Abstract
본 발명은 전기화학장치용 집전체의 제조 장치에 관한 것으로, 가공할 금속 포일을 일측에서 연속적으로 풀고 타측에서 가공된 금속 포일을 연속적으로 감는 포일 이송기 및 상기 금속 포일 주행 경로상에 위치하고 포토리소그라피(photolithography) 방식으로 상기 금속 포일에 구멍을 가공하는 포일 가공 유닛을 포함한다. 이와 같은 본원 발명은 포일 이송기에 의해 주행하는 금속 포일 상에 전기화학장치용 집전체의 제조 장치가 포토리소그래피 방식으로 금속 포일에 구멍들을 형성하게 되어 금속 포일에 구멍을 정밀하게 형성할 수 있다.
