 걸리는 시간 또는 취침 전 일정 시간 등 사용자가 콘텐츠 재생을 원하는 시간 정보를 단말(10)을 통해 미리 입력해놓을 수 있다.
상기 시간 정보는 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 시각이나 시간대 또는 시간 범위로 입력될 수 있으며 다수의 시간 정보가 설정될 수 있다.
이러한 상기 시간정보는 상술한 바와 같은 위치정보와 유사하게, 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 판단 기준으로 적용될 수 있는데, 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 시간으로 설정된 시간정보가 단말(10)에 저장되는 경우, 단말의 알림 요청부(100)는 설정된 시간에 도달하게 되면 현재 단말에서 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 상황인 것으로 판단하고 알림 리스트 요청 명령을 생성하여 콘텐츠 서버의 알림요청 판단부(200)로 전송한다. 알림 리스트 요청 명령을 수신한 알림요청 판단부(200)는 해당 단말의 사용자 취향을 분석하도록 취향 분석부(210)에 명령을 전달할 수 있다.
또한, 단말(10)을 통해 입력된 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 시간으로 설정된 시간 정보가 콘텐츠 서버(20)로 전송되어 상기 콘텐츠 서버에 저장되는 경우, 단말의 알림 요청부(100)는 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 시간으로 설정된 시간 정보를 상기 콘텐츠 서버(20)로 전송하며, 콘텐츠 서버의 알림요청 판단부(200)는 현재 시간이 미리 수신된 시간 정보와 일치하거나 포함되는 경우 현재 단말에서 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 상황인 것으로 판단하고 해당 단말의 사용자 취향을 분석하도록 명령을 전달할 수 있다.
3. 단말의 동작상태
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공받고자 하는 단말(10) 또는 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공하는 콘텐츠 서버(20)는 사용자의 명령에 따른 상기 단말(10)의 동작 상태를 통해 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 지 여부를 판단할 수 있다.
첫째로, 상기 단말이 콘텐츠 서비스를 제공하는 웹 화면에 접속하고 사용자 고유정보를 입력하여 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 정당 사용자인 것으로 인증되면 상기 단말을 통해 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 상황인 것으로 판단할 수 있다.
이때 상기 콘텐츠 서비스는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공하는 시스템에서 함께 제공되거나 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 콘텐츠 서버와 연동하는 별도의 서버에서 제공될 수 있다.

둘째로, 상기 단말에서 콘텐츠 검색을 위해 웹상에서 구현된 검색 페이지에 접속한 경우, 상기 단말을 통해 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 것으로 판단할 수 있다.
따라서, 단말의 알림 요청부(100)는 해당 단말이 사용자 입력에 따라 웹상에서 구현된 검색 페이지 등 미리 설정된 웹페이지에 접속 요청 명령을 전송한 것을 감지하면 알림 리스트 요청 명령을 생성하여 상기 콘텐츠 서버의 알림요청 판단부(200)로 전송할 수 있다. 또한, 콘텐츠 서버의 알림요청 판단부(200)는 해당 단말이 검색 페이지에 접속한 것을 감지하면 취향 분석부(210)에 명령을 전달할 수 있다.
셋째로, 상기 단말(10)에 콘텐츠 서버(200)로부터 제공된 콘텐츠 관련 어플리케이션이 설치되어 있는 경우, 상기 콘텐츠 관련 어플리케이션이 실행된 것으로부터 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 환경(상황)인 것으로 판단할 수 있다.
상기 콘텐츠 관련 어플리케이션은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 상기 콘텐츠 서버(20)에서 콘텐츠의 재생을 위해 상기 단말(10)에 제공된 재생 어플리케이션 또는 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공받기 위해 상기 단말에 제공된 알림 어플리케이션일 수 있다. 상기 콘텐츠 관련 어플리케이션은 상기 단말(10)에서 콘텐츠 서버(20)에 접속하면 콘텐츠 서버(20)에서 제공되는 콘텐츠들이 재생되도록 상기 단말에 제공될 수 있으며 상기 콘텐츠 서버에서 제공되었으나 상기 단말에서 자체적으로 실행되어 임의의 콘텐츠를 재생할 수 있는 어플리케이션으로 구현될 수도 있다.

