本发明涉及数据通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种标识网中获取位置信息的 方法、 接入服务路由器、 位置寄存器以及位置寄存器代理。
背景技术
互联网已经广泛应用, 并且取得了巨大的成功, 但在网络架构和协议上 存在一些缺陷, 主要反映在:
对终端的移动性支持不足, 现有技术存在路由迂回问题;
不支持用户身份和网络位置分离;
存在安全问题, 不能保证用户位置隐私等。
标识网是一种新型的互联网络技术, 引入身份位置分离的思想, 支持移 动接入终端移动性和连续性, 尤其是标识网中每个用户都拥有唯一的永久身 份标识, 用户每次接入时网络都需要对身份进行验证, 因此网络能够保证这 个身份标识的真实性和可靠性。 基于这个唯一可靠的身份标识, 可以建立身 份管理体系, 开展基于用户身份管理的业务, 提高网络安全。
标识网的基本原理是为用户设备分配固定的身份标识, 用户设备之间使 用身份标识代替互联网协议(Internet Protocol, 简称 IP )地址进行通信, 并 由位于互联网边缘的接入服务分配用户的位置标识 ,使用位置标识进行路由 , 并完成用户身份标识和位置标识之间的映射和转换,
图 1示出了标识网的架构, 对于图 1中各实体的说明如下:
用户设备 101 ( User Equipment, 简称 UE ) , 支持互联网协议接入的用 户设备, 包括移动分组域接入终端、 支持无线局域功能终端、 固定接入终端 等, 还进一步包括应用服务器等业务提供设备。 UE使用用户接入身份标识 ( Access Identity, 简称 AID )代替 IP地址, 同网络其他用户设备、 业务提供 进行通信。
接入服务路由器 102 ( Access Service Router, 简称 ASR ) , 是 UE 101所 在的接入网络与互联网之间的接口设备, 负责 UE 101的认证、用户位置标识 ( Routing Identity, 简称 RID )管理、 AID和 RID映射和转换, 以及用户数据 的封装 /解封、 转发等功能。
通用路由器 103 ( Common Router, 简称 CR ) , 完成路由协议的计算, 并根据 RID转发数据包。
位置寄存器 104 ( Location Register, 简称 LR ) , 保存 AID和 RID之间 的映射关系, 提供查询功能, 并可以提供数据包转发功能。
图 2为标识网中的一次业务过程,假设 UE-A为客户端, UE-B为服务端, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 201、 UE-A成功注册到接入区域的 ASR-A, 其中包括附着、 认证、 鉴权, 以及 AID分配过程, 具体过程取决于接入网。 其中 AID也可以是基于 终端静态配置方式实现;
步骤 202、 ASR-A为 UE-A分配 RID , 并向 LR发送地址映射通报消息, 其中携带 RID 和 AID 的映射关系, LR保存 UE-A 的身份位置映射关系 ( AID-A, RID-A ) ;
RID一般为 ASR的路由地址。
步骤 203、 ASR-A也在本地保存本端用户 UE-A 的身份位置映射关系 ( AID-A, RID-A ) ;

UE-A和 UE-B可以不是同一种接入技术。

从上边的分析可以看出, 在标识网中使用 AID标识用户身份, RID标识 用户当前的位置, 实现了身份与位置的分离。 在用户设备侧只有 AID信息, 没有 RID信息, 即用户设备侧只有身份信息, 而没有位置信息; 网络侧既有 用户身份信息, 也有位置的信息, 并维护两者之间的映射关系, 完成转换功 能。
在互联网业务中, 有些业务需要根据用户的位置提供个性化的服务, 如 为用户提供用户所在地的新闻、 天气等资讯信息; 有些业务需要根据用户位 置选择合适的服务节点或路由路径, 实现就近服务或路径优化, 减少不必要 的路径占用或迂回, 提供用户业务体验, 另外有些业务还需要获取移动用户 的位置变化。
比如在互联网内容分发业务中, 在网络边缘设置多个緩存服务器(Cache Server, 简称 CS ) , 网络根据一定的控制策略将用户所需要的资源 (如流媒 体资源、 文件下载资源)从源服务器分发到緩存服务器; 当用户向资源控制 节点请求资源时 ,资源控制节点根据用户的 IP地址推导出用户在网络的位置 , 然后根据位置选择一个或多个緩存服务器, 并通知用户, 用户从上述緩存服 务器中获取资源, 从而实现了流量优化, 尽量少占用骨干网的资源, 同时由 于距离用户的网络位置比较近, 也提高了用户体验。
但在标识网中, 与用户接入位置有关的业务, 如内容分发业务, 就存在 问题, 图 3为内容分发网络在标识网中部署示意图。
