Abstract
La présente invention concerne une électrode à dendrites en alliage Cu-Co pour biocapteur, capable de détecter le glucose ou le peroxyde d'hydrogène avec une haute sensibilité, ainsi qu'un biocapteur comprenant l'électrode en question. Plus particulièrement, le biocapteur comporte : une électrode de référence ; une contre-électrode ; et une électrode de travail, l'électrode de travail étant une électrode à dendrites en alliage Cu-Co formée sur une électrode en carbone vitreux ou sur une plaque en cuivre par une électrodéposition effectuée à un potentiel électrique de -0,6V to -1,2V pendant 300 à 700 secondes. L'électrode à dendrites en alliage Cu-Co selon la présente invention peut présenter une excellente activité catalytique pour l'oxydation du glucose et la réduction du peroxyde d'hydrogène, et peut donc avantageusement être utilisée comme électrode pour un biocapteur capable de détecter le glucose ou le peroxyde d'hydrogène à de faibles concentrations.
