Guante para escribir, dibujar, pintar o borrar con las manos conformado a partir de: un primer elemento en correspondencia con la mano misma abarcando su parte anterior y palmar, y un segundo elemento en correspondencia con los dedos de la mano, fijándose ambos elementos entre sí, quedando expuesta la parte inferior palmar de los dedos; donde el segundo elemento se conforma a modo de funda dactilar en cuya parte superior cerrada se disponen medios para escribir, dibujar o pintar conformando un cabezal o puntera almohadillados y donde el primer elemento dispone en la parte anterior de múltiples orificios de ventilación y en la parte palmar una superficie constituyendo un medio de borrado para eliminar lo escrito, dibujado o pintado de la superficie de trabajo, presentando los cabezales presentan una punta o almohadilla de escritura y un depósito cargador de tinta.

Description

GUANTE PARA ESCRIBIR, DIBUJAR, PINTAR O BORRAR CON LAS
MANOS La presente invención se refiere a un guante para escribir, dibujar, pintar o borrar dibujos con las manos, disponiéndose los medios para pintar o dibujar en los extremos de los dedos del guante y disponiéndose los medios para borrar en la superficie exterior del guante coincidiendo con parte de la palma de la mano y prolongándose hacia el lateral de la misma. El guante de la presente invención permite escribir, dibujar, pintar o similar, así como borrar lo escrito o dibujado sobre cualquier superficie, bien sea horizontal, vertical o inclinada, mediante tintas, tizas y similares, dispuestos en los medios adecuados, y ensamblados al guante de forma intercambiable así como borrar lo escrito, dibujado o pintado mediante un simple movimiento de la palma de la mano sobre la superficie.
Campo y antecedentes de la invención
La presente invención se enmarca en el campo de la práctica de la pintura artística, el dibujo o la escritura, siendo igualmente adecuada como objeto educativo y formativo, así como de juego, para niños o adultos.
Son conocidos en la técnica diferentes dispositivos que, disponiendo de puntas de tinta o de lápices, se colocan directamente sobre los dedos de las manos, que se deslizan sobre una superficie con el fin de escribir, pintar o dibujar. Estos dispositivos conocidos tienen desventajas evidentes derivadas tanto de su morfología como de su forma de utilización. Por ejemplo, no se adaptan a todo tamaño de dedo, se trata de piezas sueltas que pueden ser peligrosas en caso de que sea un niño quien lo utilice, etc.
Objeto de la invención Así, el objeto de la presente invención es el diseño de un guante para escribir, dibujar, pintar o borrar con las manos que evite las desventajas de los dispositivos ya conocidos en la técnica. Para ello, el guante preconizado dispone de medios para escribir, pintar o dibujar en los extremos de los dedos del guante y de medios para borrar en la superficie exterior del guante coincidiendo con parte de la palma de la mano y del lateral opuesto al pulgar de la misma. El guante de la presente invención permite escribir, dibujar, pintar o similar, así como borrar lo escrito o dibujado sobre cualquier superficie, bien sea horizontal, vertical o inclinada, mediante tintas, tizas y similares, dispuestos en los medios adecuados, y ensamblados al guante de forma intercambiable, así como para borrar lo escrito, dibujado o pintado mediante un simple movimiento de la palma de la mano sobre la superficie de trabajo. El guante para escribir, dibujar o pintar y, si es el caso, borrar lo escrito, dibujado o pintado, en adelante el guante según la invención, se materializa en dos elementos, uno en correspondencia con la mano misma y otro en correspondencia con los dedos, que, en conjunto, conforman un guante, fabricados ambos elementos a partir de un material flexible, ligero y transpirable, pero lo suficientemente fuerte como para soportar las tensiones propias de su uso.