标识网络连接多个边缘接入域, 内容分发网络在不同的边缘接入域部署 有緩存服务器。 UE从接入域 1接入, 向资源控制节点请求资源, 由于请求中 只含有用户的身份信息 AID, 此时资源控制节点无法获取用户准确的接入位 置, 因此无法为用户就近分配合适的緩存服务器, 如接入域 1 中的緩存服务 器, 或就近接入域 2中的緩存服务器。 另外如果緩存服务器是一些随机接入 节点, 如用户设备充当, 资源控制节点也需要指导这些緩存服务器的网络位 置。 从上述分析可以看出,由于标识网引入了身份位置分离的思想,使用 AID 和 RID来标识用户的身份和位置, 但在边缘接入网络中只有身份信息, 而没 有位置信息, 无法满足与网络接入位置有关业务的业务需求, 因此需要标识 网有能力为其承载的业务提供用户的网络位置信息。 发明内容
本发明实施例要解决的技术问题是提供一种标识网中获取位置信息的方 法、 接入服务路由器、 位置寄存器以及位置寄存器代理, 解决边缘接入网络 中只有身份信息, 而没有位置信息, 无法满足与网络接入位置有关业务的业 务需求的问题。

下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
为了能满足用户接入位置相关业务获取用户网络位置的需求, 标识网需 要有能力向用户设备提供用户的网络接入位置, 这里的用户设备主要指为用 户提供业务的业务服务器, 但也包括终端设备, 下面实施例中不再区分, 统 称用户设备。
本发明实施例提供了一种标识网中获取位置信息的方法,所述方法包括: 步骤 11、 位置寄存器(LR )直接或间接接收 UE发送的位置获取请求, 根据所述位置获取请求中携带的接入身份标识(AID )获得对应的位置信息; 其中, 该 AID可以是所述 UE的 AID, 也可以是其他 UE的 AID;
步骤 12、 所述 LR向发送位置获取请求的 UE发送所述位置信息。
上述步骤 11-12可以有以下几种实现方式:
第一种方式: 所述位置获取请求包括位置查询请求; 所述 LR 间接接收
UE发送的位置获取请求,根据所述位置获取请求中携带的 UE的 AID获得所 携带的 UE的位置信息, 包括: 所述 LR接收接入服务路由器(ASR )在确定 所述 UE具有查询权限后转发的来自所述 UE的位置获取请求,根据所述位置 获取请求中携带的 UE的 AID从身份位置映射关系中查找所携带的 UE的位 置信息; 所述 LR向发送位置获取请求的 UE发送所述位置信息包括: 所述 LR通过所述 ASR向发送所述位置获取请求的 UE发送所述位置信息。
如图 4所示, 是本发明实施例通过 ASR获取位置信息的网络架构图, 本 实施例中的网络包括用户设备( UE ) 401、 接入服务路由器 ( ASR ) 402、 位 置寄存器( LR ) 403 , 以及 UE401与 ASR 402之间的接口 II、 ASR 402与 LR 403之间的接口 12。
II接口使用接入网协议(如接入网的非接口控制协议) , 或互联网管理 协议(如互联网管理协议) , 或应用层协议(如 HTTP协议) 实现。
其中, UE, 根据业务需要, 使用要查询用户的身份标识向所接入的 ASR 发起位置查询请求, 并根据查询的结果执行相应的业务逻辑。 UE查询自己或 其他用户的位置信息。
ASR, 根据 UE的请求, 在本地保存或緩存的 AID和 RID映射关系中查 询请求指定用户身份 AID对应的 RID, 如果没有查询到, 则 ASR向 LR转发 查询请求, 然后将本地或 LR的查询结果返回给 UE。
为了保证用户位置隐私, ASR需要检查 UE位置查询权限, 如果有, 继 续进行后续查询处理, 如果没有权限则拒绝用户查询。
ASR上的查询权限数据配置, 可以是本地配置, 也可以从用户数据签约 服务器上(如归属用户服务器)上获取。
LR才艮据位置查询请求查找保存的 AID和 RID的映射关系 , 并返回查询 结果。
另外, 本发明实施例还提供了一种标识网中获取位置信息的方法, 所述 方法包括:
步骤 21、 接入服务路由器( ASR )接收 UE发送的位置获取请求, 根据 所述位置获取请求中携带的 UE的接入身份标识( AID )获得所携带的 UE的 位置信息;
步骤 22、所述 ASR向发送位置获取请求的 UE发送获得的所述位置信息。 如图 5所示, 是本发明实施例通过 ASR获取位置信息的流程图, 该实施 例中描述了 ASR直接获取位置信息 (对应于步骤 21-22 )和间接获取位置信 息 (对应于上述第一种方式) 的情况, 该获取过程包括:
步骤 501、 UE执行与网络接入位置相关的业务逻辑, 需要根据用户身份 AID查询用户位置 RID;
其中所要查询的用户可能是 UE自身, 也可以是其他 UE。
步骤 502、 UE向所接入的 ASR发送位置查询请求, 携带所要查询用户 的 AID;
步骤 503、 ASR根据位置查询权限数据检查 UE是否有查询权限, 如果 有, 则继续后续步骤, 如果没有则返回拒绝响应, 并可显式地通知拒绝原因; 步骤 504、 ASR查询本地 AID-RID映射关系,包括本地保存本端 AID-RID 映射关系, 和 /或本地緩存的对端 AID-RID映射关系。 如果查询到, 则直接跳 转到步骤 508, 返回查询到的 RID; 如果没有查询到, 则执行步骤 505;
