DESCRIPCIÓN Objeto de la invención DESCRIPTION Object of the invention
The utility model presented refers to a hypodermic syringe with bellows system that comprises a flexible and deformable container with an associated injection needle, presenting advantages of use that far exceed the syringes existing in the state of the art and in the market.
Specifically, this innovation develops a type of syringe specially designed for rapid and immediate use in circumstances where it is either massive treatments or for people who must self-inject medications, mainly. The syringe comprises a deformable body similar to a bellows preloaded with the medically in question and associated with an injection needle.
Background of the invention and state of the art The hypodermic syringe is a sanitary instrument whose object is to inoculate medicament under the skin of a person or to extract fluid, for example blood. It basically comprises a hollow and tubular needle that penetrates the human tissue and that is coupled to the nozzle of a cylinder or tubular container with marks indicating the level of use contained and holding wings on its back and inside which a plunger penetrates to press the contained liquid, forcing it to follow the inner path of the needle.
From this basic structure, multiple syringe designs have been developed, whose conformation characteristics vary depending on their final application, varying, for example, the needle gauge, the capacity of the container, the injector mechanism, etc. Although most syringes must be filled with the liquid to be injected, for example in the case of insulin for diabetics, there are also pre-filled syringes with the correct dose of the medication. And also in a generalized way, with few exceptions, the current sanitary regulations indicate that the syringes are mono-use, that is, that they include a mechanism that prevents a new use after being used for the first time.
Based on the foregoing, and with the exception of the existing variables, the basic conformation of the syringes remains as set forth in previous paragraphs: needle, plunger and container. This arrangement requires a special manipulation of the syringe, which is usually used with only one hand in an operation in which the degree of approximation and inclination of the syringe determines a greater or lesser ease in introducing the needle into the skin and, consequently , a greater or lesser pain before the puncture that tears the skin and tissue.
Therefore, there are circumstances in which the management of a hypodermic syringe can be complex, at least this is the case, for example, in the case of the need for massive injections to a large number of people when speed is imperative (vaccinations, epidemics, etc.) or in the case of people who must self-inject for various reasons and especially for chronic disease treatments. In these cases, the usual protocol for giving an injectable can be complicated or at least slow in the first case and unsafe in the second.
The applicant considers that there should be a very simple type of syringe that allows to inject medications with a simple pressure and without the need to execute complex movements.
Descripción de la invención In his day, this same applicant patented a "field syringe", with a bellows-type body and a needle similar to a staff, but this technical solution is not operational since the injectable liquid could not penetrate the agauja. There are other patents that develop similar ideas, such as US Patent 5267974 in which the syringe has a compressible body with a needle in which the liquid penetrates axially. The same applies to US 2696212, in which the syringe has a deformable body with an injection needle into which the liquid penetrates through its upper end. In all these cases, the technical resolution is, a priori, satisfactory, but the practical application highlights the difficulty in getting the injectable liquid to penetrate the needle tube. Based on the above and also as a result of his own experience, the applicant understands that there should be a way to drive the injectable liquid into the needle while maintaining a flexible container for self-filled and single-use syringes. Description of the invention
Thus, the invention presented in this utility model has as its object a hypodermic syringe with bellows system concreted in a deformable and flexible body and a syringe associated with a conical head with holes, all linked to a screw cap.
This hypodermic syringe with bellows system coincides with the rest of syringes in having an injection needle but simplifies the rest of its structure. The piston and the tubular cylinder disappears and the syringe body is reduced to a deformable container similar to a bellows closed by its lower part and with a thread at its upper end that allows it to be attached to a cap. Inserted in this cap is a conical head, similar to a funnel with perimeter holes in part of its structure, with the mouth attached to the above cap and its lower cannula adjusted with the hollow and tubular needle.
The whole set has very small dimensions. The volume of the container and consequently, the dimensions of the cap to which it fits and the length of the internal syringe depend, in any case, on the amount of liquid to be injected: the greater the amount of liquid, the greater the capacity requires the deformable container, and to a smaller amount, smaller capacity and smaller size the container requires. However, taking into account that these are pre-filled and single-use syringes, the dose of medication is limited and therefore so are the dimensions of the aforementioned syringe. This invention is completed with a cylindrical box with an associated cap, dimensionally suitable for housing inside the syringe, which facilitates its handling for transport, safeguards the injectable medication, guarantees sanitary sterility of the instrument and avoids the risk of accidental punctures after use when the needle is exposed, this cylindrical box being finally the ideal container to deposit the used syringe in the waste container for final disposal.