본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 콘텐츠 서버는, 해당 사용자가 재생한 각 곡의 재생 횟수를 통해 해당 사용자의 곡 선호도를 산정할 수 있으나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며 상기 서비스 이용 이력정보를 통해 해당 사용자의 곡 선호도를 판단할 수 있다.
사용자가 선호하는 곡 취향에 대해 분석된 정보를 토대로 유사한 곡을 검색한다.(S220) 상기의 곡 검색은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 콘텐츠 서버를 통해 제공 가능한 다수의 곡을 대상으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 곡명이나 가수, 연주자, 앨범 이름, 장르, 곡에 해당하는 코드, 템포, 가사, 전개방식, 연주된 악기, 곡의 분위기, 가수의 음색 등 곡의 속성이나 내용을 기반으로 유사 곡을 검색할 수 있다.
다음, 사용자가 선호하는 곡과 유사한 것으로 검색된 적어도 하나 이상의 곡 중 최신곡을 선별한다.(S230)
최신곡은 음원 서비스로서 단말의 정당 사용자에게 제공 가능한 다수의 곡 중 최근에 등록된 것으로, 등록된 것이라 함은 곡 정보 또는 해당 곡의 음원 데이터가 단말에 제공될 수 있도록 데이터베이스화된 상태를 나타낼 수 있다.

도9를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따라 단말에 제공되는 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스에 있어서, 사용자1에 대해 취향을 분석하고 유사 곡을 검색하고자 하는 경우, 우선 사용자1의 재생 히스토리를 분석하여 각 곡에 대한 사용자1의 선호도를 산정한다.
산정결과, 사용자1이 곡1에 대해서는 10의 선호도를 갖고, 곡2에 대해서는 1의 선호도를 갖는 것으로 분석되면, 곡1을 재생한 다른 사용자들을 대상으로 곡1에 대한 선호도를 각각 산출한다. 산출결과 곡 1에 대해 사용자2는 10의 선호도를, 사용자3은 5의 선호도를, 사용자4는 1의 선호도를 갖는 것으로 분석되면, 곡1에 대해 10의 선호도를 갖는 것으로 나타난 사용자2의 재생 히스토리를 분석하여 10의 선호도를 갖는 것으로 나타난 다른 곡을 검색한다. 검색결과 곡11이 도출되면, 도출된 곡11은 사용자1의 선호도에 따른 유사곡의 검색 결과로서 최신곡인지 여부를 판별하여 사용자1에게 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 사용자1이 10의 선호도를 갖는 곡1에 대해, 사용자2는 10의 선호도를, 사용자3은 5의 선호도를, 사용자4는 1의 선호도를 갖는 것으로 분석되면, 이들 사용자의 선호도와 동일한 선호도를 갖는 다른 곡을 검색할 수 있다.
즉, 사용자2, 사용자3 및 사용자4의 재생 히스토리를 모두 분석하여 공통으로 포함된 곡이 있는지 검색하고, 검색결과로 도출된 곡에 대해 사용자2, 사용자3 및 사용자4의 선호도를 각각 산출한다. 산출결과 곡11이 곡1과 동일하게 사용자2는 10의 선호도를, 사용자 3은 5의 선호도를, 사용자4는 1의 선호도를 갖는 것으로 분석되면 곡11을 사용자1의 취향에 맞는 유사곡인 것으로 판단하여 최신곡 여부를 판별하고 사용자1에게 제공될 수 있다.
또한, 사용자1이 1의 선호도를 갖는 것으로 나타난 곡2의 경우, 곡2를 재생한 타 사용자들을 대상으로 곡2에 대한 선호도를 각각 산출할 수 있다. 산출결과 곡 2에 대해 사용자5는 10의 선호도를, 사용자6은 5의 선호도를, 사용자7은 1의 선호도를 갖는 것으로 판단되면, 사용자5 또는 사용자6은 사용자1과는 상이한 곡 취향을 갖는 것으로 추정할 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자5 및 사용자6은 재생 히스토리를 분석할 대상 사용자에서 제외될 수 있으며, 사용자7의 재생 히스토리를 분석하여 높은 선호도를 갖는 것으로 나타난 다른 곡을 사용자1의 선호도에 따른 유사곡의 검색 결과로 도출할 수 있다.