步骤 505、 ASR向 LR发送位置查询请求, 携带所要查询用户的 AID; 步骤 506、 LR根据查询请求中的 AID查询 AID-RID映射关系表, 获得 对应的 RID;
步骤 507、 LR向 ASR返回查询响应, 携带 RID;
步骤 508、 ASR向 UE返回查询响应, 携带 RID。
第二种方式: 所述位置获取请求包括位置查询请求; 所述 LR 间接接收
UE发送的位置获取请求,根据所述位置获取请求中携带的 UE的 AID获得所 携带的 UE的位置信息, 包括: 所述 LR接收 LR代理在确定所述 UE具有查 询权限后转发的来自所述 UE的位置获取请求, 根据所述位置获取请求中携 带的 UE的 AID从身份位置映射关系中查找所携带的 UE的位置信息; 所述 LR向发送位置获取请求的 UE发送所述位置信息包括:所述 LR通过所述 LR 代理向发送所述位置获取请求的 UE发送所述位置信息。
第三种方式: 所述位置获取请求包括位置查询请求; 所述 LR直接接收 UE发送的位置获取请求,根据所述位置获取请求中携带的 UE的 AID获得所 携带的 UE的位置信息, 包括: 所述 LR直接接收 UE发送的位置获取请求, 并在确定发送位置获取请求的所述 UE具有查询权限后, 根据所述位置获取 请求中携带的 UE的 AID从身份位置映射关系中查找所携带的 UE的位置信 息; 所述 LR向发送位置获取请求的 UE发送所述位置信息包括: 所述 LR直 接向发送所述位置获取请求的 UE发送所述位置信息。
如图 6所示, 是本发明实施例不经 ASR获取位置信息的网络架构图, 本 实施例中的网络包括 UE 601、 LR 602以及位置寄存器代理( LR Proxy ) 603 , 以及 UE 601和 LR602之间的接口 II , UE 601和 LR代理 603之间的接口 12, LR代理 603和 LR602之间的接口 13。
UE, 根据业务需要, 使用要查询用户的身份标识直接向 LR 602发起位 置查询请求,或通过 LR Proxy 603向 LR 602发起位置查询请求, 查询自己或 其他用户的位置标识, 并根据查询的结果执行相应的业务逻辑。
LR, 根据位置查询请求查找保存的 AID和 RID的映射关系, 并返回查 询结果返回;
如果是 UE直接查询请求的情况, 需要进一步根据查询权限数据检查 UE 的权限, 判断用户是否有查询权限。
LR代理,执行用户查询权限选择和查询消息转发功能; 当收到查询请求 时,检查 UE的权限, 如果 UE有查询权限, 则向 LR转发查询请求, 并将 LR 返回的查询结果发送给 UE, 如果 UE没有查询权限则拒绝 UE的查询请求。
如图 7所示,是本发明实施例 UE向 LR直接查询位置信息的流程图, 该 实施例针对第三种方式进行描述, 该查询过程包括:
步骤 701、 UE执行与网络接入位置相关的业务逻辑, 需要根据用户身份 AID查询用户位置 RID;
其中需要查询的用户可能是 UE自身, 也可以是其他 UE。
步骤 702、 UE直接向 LR发送要查询请求, 携带所要查询用户的 AID; 步骤 703、 LR根据位置查询权限数据检查 UE是否有查询位置的权限, 如果有, 则继续后续步骤, 否则返回拒绝响应, 并可显式地通知拒绝原因; 步骤 704、 LR根据查询请求中的 AID查询 AID-RID映射关系表, 获得 对应的 RID;
步骤 705、 ASR向 UE返回查询响应, 携带 RID。
如图 8所示, 是本发明实施例 UE通过 LR代理向 LR查询位置信息的流 程图, 该实施例针对第二种方式进行描述, 该查询过程包括:

当业务需要感知用户位置的变化, 可以基于图 4和图 6所示的方案进一 步釆用订阅的方式获取用户位置的变化。

其中需要查询的用户可能是 UE自身, 也可以是其他 UE。
步骤 902、如果釆用图 6所示方案中 UE与 LR直连方式, UE向 LR发送 订阅请求, 携带所要订阅的 AID, 然后执行步骤 906; 或
步骤 903、 如果釆用图 4所示的方案中 UE通过 ASR查询方式, UE向 ASR发送订阅请求, 携带所要订阅的 AID;
如果釆用图 6所示的方案中 UE通过 LR代理的间接连接方式, UE向
LR代理发送订阅请求, 携带所要订阅的 AID。
这里可以 4巴 ASR和 LR代理统称为订阅代理。
步骤 904、 ASR或 LR代理检查 UE位置信息订阅的权限, 如果有订阅权 限, 则继续后续步骤, 否则返回拒绝响应, 并可显示通知拒绝原因; 该功能也可以在 LR执行, 此时 ASR或 LR代理上的订阅权限检查功能 为可选。
步骤 905、 ASR或 LR代理将位置信息订阅请求转发给 LR;
