本发明创造要解决的技术问题在于 ,针对现有技术中胸罩的肩带存在容易 滑动的问题,提供一种胸罩扣件組, 能够定位两肩带之间的相对位置, 防止其 向外滑动;本发明创造要解决的另一个技术问题在于 ,解决胸罩扣件无法从胸 罩肩带拆卸的问题,提供一种胸罩扣件組, 其扣件組中的扣件可以从胸罩肩带 折卸下来。
本发明创造解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种胸罩扣件組, 包括均通过固定结构分别固定在胸罩两肩带上对应位置处的至少两个扣件, 两 个所述扣件之间设有可拆连接结构 ;所述固定结构包括设置在所述扣件上的肩 带孔, 所述肩带孔设有用于固定所述扣件于胸罩肩带上的肩带固定装置, 所 述肩带固定装置包括设置在所述肩带孔内的第一销轴。
在上述本发明创造所述的胸罩扣組件中 ,所述肩带固定装置还包括设置在 所述肩带孔内与所述第一销轴相对位置的第二销轴、套设在所述第一销轴上的 销轴滑套,所述第一及第二销轴的一端各连接于所述肩带孔孔壁上。

实施另一技术方案 ,具有以下有益效果:通过设置两扣件分别固定在胸罩 的两肩带上, 同时两构件之间可拆连接, 这样就能通过连接在一起的两扣件将 两肩带定位在确定的相对位置处, 即两肩带之间的间距固定,从而防止肩带滑 动;通过设置固定结构包括设置在扣件上的肩带孔,在肩带孔内设置活动销轴, 肩带固定装置将肩带孔截面分隔为两部分。 装拆时 , 先将肩带固定装置打开 , 在肩带孔内形成销轴开口 ,这样系带或肩带可以从销轴开口塞入肩带孔内 ,再 通过肩带固定装置将系带或肩带定位在肩带孔内 ,从而将扣件組安装在肩带或 系带上,且可根据需要自行拆下扣件組,使得使用者自己可以拆卸, 方便将胸 罩的各个部分拆卸下来进行清洗, 或根据需要更换不同的扣件組。

在本发明创造所述胸罩扣件組的第二实施例中 , 两扣件 110均通过固定结 构固定在肩带上, 两扣件的固定结构相同 。如图 2a、 2b所示 ,在本实施例中 , 每个扣件 110上的固定结构包括扣件 110上设置的肩带孔 130, 肩带孔 130内 设有肩带固定装置或活动销轴 140, 带固定装置或活动销轴 140垂直于肩带孔 轴向设置且将肩带孔截面分隔为两部分; 当肩带固定装置 140活动时, 可在肩 带孔 130内形成销轴开口 131。在本实施例中 ,优选带固定装置或活动销轴 140 包括设置在肩带孔孔壁上的两个固定销轴包括第一及第二销轴 141 、142以及套 设在第一或第二销轴上可沿第一或第二销轴滑动的销轴滑套 143, 两固定销轴 包括第一及第二销轴 141 、142之间为销轴开口 131。当销轴滑套 143滑到只与 其中一个固定销轴接触 141 (或 142 )的位置时,销轴开口 131被打开 ,可以进 行肩带的装拆 ;当销轴滑套 143滑动到同时与两个固定销轴 141 、142接触的位 置时,销轴开口 131被销轴滑套 143封闭 ,使得肩带被定为在肩带孔 130内 。 销轴滑套 143内表面设有定位凸件, 第一销轴 141的外表面设有定位凸件与定 位凹件是相配合的 , 用以将销轴滑套 143定位及固定于第一销轴 141上, 以防 止销轴滑套 143在使用时十二移位; 另外 ,销轴滑套的最长的表面长度大于第 一销轴与第二销轴的相对端部之间的距离 , 以避免销轴滑套从第一销轴与第二 销轴之间的空间滑出 。 更进一步地,至少一个伸延件从第一销轴的表面向肩带 孔孔壁方向伸延,伸延件与销轴滑套内表面相配合,伸延件可构成一个轨道, 使销轴滑套可在伸延件上滑动 , 另外 ,销轴滑套外表面还设置凸件, 方便使用 者把手定位于凸件,从而压住销轴滑套, 并在第一销轴表面滑动。

在本发明创造所述胸罩扣件組的第七实施例中 , 两扣件 610均通过固定结 构固定在肩带上,两扣件 610的固定结构相同 。如图 7a、 7b所示 ,在本实施例 中 ,每个扣件上的固定结构包括扣件上设置的肩带孔 630, 肩带孔 630 内设有 肩带固定装置或活动销轴 640, 肩带固定装置或活动销轴 640垂直于肩带孔的 轴向设置且将肩带孔截面分隔为两部分; 当肩带固定装置 640活动时, 可在肩 带孔 630 内形成销轴开口 631。