곡1에 대해 10의 선호도, 곡2에 대해 1의 선호도를 갖는 것으로 나타나면, 해당 곡1 및 곡2를 재생한 다수 사용자들에 의한 선호도를 각각 산출한다. 그에 따라 곡1에 대해서는 사용자2가 10의 선호도를, 사용자3이 5의 선호도를, 사용자4가 1의 선호도를 갖는 것으로 나타나며, 곡2에 대해서는 사용자5가 10의 선호도를, 사용자6이 5의 선호도를, 사용자7이 1의 선호도를 갖는 것으로 산출된다.
곡1에 대해 선호도를 나타낸 사용자2, 사용자3, 사용자4에 대하여 동일한 선호도를 나타내는 곡을 검색하여 곡11을 도출하고, 곡2에 대해 선호도를 나타낸 사용자5, 사용자6, 사용자7에 대하여 동일한 선호도를 나타내는 곡을 검색하여 곡22를 도출도출된 곡11 및 곡22는 사용자1의 선호도에 따른 유사 곡의 검색 결과로서 사용자1에게 제공될 수 있다. 이때 곡1에 대해 유사한 취향의 사용자를 도출하기 위한 기준으로 적용되는 선호도는 상술한 바와 같이 10을 기준으로 적용되는 데 한정되지 않으며 8~10 등 선호도 범위를 설정하여 적용될 수도 있다.
한편, 사용자 취향에 맞는 유사 곡을 검색하는 또 다른 방법으로서, 동일한 사용자 그룹에 속하는 타 사용자의 재생 곡을 검색하는 방법도 적용될 수 있다.
도10은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스에 있어서, 사용자 취향에 맞는 유사곡을 검색하는 또 다른 방법이 도시된 예시도이다.
도10을 참조하면, 우선 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공받을 다수 사용자에 대하여, 각 사용자들이 제공받아 재생한 곡(음원 콘텐츠)의 수에 따라 청취자 그룹을 나눈다. 예를 들어, 각 사용자가 서비스를 제공받는 동안 또는 일정 기간 동안 재생한 곡이 1~500곡이면 A그룹, 500~1000곡이면 B그룹, 1000곡~3000곡이면 C그룹 등으로 청취자 그룹을 나눌 수 있다.
이때, 단말로부터 알림 리스트 요청 명령이 전달되면, 알림 리스트 요청 명령을 전송한 단말의 사용자가 그동안 또는 일정 기간 동안 재생한 곡의 수를 산출하고, 산출된 곡 수에 따라 해당하는 청취자 그룹을 분류한다.(S500, S510) 따라서 상기 단말을 통해 알림 리스트 요청 명령을 입력한 사용자의 재생 곡 수가 700곡인 경우, 상기 사용자는 B그룹에 속하는 것으로 분류될 수 있다
다음, 분류된 청취자 그룹(예를 들어, B그룹)에 속한 타 사용자들을 검색하고, 검색된 사용자들의 재생 히스토리를 기초로 각 사용자들의 선호도를 추정한다.(S520) 재생 히스토리를 통해 사용자의 선호도를 추정하는 방법은 도8 및 도9를 참조하여 상술한 방법들이 적용될 수 있다.