步骤 906、 LR检查用户 UE位置信息订阅的权限, 如果有权限, 则继续 后续步骤, 否则返回拒绝响应, 并可显示通知拒绝原因; 如果 ASR或 LR代理执行位置信息订阅权限检查功能, 则不需要 LR的 订阅权限检查功能。

上述订阅关系可以由 UE主动取消, 或者由 LR主动取消,也可以在建立 过程中确定订阅有效期, 当有效期到后取消订阅关系。
如果釆用图 4所示的方案, 且 UE订阅自身的位置, 可以进一步优化。 由于 ASR中有该 UE的身份位置订阅关系, 因此可以在 ASR建立订阅关系, 而不需要在 LR建立订阅关系, 在首次建立订阅关系, 或后续用户位置发生 变化时, ASR直接向 UE发起位置信息通知,携带该 UE当前的位置信息 RID。
上述标识网中获取位置信息的方法, 通过 UE使用查询或订阅方式从网 络设备 ASR或 LR中获取位置信息的方法, 并引入了在查询或订阅权限检查 功能, 从而保证 UE能够获取用户的网络接入位置, 满足了与位置相关业务 需求, 同时又保证了用户的位置隐私。
如图 10所示, 是本发明实现内容分发业务实施例的流程图,假设图中所 示的緩存服务器更接近 UE的网络位置, 该实现过程包括:
步骤 1001、 UE需要获取内容, 向内容分发网络的源服务器发送业务请 求;
步骤 1002、 源服务器发现用户为标识网用户, 则主动调用本发明实施例 的位置获取流程, 获取用户的位置信息 RID;
步骤 1003、 源服务器与资源管理服务器交互, 根据 RID确定用户位置, 选择合适的緩存服务器;
步骤 1004、 源服务器返回重定向响应, 携带选择的緩冲服务器的信息; 步骤 1005、 UE重新向緩存服务器发送业务请求。
从上述流程可以看出, 通过使用本发明实施例提供的位置获取方法, 内 容分发网络可以为用户选择合适的节点, 实现就近接入、 流量优化等需求。
本发明实施例还提供了一种位置寄存器(LR ) , 如图 11所示, 该 LR包 括获得模块 1101和发送模块 1102, 该获得模块 1101 , 设置为直接或间接接 收用户设备 ( UE )发送的位置获取请求, 根据所述位置获取请求中携带的接 入身份标识(AID )获得对应的位置信息; 该发送模块 1101 , 设置为向发送 位置获取请求的 UE发送所述位置信息。
其中, 所述位置获取请求包括位置查询请求和位置订阅请求。
当所述位置获取请求为位置查询请求时, 所述获得模块 1101 , 是设置为 接收接入服务路由器(ASR )在确定所述 UE具有查询权限后转发的来自所 述 UE的位置获取请求, 根据所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID从身份位置映 射关系中查找所对应的位置信息;所述发送模块 1102,是设置为通过所述 ASR 向发送所述位置获取请求的 UE发送所述位置信息;或者所述获得模块 1101 , 是设置为接收 LR代理在确定所述 UE具有查询权限后转发的来自所述 UE的 位置获取请求, 根据所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID从身份位置映射关系中 查找对应的位置信息; 所述发送模块 1102, 是设置为通过所述 LR代理向发 送所述位置获取请求的 UE发送所述位置信息; 或者所述获得模块 1101 , 是 设置为直接接收 UE发送的位置获取请求, 并在确定发送位置获取请求的所 述 UE具有查询权限后, 根据所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID从身份位置映 射关系中查找对应的位置信息; 所述发送模块 1102, 是设置为于直接向发送 所述位置获取请求的 UE发送所述位置信息。
当所述位置获取请求为位置订阅请求时, 所述获得模块 1101 , 是设置为 接收所述 ASR转发的来自所述 UE的位置获取请求, 建立对所述位置获取请 求中携带的 UE的订阅关系, 才艮据所述订阅关系获得当前位置信息或变化后 的位置信息; 所述发送模块 1102,是设置为通过所述 ASR向发送所述位置获 取请求的 UE发送当前位置信息或变化后的位置信息; 或者所述获得模块 1101 ,是用于接收所述 LR代理转发的来自所述 UE的位置获取请求, 建立对 所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID的订阅关系, 根据所述订阅关系获得当前位 置信息或变化后的位置信息; 所述发送模块 1102, 是设置为通过所述 LR代 理向发送所述位置获取请求的 UE发送当前位置信息或变化后的位置信息; 或者所述获得模块 1101 , 是设置为直接接收 UE发送的位置获取请求, 并在 确定发送位置获取请求的所述 UE具有订阅权限后, 建立对所述位置获取请 求中携带的 UE的订阅关系, 才艮据所述订阅关系获得当前位置信息或变化后 的位置信息; 所述发送模块 1102, 是设置为直接向发送所述位置获取请求的 UE发送当前位置信息或变化后的位置信息。
