步驟 13: 第二移动终端接收到所述短消息时, 根据用户输入的提取指 令, 获取所述短消息中包含的 IC卡信息。
这里, 第二移动终端获取所述短消息中包含的 IC卡信息后, 还发送给 IC卡的信息验证设备进行验证。 此外, 第二移动终端还获取所述短消息中 包含的所述 IC卡关联的用户身份验证信息并发送给所述 IC卡的信息验证 设备进行验证。
优选的, 上述方法还包括:
步驟 14: 第二移动终端根据用户输入的发送指令启动 NFC模块, 将获 取的 IC卡信息发送给信息验证设备。
步驟 15: 所述信息验证设备对接收到的 IC卡信息进行验证,验证通过 时, 允许用户执行相应的操作。
其中, 所述信息验证设备对接收到的 IC卡信息进行验证的过程, 具体 包括: 信息验证设备验证接收到的 IC卡信息是否为有效数据, 如果是, 则 验证通过, 否则, 验证不通过; 或者, 信息验证设备验证接收到的 IC卡信 息是否为有效数据并根据接收到所述 IC卡关联的用户身份验证信息验证使 用 IC卡信息的用户是否具有使用权限; 如果是, 验证通过; 否则, 验证不 通过。
本发明的上述 IC卡信息共享实现方法, 可以应用在门禁系统、 金融系 统、 银行系统、 公交系统等各种使用 IC卡的场景中, 下面以门禁系统为例 进行说明。
其中, 第一移动终端获取 IC卡信息并发送给第二移动终端的实现流程 如图 3所示, 具体可以包括如下步驟:
步驟 21 : 第一移动终端根据用户指令打开 STK菜单。
这里, STK模块为用户提供 STK菜单界面, 供用户选择输入相应的操 作指令。 例如: 用户可以选择打开 NFC模块、 获取 IC卡信息、 封装 IC卡 信息在短消息中等各种指令。
步驟 22: 第一移动终端根据用户输入的 NFC模块打开指令,启动 NFC 模块。
这里, 第一移动终端打开 NFC模块, 进行 IC卡模拟。 第一移动终端 可以预先打开 NFC模块, 也可以根据用户输入的 IC卡信息获取指令打开 NFC模块。
步驟 23: 第一移动终端根据用户输入的 IC卡信息获取指令, 从 IC卡 中获取 IC卡信息。
这里, STK通过主动式命令控制 NFC模块读取 IC卡上的数据实现获 取 IC 卡信息。 例如: 主动式命令可以是应用协议数据单元 (APDU, Application Protocol Data Unit )指令。
以门禁卡为例,打开 NFC模块后进行门禁卡模拟,获取门禁卡的数据, 以便后续打开门禁时使用。
步驟 24: 将获取的 IC卡信息封装在短消息中。
对于不需要身份验证的 IC卡, 只需要封装 IC卡信息在短消息中即可, 对与需要身份认证的, 还需要封装 IC卡关联的用户身份验证信息。 这里, 用户身份验证信息包括表明 IC卡的身份的 IC卡对应的用户标识, 表明使 用第一移动终端的用户身份的第一移动终端对应的用户标识, 第一移动终 端授权使用的第二移动终端的标识, 表明使用第二移动终端的用户身份的 第二移动终端对应的用户标识等等。
以门禁卡为例, 可以将带有门禁卡系统中定义的门禁卡的用户标识, 例如: 用户名称等信息, 第一移动终端的用户标识, 或第一移动终端授权 使用第二移动终端的用户标识等封装在短消息中, 发送给第二移动终端。
步驟 25: 将所述短消息发送给第二移动终端。
这里, 利用移动终端原有的无线通信功能将携带 IC卡信息的短消息发 送给其他移动终端, 从而实现 IC卡信息共享。
这里, 完成 IC卡信息共享的传送后, 可以关闭 NFC模块。
本发明的上述 IC卡信息共享实现方法中,第二移动终端提取和验证 IC 卡信息的实现流程如图 4所示, 包括如下步驟:
步驟 31 : 第二移动终端接收到第一移动终端发送的短消息。
这里, 接收短消息是利用移动终端通常的短消息通信功能实现的。 步驟 32: 第二移动终端根据用户指令打开 STK菜单。
这里, STK模块为用户提供 STK菜单界面, 供用户选择输入相应的操 作指令。 例如: 用户可以选择提取接收到的短消息中的 IC卡信息, 将提取 的信息发送给信息验证设备等各种指令。 用户可以根据需要选择输入的操作指令, 例如发现接收到的短消息中 携带有 IC卡信息时, 选择提取接收到的短消息中的 IC卡信息的相关指令 来提取 IC卡信息。
步驟 33: 第一移动终端根据用户输入的 NFC模块打开指令,启动 NFC 模块。
步驟 34: 第二移动终端根据用户输入的提取指令提取接收到的短消息 中的 IC卡信息。
这里, 当接收到的短消息中包含有 IC卡关联的用户身份验证信息时, 也一并提取出来。
步驟 35: 第二移动终端险证提取出的 IC卡信息有效性。
这里, 第一移动终端选择结接收到的有 IC卡信息的短消息, 把短消息 中的 IC卡信息提取出来后, 通过 STK模块提供的菜单校验 IC卡数据, 是 否符合规范。 如果数据有效或无效, 均可提示用户。