추정된 선호도에 따라 유사 선호도의 곡을 검색하고, 검색된 곡을 상기 알림 리스트 요청 명령을 입력한 사용자의 취향에 맞는 곡인 것으로 하여 그 중 최신곡을 선별한다.(S530)
이상에서 전술한 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 단말이 콘텐츠 서버로부터 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공받는 방법은, 단말기에 기본적으로 설치된 애플리케이션(이는 단말기에 기본적으로 탑재된 플랫폼이나 운영체제 등에 포함된 프로그램을 포함할 수 있음)에 의해 실행될 수 있고, 사용자가 애플리케이션 스토어 서버, 애플리케이션 또는 해당 서비스와 관련된 웹 서버 등의 애플리케이션 제공 서버를 통해 단말기에 직접 설치한 애플리케이션(즉, 프로그램)에 의해 실행될 수도 있다. 이러한 의미에서, 전술한 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 단말이 콘텐츠 서버로부터 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공받는 방법은 단말기에 기본적으로 설치되거나 사용자에 의해 직접 설치된 애플리케이션(즉, 프로그램)으로 구현되고 단말기 등의 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체에 기록될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 단말이 콘텐츠 서버로부터 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공받는 방법을 실행시키기 위한 프로그램은, 미리 설정된 바에 따라 콘텐츠의 재생이 가능한지 여부를 판단하는 단계, 재생이 가능한 것으로 판단된 경우, 상기 콘텐츠 서버에 알림 리스트 요청 명령을 송신하는 단계 및 상기 콘텐츠 서버로부터 알림 리스트를 수신하면, 수신된 상기 알림 리스트를 화면에 출력하는 단계 등을 실행한다.
또한, 상기 콘텐츠의 재생이 가능한지 여부를 판단하는 단계는, 상기 단말의 위치정보와 미리 설정된 위치정보가 일치하는 경우, 현재 시간이 미리 설정된 시간과 일치하는 경우, 상기 콘텐츠 서버로부터 제공된 어플리케이션이 실행되는 경우, 및 미리 설정된 특정 웹페이지로의 접속 요청 명령을 상기 콘텐츠 서버로 전송하는 경우 중 적어도 한가지 경우에 해당하면 상기 콘텐츠의 재생이 가능한 것으로 판단한다.
이러한 프로그램은 컴퓨터에 의해 읽힐 수 있는 기록매체에 기록되고 컴퓨터에 의해 실행됨으로써 전술한 기능들이 실행될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 컴퓨터가 기록매체에 기록된 프로그램을 읽어 들여 프로그램으로 구현된 단말이 콘텐츠 서버로부터 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공받는 방법을 실행시키기 위하여, 전술한 프로그램은 컴퓨터의 프로세서(CPU)가 읽힐 수 있는 C, C++, JAVA, 기계어 등의 컴퓨터 언어로 코드화된 코드(Code)를 포함할 수 있다.
이러한 코드는 전술한 기능들을 정의한 함수 등과 관련된 기능적인 코드(Function Code)를 포함할 수 있고, 전술한 기능들을 컴퓨터의 프로세서가 소정의 절차대로 실행시키는데 필요한 실행 절차 관련 제어 코드를 포함할 수도 있다.
또한, 이러한 코드는 전술한 기능들을 컴퓨터의 프로세서가 실행시키는데 필요한 추가 정보나 미디어가 컴퓨터의 내부 또는 외부 메모리의 어느 위치(주소 번지)에서 참조 되어야 하는지에 대한 메모리 참조 관련 코드를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 컴퓨터의 프로세서가 전술한 기능들을 실행시키기 위하여 원격(Remote)에 있는 어떠한 다른 컴퓨터나 서버 등과 통신이 필요한 경우, 코드는 컴퓨터의 프로세서가 컴퓨터의 통신 모듈(예: 유선 및/또는 무선 통신 모듈)을 이용하여 원격(Remote)에 있는 어떠한 다른 컴퓨터나 서버 등과 어떻게 통신해야만 하는지, 통신 시 어떠한 정보나 미디어를 송수신해야 하는지 등에 대한 통신 관련 코드를 더 포함할 수도 있다.
그리고, 본 발명을 구현하기 위한 기능적인(Functional) 프로그램과 이와 관련된 코드 및 코드 세그먼트 등은, 기록매체를 읽어서 프로그램을 실행시키는 컴퓨터의 시스템 환경 등을 고려하여, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 프로그래머들에 의해 용이하게 추론되거나 변경될 수도 있다.