较佳的, 所述获得模块 1101确定发送位置获取请求的所述 UE具有查询 或订阅权限, 是根据本地配置的或从用户签约数据服务器上获取的位置请求 权限签约数据确定发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具有查询或订阅权限。
上述 LR, 通过与其他设备如 UE、 ASR或 LR代理交互, 可将获得的用 户设备的位置信息发送给相应的 UE, 其实现过程可参见图 5、 图 7、 图 8和 图 9, 此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例还提供了一种接入服务路由器(ASR ) , 如图 12所示, 所 述 ASR包括获得模块 1201和发送模块 1202, 该获得模块 1201 , 设置为接收 用户设备 ( UE )发送的位置获取请求, 根据所述位置获取请求中携带的接入 身份标识(AID )获得对应的位置信息; 该发送模块 1202, 设置为向发送位 置获取请求的 UE发送获得的所述位置信息。
其中, 所述位置获取请求可以为位置查询请求; 所述获得模块 1201 , 是 设置为确定发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具有查询权限后, 根据所述位置获 取请求中携带的 AID从本地保存的身份位置映射关系中查找对应的位置信 息, 其中, 所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID 包括发送所述位置获取请求的 UE的 AID。
另外, 所述位置获取请求可以为位置订阅请求; 所述获得模块 1201 , 是 设置为确定发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具有订阅权限后, 建立对所述位置 获取请求中携带的 AID的订阅关系 , 根据所述订阅关系获得当前位置信息或 变化后的位置信息, 其中, 所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID为发送所述位置 获取请求的 UE的 AID。
进一步地, 所述获得模块 1201 , 还设置为在确定发送所述位置获取请求 的 UE具有查询或订阅权限,且本地没有保存所述位置获取请求中携带的 UE 的身份位置映射关系时, 向位置寄存器(LR )发送所述位置获取请求, 以及 接收所述 LR根据所述位置获取请求返回的获得的位置信息。 优选地, 所述 获得模块 1201确定发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具有查询或订阅权限, 是根 据本地配置的或从用户签约数据服务器上获取的位置请求权限签约数据确定 发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具有查询或订阅权限。
上述 ASR, 通过与其他设备例如 UE、 LR等的交互, 将自己获得的或从 LR获得的用户设备的位置信息发送给相应的用户设备,其实现过程可参见图 5和图 9, 此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例还提供了一种位置寄存器(LR )代理, 如图 13 所示, 该 LR代理包括获得模块 1301和发送模块 1302, 该获得模块 1301 , 设置为接收 用户设备(UE )发送的位置获取请求, 将所述位置获取请求发送给 LR, 以 及接收所述 LR根据所述位置获取请求返回的获得的位置信息; 该发送模块 1302, 设置为向发送位置获取请求的 UE发送获得的所述位置信息。
其中, 所述获得模块 1301 , 是设置为在确定发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具有查询或订阅权限后, 将所述位置获取请求发送给 LR。
较佳的, 所述获得模块 1301确定发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具有查询 或订阅权限, 是根据本地配置的或从用户签约数据服务器上获取的位置请求 权限签约数据确定发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具有查询或订阅权限。