该步驟为优选步驟, 在发送给信息验证设备之前先进行有效性判断。 例如 IC卡信息的相关数据是否符合规范等。
步驟 36: 第二移动终端根据用户输入的发送指令, 将获取的 IC卡信息 发送给信息验证设备。
这里, 当有 IC卡关联的用户身份验证信息时, 可以一并发送给信息验 证设备, 或等信息验证设备主动获取时再发送。
第二移动终端可以预先打开 NFC模块, 也可以根据用户输入发送指令 启动 NFC模块。 STK通过主动式命令控制 NFC模块与可验证持卡人身份 的服务系统交互。 例如: 主动式命令可以是 APDU指令。
以门禁卡为例, 则打开 NFC模块后进行门禁卡模拟, 第一移动终端靠 近门禁系统, 将提取的 IC卡信息发送给门禁系统。
步驟 37: 信息验证设备对接收到的 IC卡信息进行验证。 对接收到的 IC卡信息进行验证时, 若根据可验证持卡人身份的服务系 统的要求需要验证持卡人身份, 则同时需要获取身份验证信息进行验证。 若验证通过, 执行步驟 38; 否则执行步驟 39。
以门禁卡为例, 可以验证发送门禁卡信息的移动终端是否是被授权的 移动终端, 或该门禁卡定义的用户标识是否是被授权用户的用户标识等。 或门禁系统中是否有该用户的记录。
例如一个验证过程可以如下: 首先将第一移动终端的用户标识通过 NFC模块发送给门禁系统, 验证门禁系统中是否有该用户。 验证通过时, 比较第二移动终端的用户标识, 例如手机号, 是否是授权的手机号。 如果 是, 则身份验证通过, 第二移动终端将门禁卡数据发送给门禁系统。
步驟 38: 允许用户执行相应的操作。
验证通过时, 通过信息验证设备读取 IC卡信息, 完成操作。
步驟 39: 结束或提示验证不通过。 这里, 完成 IC卡信息向信息验证设 备的发送和验证过程后, 可以关闭 NFC模块。
上述第一移动终端和第二移动终端根据其在 IC卡信息共享过程中的角 色确定, 每个移动终端既可以作为第一移动终端也可以作为第二移动终端 使用, 因此,移动终端中的 STK模块提供给用户的 IC卡共享菜单可以如图
5所示, 包括:
打开 /关闭 NFC, 用于允许用户点击选择打开或关闭 NFC, 实现打开或 关闭 NFC指令的输入。
读取 IC卡数据, 用于允许用户点击选择获取 IC卡信息, 还可以读取 IC卡对应的用户标识等用户身份验证信息。
新编短信, 用于允许用户将获取的 IC卡信息封装为短消息或将 IC卡 信息和用户身份验证信息一起封装为短消息。
已收短信,用于允许用户点击选择提取接收到的短消息中的 IC卡信息, 还可以提取一起封装在短消息中的用户身份验证信息。
校验并发送 IC卡数据,用于允许用户点击选择向信息验证设备发送 IC 卡信息进行验证。 当有用户身份验证信息时也要一起发送。
上述 STK模块还可以实现对用户数据的底层加密, 该加密数据只能在 加密权端才能解开, 用户的关键数据在传输过程中是安全的。 加密算法可 以采用双密钥组的 3DES算法,数据分组长度为 8字节,密钥长度为 8字节, 数据的安全性由密钥保证。 所以 STK相对安全的特性得到电信等行业的安 全认可, 其应用在 IC卡信息共享时, 可以保证这些行业中使用的 IC卡信 息共享的安全可靠性。
根据本发明实施例提供的 IC卡信息共享实现方法, 本发明实施例还提 供一种 IC卡信息共享实现系统, 该系统的组成结构如图 6所示, 该系统包 括: 第一移动终端 10和第二移动终端 20;
第一移动终端 10,用于根据用户输入的 IC卡信息获取指令,启动 NFC 模块,从 IC卡中获取 IC卡信息; 以及将获取的 IC卡信息封装在短消息中, 并将所述短消息发送给第二移动终端 20;
第二移动终端 20, 用于接收到所述第一移动终端 10发送的短消息时, 根据用户输入的提取指令, 获取所述短消息中包含的 IC卡信息。
优选的, 上述 IC卡信息共享实现系统还包括: 信息险证设备 30;
上述第二移动终端 20,还用于根据用户输入的发送指令启动 NFC模块, 将获取的 IC卡信息发送给信息验证设备 30。
信息验证设备 30, 用于对接收到的 IC卡信息进行验证, 验证通过时, 允许用户执行相应的操作。
优选的, 上述第一移动终端 10还用于: 将获取的 IC卡信息封装在短 消息时, 还将所述 IC卡关联的用户身份验证信息封装在所述短消息中; 相 应的, 上述第二移动终端 20,还用于获取所述短消息中包含的所述 IC卡关 联的用户身份验证信息并发送给所述信息验证设备 30验证。
优选的, 上述信息验证设备 30用于: 验证接收到的 IC卡信息是否是 有效数据, 若是, 则验证通过, 否则, 验证不通过; 和 /或, 用于验证接收 到的 IC卡信息是否是有效数据并根据接收到 IC卡关联的用户身份验证信 息验证使用 IC卡信息的用户是否具有使用权限, 是时验证通过, 否则验证 不通过。