이상에서 전술한 바와 같은 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽힐 수 있는 기록매체는, 일 예로, ROM, RAM, CD-ROM, 자기 테이프, 플로피디스크, 광 미디어 저장장치 등이 있다.
또한 전술한 바와 같은 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽힐 수 있는 기록매체는 네트워크로 커넥션된 컴퓨터 시스템에 분산되어, 분산방식으로 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 코드가 저장되고 실행될 수 있다. 이 경우, 다수의 분산된 컴퓨터 중 어느 하나 이상의 컴퓨터는 상기에 제시된 기능들 중 일부를 실행하고, 그 결과를 다른 분산된 컴퓨터들 중 하나 이상에 그 실행 결과를 전송할 수 있으며, 그 결과를 전송받은 컴퓨터 역시 상기에 제시된 기능들 중 일부를 실행하여, 그 결과를 역시 다른 분산된 컴퓨터들에 제공할 수 있다.
특히, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 단말이 콘텐츠 서버로부터 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공받는 방법을 실행시키기 위한 프로그램인 애플리케이션을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체는, 애플리케이션 스토어 서버(Application Store Server), 애플리케이션 또는 해당 서비스와 관련된 웹 서버 등의 애플리케이션 제공 서버(Application Provider Server)에 포함된 저장매체(예: 하드디스크 등)이거나, 애플리케이션 제공 서버 그 자체일 수도 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 단말이 콘텐츠 서버로부터 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공받는 방법을 실행시키기 위한 프로그램인 애플리케이션을 기록한 기록매체를 읽을 수 있는 컴퓨터는, 일반적인 데스크 탑이나 노트북 등의 일반 PC 뿐만 아니라, 스마트 폰, 태블릿 PC, PDA(Personal Digital Assistants) 및 이동통신 단말기 등의 모바일 단말기를 포함할 수 있으며, 이뿐만 아니라, 컴퓨팅(Comuputing) 가능한 모든 기기로 해석되어야 할 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 단말이 콘텐츠 서버로부터 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공받는 방법을 실행시키기 위한 프로그램인 애플리케이션을 기록한 기록매체를 읽을 수 있는 컴퓨터가 스마트 폰, 태블릿 PC, PDA(Personal Digital Assistants) 및 이동통신 단말기 등의 모바일 단말기인 경우, 애플리케이션은 애플리케이션 제공 서버에서 일반 PC로 다운로드 되어 동기화 프로그램을 통해 모바일 단말기에 설치될 수도 있다.
이상에서, 본 발명의 실시예를 구성하는 모든 구성 요소들이 하나로 결합되거나 결합되어 동작하는 것으로 설명되었다고 해서, 본 발명이 반드시 이러한 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 즉, 본 발명의 목적 범위 안에서라면, 그 모든 구성 요소들이 하나 이상으로 선택적으로 결합하여 동작할 수도 있다. 또한, 그 모든 구성 요소들이 각각 하나의 독립적인 하드웨어로 구현될 수 있지만, 각 구성 요소들의 그 일부 또는 전부가 선택적으로 조합되어 하나 또는 복수 개의 하드웨어에서 조합된 일부 또는 전부의 기능을 수행하는 프로그램 모듈을 갖는 컴퓨터 프로그램으로서 구현될 수도 있다. 그 컴퓨터 프로그램을 구성하는 코드들 및 코드 세그먼트들은 본 발명의 기술 분야의 당업자에 의해 용이하게 추론될 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 컴퓨터 프로그램은 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 저장매체(Computer Readable Media)에 저장되어 컴퓨터에 의하여 읽혀지고 실행됨으로써, 본 발명의 실시예를 구현할 수 있다. 컴퓨터 프로그램의 저장매체로서는 자기 기록매체, 광 기록매체, 등이 포함될 수 있다.
