Abstract
본 발명은 배기덕트를 통해 배출되는 배기가스와 버너로 유입되는 예혼합 가스 사이에 열교환이 이루어지도록 함으로써 예혼합 가스의 온도를 높여 열효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 배기가스의 열 회수가 가능한 연소장치를 제공하고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명은, 송풍기(100)로부터 공급된 예혼합 가스를 연소시키는 버너(210)가 내부에 설치되어 연소가 이루어지는 연소실(200); 상기 버너(210)의 연소에 의해 생성된 연소생성물과 열교환배관(310) 내부를 따라 흐르는 난방수 사이에 열교환이 이루어지는 열교환기(300); 및 상기 열교환기(300)가 안착되고, 일측에는 배기가스 배출커버(600)에 연결되는 배기가스 통과구멍(450)이 형성된 열교환기 케이스(400); 및 상기 연소실(200)과 열교환기(300)와 열교환기 케이스(400)에 결합되는 열교환기 전면커버(500)를 포함하되, 상기 배기가스 통과구멍(450)를 통해 배출된 배기가스가 상기 버너(210)로 유입되는 예혼합 가스와 열교환이 일어나도록 하기 위해 상기 연소실(200)의 외벽과 접촉한 후 외부로 배출되도록 유도하는 배기가스 배출커버(600)가 더 구비된다.