根据本发明实施例提供的 IC卡信息共享实现方法和系统, 本发明实施 例还提供一种移动终端,其组成结构如图 7所示,所述移动终端包括: STK 模块 101和 NFC模块 102; 其中,
STK模块 101 ,用于根据用户输入的 IC卡信息获取指令,启动 NFC模 块, 从 IC卡中获取 IC卡信息; 以及将获取的 IC卡信息封装在短消息中, 并将所述短消息发送给第二移动终端。
NFC模块 102, 用于从 IC卡中获取 IC卡信息。
优选的,上述 STK模块 101还用于:将所述 IC卡关联的用户身份验证 信息封装在所述短消息中。
优选的, 上述 STK模块 101 , 还用于: 接收到所述短消息时, 根据用 户输入的提取指令, 获取所述短消息中包含的 IC卡信息。
优选的,上述 STK模块 101 ,还用于根据用户输入的发送指令启动 NFC 模块;上述 NFC模块 102,还用于将获取的 IC卡信息发送给信息验证设备。
优选的, 所述 STK模块 101 , 还用于: 在获取所述短消息中包含的 IC 卡信息时,还获取所述短消息中包含的所述 IC卡关联的用户身份验证信息。
所述 NFC模块 102, 还用于: 在将所述 STK模块 101获取的 IC卡信 息发送给信息验证设备时,还将所述 STK模块 101获取的所述 IC卡关联的 用户身份验证信息发送给信息验证设备。
根据本发明实施例提供的 IC卡信息共享实现方法和系统, 本发明实施 例还提供另一种移动终端, 其结构如图 8所示, 包括 STK模块 201 , 用于 接收到短消息时, 根据用户输入的提取指令, 获取所述短消息中包含的 IC 卡信息。
优选的, 上述的移动终端, 还包括: NFC模块 202。 其中: STK模块 201 ,还用于根据用户输入的发送指令启动 NFC模块; NFC模块 202, 用于 将 STK模块 201获取的 IC卡信息发送给信息验证设备。
优选的, 所述 STK模块 201 , 还用于: 在获取所述短消息中包含的 IC 卡信息时,还获取所述短消息中包含的所述 IC卡关联的用户身份验证信息; 所述 NFC模块 202, 还用于: 在将所述 STK模块 201获取的 IC卡信 息发送给信息验证设备时,还将所述 STK模块 201获取的所述 IC卡关联的 用户身份验证信息发送给信息验证设备。
上述移动终端内置 NFC芯片作为 NFC模块, 并具有 STK功能可以连 接 STK卡作为 STK模块。 NFC芯片与移动终端之间采用 I2C总线连接, 而 STK卡与移动终端之间采用 IS07816通信标准进行通信。采用 STK卡来 控制 NFC芯片,具体实现是利用 STK卡的 STK功能,可以是 GSM11.14 的 扩展主动式命令, 由移动终端将 APDU指令解释传输给 NFC芯片, 以实现 STK卡控制 NFC芯片的功能。
本发明上述方法利用 NFC技术和 STK功能特性来实现对 IC卡共享, 方便日常生活的 IC卡的使用。
上述说明示出并描述了本发明的一个优选实施例, 但如前所述, 应当 理解本发明并非局限于本文所披露的形式, 不应看作是对其他实施例的排 除, 而可用于各种其他组合、 修改和环境, 并能够在本文所述发明构想范 围内, 通过上述教导或相关领域的技术或知识进行改动。 而本领域人员所 进行的改动和变化不脱离本发明的精神和范围, 则都应在本发明所附权利 要求的保护范围内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种 IC卡信息共享实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 第一移动终端根据用户输入的 IC卡信息获取指令, 启动近距离无线通 讯 NFC模块, 从 IC卡中获取 IC卡信息;
第一移动终端将获取的 IC卡信息封装在短消息中, 并将所述短消息发 送给第二移动终端;
第二移动终端接收到所述短消息时, 根据用户输入的提取指令, 获取 所述短消息中包含的 IC卡信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 第二移动终端根据用户输入的发送指令启动 NFC模块, 将获取的 IC 卡信息发送给信息验证设备;
所述信息验证设备对接收到的 IC卡信息进行验证, 验证通过时, 允许 用户执行相应的操作。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将获取的 IC卡信息 封装在短消息中, 还包括: 将所述 IC卡关联的用户身份验证信息封装在所 述短消息中;