上述 LR代理, 通过与其他设备例如 UE、 LR等的交互, 将从 LR获得的 用户设备的位置信息发送给相应的用户设备, 其实现过程可参见图 7和图 9, 此处不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 上述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制, 仅仅参照较佳实施 例对本发明进行了详细说明。 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解, 可以对本发 明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换, 而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范 围, 均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
工业实用性 本发明实施例, 使得 UE可以获得位置信息, 从而满足与网络接入位置 有关业务的业务需求。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种标识网中获取位置信息的方法, 所述方法包括:
位置寄存器(LR )接收用户设备(UE )发送的位置获取请求, 根据所述 位置获取请求中携带的接入身份标识(AID )获得与所述 AID对应的位置信 息;
所述 LR向所述 UE发送所述位置信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
所述位置获取请求包括位置查询请求;
所述 LR接收 UE发送的位置获取请求,根据所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID获得与所述 AID对应的的位置信息, 包括:
所述 LR接收接入服务路由器( ASR )在确定所述 UE具有查询权限后转 发的来自所述 UE的位置获取请求, 根据所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID从 身份位置映射关系中查找与所述 AID对应的位置信息;
所述 LR向所述 UE发送所述位置信息包括:
所述 LR通过所述 ASR向所述 UE发送所述位置信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
所述位置获取请求包括位置查询请求;

所述 LR接收所述 ASR转发的来自发送所述位置获取请求的 UE的位置 获取请求, 建立对所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID的订阅关系, 根据所述订 阅关系获得当前位置信息或变化后的位置信息;
所述 LR向所述 UE发送所述位置信息包括:
所述 LR通过所述 ASR向所述 UE发送当前位置信息或变化后的位置信 息。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
所述位置获取请求包括位置订阅请求;
所述 LR接收 UE发送的位置获取请求,根据所述位置获取请求中携带的
AID获得与所述 AID对应的位置信息, 包括:
所述 LR接收所述 LR代理转发的来自发送所述位置获取请求的 UE的位 置获取请求, 建立对所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID的订阅关系, 根据所述 订阅关系获得当前位置信息或变化后的位置信息;
所述 LR向所述 UE发送所述位置信息包括:
所述 LR通过所述 LR代理向发送所述 UE发送当前位置信息或变化后的 位置信息。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
所述位置获取请求包括位置订阅请求;
所述 LR接收 UE发送的位置获取请求,根据所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID获得与所述 AID对应的位置信息, 包括:
所述 LR直接接收 UE发送的位置获取请求, 并在确定所述 UE具有订阅 权限后, 建立对所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID的订阅关系, 根据所述订阅 关系获得当前位置信息或变化后的位置信息;
所述 LR向所述 UE发送所述位置信息包括:
所述 LR直接向所述 UE发送当前位置信息或变化后的位置信息。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中:
所述 LR建立订阅关系之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述 LR或所述 ASR确定发送位置获取请求的所述 UE具有订阅权限。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中:
所述 LR建立订阅关系之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述 LR或所述 LR代理确定所述 UE具有订阅权限。
10、 根据权利要求 1-9任一权利要求所述的方法, 其中:
所述位置获取请求中携带 AID包括所述 UE的 AID或其他 UE的 AID。
11、 一种标识网中获取位置信息的方法, 所述方法包括:
接入服务路由器(ASR )接收用户设备 ( UE )发送的位置获取请求, 根 据所述位置获取请求中携带的接入身份标识 ( AID )获得与所述 AID对应的 位置信息;
所述 ASR向所述 UE发送获得的所述位置信息。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其中:
所述位置获取请求包括位置查询请求;
所述 ASR根据所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID获得与所述 AID对应的 位置信息包括: 所述 ASR确定所述 UE具有查询权限后, 根据所述位置获取请求中携带 的 AID从本地保存的身份位置映射关系中查找与所述 AID对应的位置信息; 或者, 在本地没有保存所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID的身份位置映射关系 时, 向位置寄存器(LR )转发所述位置查询请求, 并接收所述 LR根据所述 位置查询请求返回的位置信息; 其中, 所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID包括 发送所述位置获取请求的所述 UE的 AID。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其中:
所述位置获取请求包括位置订阅请求;
所述 ASR根据所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID获与所述 AID对应的位 置信息包括:
所述 ASR确定所述 UE具有订阅权限后, 建立对所述位置获取请求中携 带的 AID的订阅关系, 才艮据所述订阅关系获得当前位置信息或变化后的位置 信息, 其中, 所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID 为发送所述位置获取请求的 UE的 AID。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其中:
所述位置获取请求包括位置订阅请求;
所述 ASR根据所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID获得所携带的 UE的位置 信息包括:
所述 ASR在确定本地没有保存所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID的身份位 置映射关系时, 向所述 LR转发所述位置订阅请求, 并接收所述 LR根据所述 位置查询请求返回的位置信息。
15、 根据权利要求 12或 13所述的方法, 其中:
所述 ASR确定所述发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具有查询权限或订阅权 限包括:
所述 ASR根据本地配置的或从用户签约数据服务器上获取的位置请求权 限数据确定 UE的查询权限或订阅权限。
16、 一种位置寄存器(LR ) , 该 LR包括: 获得模块, 其设置为: 接收用户设备(UE )发送的位置获取请求, 根据 所述位置获取请求中携带的接入身份标识(AID )获得与所述 AID对应的位 置信息; 以及
发送模块, 其设置为: 向所述 UE发送所述位置信息。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的 LR, 其中:
所述位置获取请求包括位置查询请求;
所述获得模块, 是设置为: 接收接入服务路由器(ASR )在确定所述 UE 具有查询权限后转发的来自所述 UE的位置获取请求, 根据所述位置获取请 求中携带的 AID从身份位置映射关系中查找所携带与所述 AID对应的位置信 息;
所述发送模块, 是设置为通过所述 ASR向所述 UE发送所述位置信息; 或者
所述获得模块,是设置为: 接收 LR代理在确定所述 UE具有查询权限后 转发的来自所述 UE的位置获取请求, 根据所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID 从身份位置映射关系中查找与所述 AID对应的位置信息;
所述发送模块,是设置为通过所述 LR代理向所述 UE发送所述位置信息; 或者
所述获得模块, 是设置为: 直接接收 UE发送的位置获取请求, 并在确 定发送位置获取请求的所述 UE具有查询权限后, 根据所述位置获取请求中 携带的 AID从身份位置映射关系中查找与所述 AID对应的位置信息;
所述发送模块, 是设置为直接将所述位置信息发送给所述 UE。
18、 根据权利要求 16所述的 LR, 其中:
所述位置获取请求包括位置订阅请求;
所述获得模块, 是设置为: 接收所述 ASR转发的来自所述 UE的位置获 取请求, 建立对所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID的订阅关系, 根据所述订阅 关系获得当前位置信息或变化后的位置信息;
所述发送模块, 是设置为通过所述 ASR向所述 UE发送当前位置信息或 变化后的位置信息; 或者
所述获得模块,是设置为: 接收所述 LR代理转发的来自所述 UE的位置 获取请求, 建立对所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID的订阅关系, 根据所述订 阅关系获得当前位置信息或变化后的位置信息;
所述发送模块,是设置为通过所述 LR代理向所述 UE发送当前位置信息 或变化后的位置信息;
或者
所述获得模块, 是设置为: 直接接收 UE发送的位置获取请求, 并在确 定发送位置获取请求的所述 UE具有订阅权限后, 建立对所述位置获取请求 中携带的 AID的订阅关系, 才艮据所述订阅关系获得当前位置信息或变化后的 位置信息;
所述发送模块, 是设置为直接将当前位置信息或变化后的位置信息发送 给所述 UE。
19、 根据权利要求 17或 18所述的 LR, 其中:
所述获得模块是设置为以如下方式确定发送位置获取请求的所述 UE具 有查询或订阅权限: 根据本地配置的或从用户签约数据服务器上获取的位置 请求权限签约数据确定发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具有查询或订阅权限。
20、 一种接入服务路由器(ASR ) , 所述 ASR包括:
获得模块, 其设置为: 接收用户设备(UE )发送的位置获取请求, 根据 所述位置获取请求中携带的接入身份标识 ( AID )获得所携带的 UE的位置信 息; 以及
发送模块, 其设置为: 向所述 UE发送获得的所述位置信息。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的 ASR, 其中:
所述位置获取请求包括位置查询请求;
所述获得模块, 是设置为: 确定发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具有查询 权限后, 根据所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID从本地保存的身份位置映射关 系中查找与所述 AID对应的位置信息,其中,所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID 包括所述 UE的 AID; 或者
所述位置获取请求包括位置订阅请求;
所述获得模块, 是设置为: 确定发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具有订阅 权限后, 建立对所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID的订阅关系, 根据所述订阅 关系获得当前位置信息或变化后的位置信息, 其中, 所述位置获取请求中携 带的 AID为所述 UE的 AID。
22、 根据权利要求 20或 21所述的 ASR, 其中:
所述获得模块, 还设置为: 在确定发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具有查 询或订阅权限, 且本地没有保存所述位置获取请求中携带的 AID的身份位置 映射关系时, 向位置寄存器(LR )发送所述位置获取请求, 以及接收所述 LR 根据所述位置获取请求返回的获得的位置信息。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的 ASR, 其中:
所述获得模块是设置为以如下方式确定发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具 有查询或订阅权限: 根据本地配置的或从用户签约数据服务器上获取的位置 请求权限签约数据确定发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具有查询或订阅权限。
24、 一种位置寄存器(LR )代理, 该 LR代理包括:
获得模块, 其设置为: 接收用户设备(UE )发送的位置获取请求, 将所 述位置获取请求发送给 LR, 以及接收所述 LR根据所述位置获取请求返回的 获得的位置信息; 以及
发送模块, 其设置为: 向所述 UE发送获得的所述位置信息。
25、 根据权利要求 24所述的 (LR )代理, 其中:
所述获得模块, 是设置为: 在确定发送所述位置获取请求的 UE具有查 询或订阅权限后, 将所述位置获取请求发送给 LR。
26、 根据权利要求 25所述的 (LR )代理, 其中:
