Abstract
The present description relates to a wireless communication system, to a method for avoiding signal collision in a cooperative wireless communication system, and to an apparatus for the method. The method for avoiding signal collision in the cooperative wireless communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: generating muting indication information in consideration of a cell-specific reference signal (CRS) pattern of an adjacent cell or of a radio remote head (RRH) and then transmitting the muting indication information to a user terminal so as to avoid a collision with a reference signal transmitted adjacently by a base station which provides cooperative wireless communication; and muting a resource region indicated in the muting indication information and then transmitting a signal to the user terminal.