En los elementos correspondientes a los dedos, en su parte extrema, se disponen sendos capuchones a modo de fundas dactilares, en cuyos extremos abiertos o embocaduras se disponen medios de fijación de fácil apertura y cierre para su sujeción a los correspondientes medios de fijación previstos en los correspondientes elementos para los dedos. Estos capuchones, fabricados también en un material flexible, disponen, en su parte superior cerrada exterior, a modo de cabezal o puntera almohadillado, de los medios previstos para escribir, dibujar o pintar, disponiendo cada puntera de un medio para escribir, pintar o dibujar, tal como un depósito de tinta, una punta de lápiz negra o de color, una tiza, un rotulador, o similar. Los medios de fijación provistos para sujetar cada uno de los capuchones a cada uno de los elementos correspondientes a los dedos permiten el intercambio de unos capuchones por otros, de forma que sean intercambiables los medios para materializar la escritura o pintura, por ejemplo intercambio entre un capuchón que porta un depósito de tinta y otro que porta una tiza de color. En el elemento correspondiente a la mano propiamente dicha, en su parte exterior y coincidiendo con parte de la palma de la mano, se dispone una superficie que constituye un medio de borrado adecuado para eliminar lo escrito, dibujado o pintado de la superficie de trabajo, por ejemplo una superficie capaz de borrar la tiza tal como de tipo esponja.

Con el fin de ilustrar más detalladamente el objeto de la invención se incluyen las siguientes figuras de carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo de la presente invención.

Descripción detallada de la invención
La presente invención se describe ahora en detalle en base a las figuras correspondientes a una forma de realización preferente del guante de la invención. De acuerdo con la realización mostrada en la figura 1 , el guante según la invención se materializa a partir de dos elementos: el primer elemento (1) en correspondencia con la mano misma, fabricado a partir de un material flexible, ligero y transpirable, pero lo suficientemente fuerte como para soportar las tensiones propias de su uso, por ejemplo de látex o de vinilo; y el segundo elemento (2), en correspondencia con los dedos de la mano. Por brevedad se refiere a un solo elemento, siendo evidente que aparecerán tantos elementos como se desee para uno o más dedos de la mano, tal como se muestra en la figura 1. Ambos elementos (1 y 2) se fijan entre sí mediante los medios (3 y 4) adecuados dispuestos correspondientemente en cada uno de los elementos, siendo el medio de fijación, por ejemplo, de tipo corchete, Velero®, etc. Cuando se unen entre sí los elementos (1) y (2), la parte inferior palmar de los dedos queda expuesta, facilitando así la transpiración (figura 4).
El elemento (1), correspondiente a la mano, abarca la parte anterior y palmar de la misma, disponiendo en la parte anterior de múltiples orificios (10) de ventilación que permiten su transpiración y en la parte palmar de una superficie (8) que constituye un medio de borrado adecuado para eliminar lo escrito, dibujado o pintado de la superficie de trabajo, por ejemplo una superficie capaz de borrar la tiza, tal como de tipo esponja (véase la figura 2). Según una realización de la presente invención, esta superficie de borrado (8) también es intercambiable según la actividad de dibujo que se esté realizando, disponiendo para ello de medios de fijación del tipo mencionado anteriormente para su colocación o retirada e intercambio en correspondencia con los dispuestos en la zona palmar del elemento (1 ).