相应的, 第二移动终端获取所述短消息中包含的 IC卡信息发送给信息 验证设备时, 还包括: 获取上述短消息中包含的所述 IC卡关联的用户身份 验证信息并发送给信息验证设备。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述信息验证设备对接收 到的 IC卡信息进行验证, 包括:
所述信息验证设备验证接收到的所述 IC卡信息是否是有效数据,若是, 则验证通过, 否则, 险证不通过; 或
所述信息验证设备验证接收到的所述 IC卡信息是否是有效数据以及根 据接收到所述 IC卡关联的用户身份验证信息验证使用所述 IC卡信息的用 户是否具有使用权限, 如果是, 则验证通过; 否则, 验证不通过。
5、 如权利要求 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 IC卡关联的用 户身份验证信息包括下列信息之一或任意组合:
第一移动终端对应的用户标识、 IC卡对应的用户标识、 第二移动终端 对应的用户标识和第一移动终端对第二移动终端的授权信息。
6、 一种 IC卡信息共享实现系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 第一 移动终端、 和第二移动终端;
所述第一移动终端, 用于根据用户输入的 IC卡信息获取指令, 启动近 距离无线通讯 NFC模块, 从 IC卡中获取 IC卡信息; 以及将获取的 IC卡 信息封装在短消息中, 并将所述短消息发送给第二移动终端;
所述第二移动终端, 用于接收到所述短消息时, 根据用户输入的提取 指令, 获取所述短消息中包含的 IC卡信息。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包括: 信息验 证设备;
所述第二移动终端, 还用于根据用户输入的发送指令启动 NFC模块, 将获取的 IC卡信息发送给所述信息验证设备;
所述信息验证设备,用于对接收到的 IC卡信息进行验证,验证通过时, 允许用户执行相应的操作。
8、如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述第一移动终端还用于: 在将获取的 IC卡信息封装在所述短消息中时, 将所述 IC卡关联的用 户身份验证信息封装在短消息中; 相应的,
所述第二移动终端, 还用于在获取所述短消息中包含的 IC卡信息并发 送给所述信息验证设备时, 获取所述短消息中包含的所述 IC卡关联的用户 身份验证信息并发送给所述信息验证设备。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述信息验证设备用于: 验证接收到的所述 IC卡信息是否是有效数据, 若是, 则验证通过, 否 则, 险证不通过; 和 /或
验证接收到的所述 IC卡信息是否是有效数据以及根据接收到 IC卡关 联的用户身份验证信息验证使用所述 IC卡信息的用户是否具有使用权限; 是时验证通过, 否则验证不通过。
10、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端包括: 用户识别应用 发展工具 STK模块和 NFC模块;
所述 STK模块, 用于根据用户输入的 IC卡信息获取指令, 启动所述 NFC模块, 从 IC卡中获取 IC卡信息; 以及将获取的 IC卡信息封装在所述 短消息中, 并将所述短消息发送给第二移动终端;
所述 NFC模块, 用于从 IC卡中获取 IC卡信息。
11、如权利要求 10所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述 STK模块还用 于: 将获取的 IC卡信息封装在所述短消息中时, 还将所述 IC卡关联的用 户身份验证信息封装在短消息中。
12、 如权利要求 10或 11所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述 STK模 块, 还用于: 接收到所述短消息时, 根据用户输入的提取指令, 获取所述 短消息中包含的 IC卡信息。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述 STK模块, 还 用于根据用户输入的发送指令启动 NFC模块; 所述 NFC模块,还用于将所 述 STK模块获取的 IC卡信息发送给信息验证设备。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述 STK模块, 还 用于: 在获取所述短消息中包含的 IC卡信息时, 还获取所述短消息中包含 的所述 IC卡关联的用户身份验证信息; 所述 NFC模块, 还用于: 在将所 述 STK模块获取的 IC卡信息发送给信息验证设备时, 还将所述 STK模块 获取的所述 IC卡关联的用户身份验证信息发送给信息验证设备。