또한, 이상에서 기재된 "포함하다", "구성하다" 또는 "가지다" 등의 용어는, 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한, 해당 구성 요소가 내재될 수 있음을 의미하는 것이므로, 다른 구성 요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성 요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것으로 해석되어야 한다. 기술적이거나 과학적인 용어를 포함한 모든 용어들은, 다르게 정의되지 않는 한, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 일반적으로 이해되는 것과 동일한 의미를 가진다. 사전에 정의된 용어와 같이 일반적으로 사용되는 용어들은 관련 기술의 문맥 상의 의미와 일치하는 것으로 해석되어야 하며, 본 발명에서 명백하게 정의하지 않는 한, 이상적이거나 과도하게 형식적인 의미로 해석되지 않는다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 단말로부터 수신된 명령을 토대로 상기 단말이 콘텐츠 재생 가능 상황인지를 판단하는 알림요청 판단부;
    상기 단말의 사용자의 취향에 맞는 콘텐츠 중 하나 이상의 콘텐츠를 선별하는 최신 콘텐츠 선별부; 및
    상기 단말이 콘텐츠 재생 가능 상황인 것으로 판단되면, 상기 선별된 콘텐츠의 정보를 상기 단말에 제공하는 알림 제어부
    를 포함하는 콘텐츠 서버.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 최신 콘텐츠 선별부는 상기 단말의 사용자의 취향에 맞는 콘텐츠 중 현재 시점부터 일정 기간동안 상기 콘텐츠 서버에 등록된 콘텐츠를 선별하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 서버.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 단말의 사용자의 식별정보에 대응하는 서비스 이용 이력정보를 토대로 상기 단말의 사용자의 콘텐츠 선호도를 분석하는 취향 분석부; 및
    상기 취향 분석부의 분석 결과에 따라 콘텐츠를 검색하고 검색된 콘텐츠의 정보를 상기 최신 콘텐츠 선별부로 전달하는 콘텐츠 검색부
    를 더 포함하는 콘텐츠 서버.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 알림요청 판단부는, 상기 단말로부터 수신된 상기 단말의 위치정보가 미리 설정된 위치정보와 일치하는지 판단하고, 일치하면 콘텐츠의 재생이 가능한 위치인 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 서버.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 알림요청 판단부는, 현재 시간이 설정된 시간과 일치하는지 판단하고, 일치하면 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 시간인 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 서버.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 알림요청 판단부는, 상기 콘텐츠 서버로부터 상기 단말에 제공된 콘텐츠 재생 어플리케이션으로부터 실행개시 메시지를 수신하면, 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 서버.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 알림요청 판단부는, 상기 단말로부터 수신된 상기 단말의 사용자의 식별정보를 통해 상기 단말의 사용자가 정당 사용자인 것으로 인증되면 콘텐츠 재생이 가능한 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 서버.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 알림 제어부는, 상기 단말에서 콘텐츠의 재생이 가능한 상황인 것으로 판단되면 상기 최신 콘텐츠 선별부에서 선별된 콘텐츠의 정보를 상기 단말에 제공하되,
    설정된 시간 간격 또는 횟수에 따라 상기 선별된 콘텐츠의 정보를 반복하여 상기 단말에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 서버.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 취향 분석부는 콘텐츠의 재생 개수에 따라 복수의 사용자 그룹을 설정하고, 상기 단말의 사용자의 재생 목록에 포함된 콘텐츠의 개수에 따라 상기 복수의 사용자 그룹 중 하나를 지정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 서버.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 콘텐츠 검색부는, 상기 취향 분석부에서 지정된 사용자 그룹에 속하는 타 사용자의 재생목록에 포함된 다수의 콘텐츠 중 상기 단말의 사용자의 선호도와 일치하는 콘텐츠를 검색하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘텐츠 서버.
  11. 단말이 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 있어서,
    미리 설정된 바에 따라 콘텐츠의 재생이 가능한지 여부를 판단하는 단계;
    재생이 가능한 것으로 판단된 경우, 상기 콘텐츠 서버에 알림 리스트 요청 명령을 전송하는 단계; 및
    상기 콘텐츠 서버로부터 알림 리스트를 수신하면, 상기 수신된 상기 알림 리스트를 화면에 출력하는 단계
    를 포함하는 최신 콘텐츠 알림 서비스를 제공하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 알림 리스트 요청 명령을 전송하는 단계는,