Con referencia ahora a las figuras 1 y 3, el elemento (2) se conforma a modo de funda dactilar en cuyos extremos abiertos o embocaduras se disponen los medios de fijación (3) de fácil apertura y cierre para su sujeción a los correspondientes medios de fijación (4) previstos en el elemento (1). Los medios de sujeción (3, 4) deben permitir su fácil sujeción y retirada, de forma que se permite el fácil intercambio de unos por otros. Estos medios de fijación (3, 4) pueden ser, por ejemplo, de tipo roscado, clipado o, preferentemente, tipo Velero®. Preferentemente, el elemento (2) se fabrica también de un material flexible, tal como el empleado para la fabricación del elemento (1 ). En ia parte superior cerrada del elemento (2) se disponen los medios previstos para escribir, dibujar o pintar conformando un cabezal o puntera (5) almohadillados. En la realización de la presente invención, y con referencia a la figura 3, tales cabezales (5) presentan una punta o almohadilla de escritura (6) y un depósito cargador de tinta (7) de forma que, con la presión que los dedos ejercen sobre la superficie de trabajo, la tinta contenida en el depósito (7) se ve forzada a salir hacia la punta de escritura (6). En otra realización de la presente invención, los cabezales (5) presentan una punta o almohadilla de escritura (6) donde se aloja cualquier otro elemento de dibujo o escritura, tal como una punta de lápiz, de rotulador o de tiza. En una realización preferente de la presente invención, los elementos (2) se colorean de forma concordante a los colores provistos en los cabezales (5). En otra realización de la invención, estos cabezales (5) disponen de fundas (9) a modo de tapas para evitar el secado de la tinta de los depósitos (7) o el deterioro de los otros elementos de dibujo o escritura.
Tal como se muestra en la figura 2, en la parte exterior del elemento (1 ) correspondiente a la palma de la mano y prolongándose hacia la parte lateral exterior opuesta al pulgar, se dispone una superficie (8) que constituye un medio de borrado adecuado para eliminar lo escrito, dibujado o pintado de la superficie de trabajo, por ejemplo una superficie capaz de borrar la tiza, tal como de tipo esponja. Según otra realización de la presente invención, esta superficie de borrado (8) también es intercambiable según la actividad de dibujo que se esté realizando, disponiendo para ello de medios de fijación del tipo mencionado anteriormente para su colocación o retirada e intercambio en correspondencia con los dispuestos en la zona palmar del guante.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
Guante para escribir, dibujar, pintar o borrar con las manos caracterizado porque se materializa a partir de dos elementos: el primer elemento (1) en correspondencia con la mano misma abarcando su parte anterior y palmar, y el segundo elemento (2) en correspondencia con los dedos de la mano, fijándose ambos elementos (1 y 2) entre sí mediante medios adecuados (3 y 4) dispuestos correspondientemente en cada uno de los elementos, quedando expuesta la parte inferior palmar de los dedos; donde el elemento (2) se conforma a modo de funda dactilar en cuya parte superior cerrada se disponen los medios previstos para escribir, dibujar o pintar conformando un cabezal o puntera (5) almohadillados y donde el elemento (1 ) dispone en la parte anterior de múltiples orificios de ventilación (10) que permiten su transpiración y en la parte palmar una superficie (8) que constituye un medio de borrado para eliminar lo escrito, dibujado o pintado de la superficie de trabajo.
Guante para escribir, dibujar, pintar o borrar con las manos caracterizado porque los cabezales (5) presentan una punta o almohadilla de escritura (6) y un depósito cargador de tinta (7).
Guante para escribir, dibujar, pintar o borrar según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque tales cabezales
(5) presentan una punta o almohadilla de escritura (6) consistente en una punta de lápiz, de rotulador o de tiza.
Guante para escribir, dibujar, pintar o borrar según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque los medios de sujeción (3, 4) son desmontables de tipo roscado, clipado o tipo Velero permitiendo la fácil sujeción, retirada e intercambio de los elementos (2).
Guante para escribir, dibujar, pintar o borrar según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque la superficie de borrado (8) es intercambiable según la actividad de dibujo que se esté realizando, disponiendo para ello de medios de fijación desmontables tipo clipado o tipo velero para su colocación o retirada e intercambio en correspondencia con medios de fijación dispuestos en la zona palmar del elemento (1 ).
6. Guante para escribir, dibujar, pintar o borrar según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque los elementos (2) se colorean de forma concordante a los colores provistos en los cabezales (5).
7. Guante para escribir, dibujar, pintar o borrar según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizado porque los cabezales (5) disponen de fundas (9) a modo de tapas para evitar el secado de la tinta de los depósitos (7) o el deterioro de los otros elementos de dibujo o escritura.