In its resting position, the deformable body is deployed along its entire length, with the needle completely housed and hidden inside. The liquid to be injected also remains inside the container, which is airtight and non-porous.
In the situation of use, simply place the base of the container on the relevant muscle mass and press the plug. When the container is compressed, it deforms and folds, simultaneously the needle penetrates the tissue, the liquid moves upwards, penetrates through the holes in the needle head and into the same needle, which injects it into the muscle mass.
The result is a rapid injection, without complicated maneuvers, with rapid movement and slight pressure, suitable for anyone even without healthcare experience.

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT In these figures the conformation of the new hypodermic syringe with bellows system, externally shaped, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, is shown by a deformable and flexible container type body (1), with a structure similar to a bellows, and a plug (2), internally comprising the injection needle (3), of tubular and hollow conformation and of an undefined caliber. In this figure 1, the flexible container (1) appears completely extended in its original conformation before the use of the syringe, while in figure 2 said container (1) appears conveniently deformed and dimensionally reduced, revealing almost all the injection needle (3). Figure 3 shows the stopper (2) and the needle (3) inserted at the end of the cannula (5) of the conical head (4) described in Figures 4, 5 and 6 in which the holes are perceived (6) internals capriciously located in the conical head body. These figures also clearly show the cannula (5) of the lower end of the head, which is substantially narrow, which occupies a central position therein, as detailed in Figure 6. In figures 7 and 8 the plug (2) is detailed, with internal thread (7) and associated in its inner central part with the mouth of the head (4), substantially wide, being, in fact, the widest part of said head (4). Figures 9 and 10 show the flexible and deformable container (1), hollow inside and closed by its lower part or base (9), open at the top where an externally threaded area (8) is formed. Within this container is the injection needle and also the liquid to be injected. The body of this container (1) has folds (11) along its contour that allow its compression in a similar way to a bellows, resulting in three consequences: the volume of the container is reduced, the needle is exposed injector and the liquid it contains is compressed, which is forced to move towards the only possible exit through the holes (6) of the head (4), circulating inside the injector needle (3) until it exits its hole final inserted in the muscle mass.
Figure 11 shows a section of the hypodermic syringe assembly, with the deformable and flexible container (1) threaded with the cap thanks to their respective threads (8) and (7), with the conical head (4) coupled in the inner face of the cap (2) and the injector needle (3) fitted at the end end of the cannula (5) of said head. In this figure 11, the syringe body, that is, the flexible container (1), is fully extended.
Figure 12 shows a section of the hypodermic syringe assembly after use, highlighting the way in which the flexible container has been deformed, folding up like a bellows or accordion, and notably redicting its length. As a consequence, the needle (3), which remains fixed in position and coupled to the cannula (5) of the conical head (4), tears and breaks the base (9) of said container (1), being exposed. Figure 13 shows the operation of the hypodermic syringe with bellows system, which is positioned on the muscle mass (10), so that when pressing the cap (2), the flexible container (1) deforms, contracting its structure and folding, so that the injector water (3) penetrates the muscle mass, at the same time that the liquid enclosed within the flexible container (1), when its capacity is reduced, is forced to move, penetrating the only outlet that exists, that is, the holes of the conical head (4) that connect directly with the needle injector (3), thus reaching the medicament liquid to the exit hole of the needle (3) that is embedded in the corresponding muscle mass (10). This displacement of the liquid is illustrated in Figure 13 by arrows that mark the path they draw.
In figure 14 shows the cylindrical container (12) with associated cap, which acts as a syringe packaging in a first phase, before use, ensuring its sterility and the sanitary conditions of the medicine, while facilitating a Comfortable transport and handling without risk. In a second phase, when the syringe is already used and therefore impossible for later use, the same container or cylindrical box is again the container to remove the sanitary waste without risk of accidental punctures.
The operation of this syringe is, therefore, simple and intuitive: with a simple pressure on the cap, the liquid can be injected, without the need for movements or maneuvers typical of healthcare professionals. In addition, the described cap fulfills the function of being the handle that the user needs to take the syringe in an easy way and without complicated maneuvers.