在本实施例中 ,优选在肩带孔孔壁上设置朝向 肩带固定装置延伸的第一销轴或固定销轴 641 , 肩带固定装置的一端为转动端 640a,该转动端 640a转动设置在肩带孔孔壁上;而肩带固定装置的另一端为自 由端 640b,该自由端 640b与第一销轴或固定销轴 641相配合; 肩带固定装置 的自由端 640b与第一销轴或固定销轴 641之间设有相互配合的卡孔 642和卡柱 643。当肩带固定装置的自由端 640b绕转动端转动时,卡孔 642脱离卡柱 643, 肩带固定装置或活动销轴 640离开肩带孔 630并在肩带孔内形成销轴开口 631 , 可以进行肩带的装拆;当肩带固定装置自由端 640b朝第一销轴或固定销轴 641 转动时 ,卡柱 643卡入卡孔 642内 , 肩带固定装置或活动销轴 640与固定销轴 641配合,销轴开口 631被封闭 ,使得肩带被定位在肩带孔内 。
在上述实施例中 ,为了更为美观,可在该胸罩扣件組的外側设置装饰物 1 , 如装饰性的小动物造型等。具体地,可将装饰物 1直接设置在扣件或第一扣件 10外側,也可将装饰物 1设置在扣件或第二扣件 10的外側;还可以将装饰物 1 拆成两部分, 分别设置在扣件或第一扣件 10和扣件或第二扣件 10的外側, 当 两扣件连接在一起时, 装饰物 1的两部分組合成一个完整的造型。还可以直接 将扣件的外形设置为装饰物形状, 即将装饰物和扣件合二为一 ,将肩带孔和肩 带固定装置直接设置在装饰物上,使得整体结构更为简单。
在本发明创造所述胸罩扣件組的第八实施例中 ,如图 8a、 9、 9a所示 ,在 本实用新型所述胸罩扣件組的第二实施例中 ,两个扣件包括第一扣件 10和第二 扣件 20均通过固定结构固定在肩带 1上。 固定结构的形式可以是各种各样的 , 在本实施例中 ,优选固定结构包括设置在扣件的一側的肩带孔 10a (或 20a )和 设置在肩带孔 10a 内的第一销轴或长销轴 10b (或 20b ) 和第二销轴或短销轴 10c (或 20c ), 第一销轴或长销轴 10b (或 20b ) 和第二销轴或短销轴 10c (或 20c ) 之间形成销轴开口 10d (或 20d)。肩带从销轴开口 10d处折入肩带孔 10a 内 , 然后套在第一销轴或长销轴 10b和第二销轴或短销轴 10c上,就可以将扣 件固定在肩带 1上。该肩带孔 10a可以是矩形的 ,也可以是圆形的或其他形状, 只要与肩带 1匹配皆可, 即方便将肩带 1卡入该肩带孔 10a (或 20a ) 内即可。 优选设置第二销轴或短销轴相对于第一销轴或长销轴更靠近可拆连接结构 , 最 好设置长销轴长度 B和短销轴长度 A之比为 2 : 1〜3 : 1 ,优选设置为 2. 5 : 1 ; 另 外销轴缺口的长度 C最好设置为 1〜1. 2腿,优选为 1. 1腿 。如图 5所示 ,根据 需要可在肩带孔 10a内设置两个或两个以上的长销轴 10b和短销轴 10c, 这样 肩带 1就能在肩带孔 10a能折叠更多次,从而增大肩带 1和扣件的接触面积, 使得固定更为牢靠。在本实施例中 , 开口销轴 10b横向设置, 即第一销轴或长 销轴 10b和第二销轴或短销轴 10c与所匹配的肩带垂直,使得肩带从竖直方向 穿过扣件 °
在本实施例中 , 可拆连接结构包括扣件或第一扣件 10 和扣件或第二扣件 20之间设置的相互配合的桂孔 11和桂钩 21。具体地,可将桂孔 11设置在第一 扣件 10的一側 ,将桂钩 21设置在第二扣件 20的相对側。通过桂钩 21和桂孔 11配合,使得两扣件连接在一起,进而使得两肩带的相对位置固定,防止肩带 滑动。
为了更为美观, 可在该胸罩扣件組的外側设置装饰物 1 ,如装饰性的小动 物造型等。具体地,可将装饰物 1直接设置在第一扣件 10外側,也可将装饰物 1设置在第二扣件 20的外側;还可以将装饰物 1拆成两部分,分别设置在第一 扣件 10和第二扣件 20的外側, 当两扣件连接在一起时, 装饰物 1的两部分組 合成一个完整的造型。
如图 10所示 ,在本发明创造所述胸罩扣减組的第九实施例中 ,同样包括两 个扣件。 与上述第八实施例所不同的是可拆连接结构 ,在本实施例中 ,可拆连 接结构包括设置在扣件或第一扣件 10和扣件或第二扣件 20之间的相互配合的 滑轨 12和滑槽 22。具体地,可在扣件或第一扣件 10的一側设置滑轨 12,在扣 件或第二扣件 20上相对的一側设置滑槽 22, 滑槽 22和滑轨 12相配合,可以 将两个扣件包括第一扣件 10和第二扣件 20连接在一起。
为了定位两扣件沿滑槽 22方向上的相对位置,在上述本实施例中 ,优选在 滑槽 22的一端设置止动位 22a,使得滑轨 12沿滑槽 22滑动一定位置后即可停 止下滑,使得两扣件之间的连接更为可靠。
在本实施例中 ,也可如上述第二实施例所述的一样,在扣件或第一扣件 10 和 /或扣件或第二扣件 20 的外側设置装饰物 1。 同样两扣件可通过如第八实施 例所述的固定结构固定在对应的肩带上。
如图 11 、 11a所示 ,在本发明创造所述胸罩扣减組的第十实施例中 , 同样 包括两个扣件。 与上述第九实施例所不同的是可拆连接结构 ,在本实施例中 , 可拆连接结构包括第一扣件 10和第二扣件 20之间设置的相互配合的定位缺口 13a (或 23a ), 两扣件的定位缺口 13a、 23a相互咬合在一起,使得两扣件连接 在一起。具体地,可在扣件的肩带孔 10a (或 20a )—側设置连接板 13 (或 23 ), 在连接板 13 (或 23 ) 中间位置开设定位缺口 13a (或 23a )。最好设置定位缺口 朝向扣件的肩带孔 10a—側倾斜, 即定位缺口的出口较定位缺口最的内側更靠 近肩带孔 10a, 这样两扣件的定位缺口配合在一起时,不容易脱离 ,使得连接 更为可靠。优选设置定位缺口的最内側超过或等于连接板的高度,这样在两扣 件的定位缺口相互咬合时 , 两扣件的连接板相互重叠在一起,使得连接更为可 靠 °
在本实施例中 ,优选在两个扣件包括第一扣件 10和第二扣件 20之间位于 定位缺口处还设有相互配合的定位凹槽 14和定位凸台 24。具体地,可在第一 扣件 10的定位缺口的一側设置定位凹槽 14,在第二扣件 20定位缺口的对应側 设置定位凸台 24, 当第一扣件 10和第二扣件 20的定位缺口 13、 23相互咬合 时 ,第二扣件的定位凸台 24正好卡入第一扣件 10的定位凹槽 14内 ,使得两扣 件之间的连接更为可靠。优选在第一扣件的定位凹槽 14处设置定位孔 14a,在 第二扣件 20的定位凸台 24上对应位置处设置定位柱 24a;当定位凸台 24卡入 定位凹槽 14内时,定位柱 24a正好能够卡入定位孔 14a内 ,使得两扣件之间不 会发生相对转动,使得两扣件之间不会产生晃动。
如图 11a所示在本实施例中 ,优选将两个扣件包括第一扣件 10和第二扣件 20的结构设置为相同 ,这样两扣件的连接板 13 (或 23 ) 上同时设有定位凹槽 14 (或 24 )和定位凸台 24' (或 14' ),定位凹槽 14 (或 24 )和定位凸台 24' (或 14' ) 分别位于连接板 13 (或 23 ) 的两側面 ;且定位凹槽上均设有定位 孔, 定位凸台上均设有定位柱, 这样两扣件相互配合时,连接板之间可以相互 定位,使得两扣件之间能够形成固定连接。在第一扣件 10 和 /或第二扣件 20 的外側同样可以设置装饰物 1 ; 两扣件可通过如第九实施例所述的固定结构固 定在对应的肩带上。此时 , 两扣件之间的连接方式可以是上述实施例中所述的 任意一种。
在上述本发明创造所述胸罩扣件組中 ,两个扣件包括第一扣件 10和第二扣 件 20还可以设置在胸罩的系带上或者肩带和罩杯之间的连接处 ^图 12所示 , 在本实用新型所述胸罩扣件組的第十一实施例中 , 同样包括两个扣件, 与上述 第二实施例所不同的是扣件的固定结构有所不同 。在本实施例中 , 肩带孔 10a 中的第一销轴或长销轴 10b和第二销轴或短销轴 10c竖向设置。这样当该胸罩 扣件組设置在肩带和罩杯的连接处是, 肩带和扣件可以竖向连接。 同样,对于 前扣式胸罩 , 两扣件可固定在系带上,且在两扣件的外表面设有装饰物 1 , 可 以起到装饰的作用 。
如图 13、13a、13b所示 ,在本发明创造所述胸罩扣件組的第十二实施例中 , 两个扣件包括第一扣件 10和第二扣件 20均通过固定结构固定在肩带 1上。固 定结构的形式可以是各种各样的 ,在本实施例中 ,优选固定结构包括设置在每 个扣件的一側的肩带孔 11 (或 21 )和设置在肩带孔 11 (或 21 ) 内的肩带固定 装置 12(或 22 ),肩带固定装置 12的连接端 12a活动连接设置在肩带孔 11 (或 21 ) 的内側壁上, 而开口端 12b可拆连接设置在肩带孔 11 (或 21 ) 的内側壁 上可以形成开口 。
在本实施例中 ,优选固定结构包括设置在扣件 10的一側的肩带孔 11和设 置在肩带孔 11 内的肩带固定装置 12。肩带固定装置包括连接端 12a和开口端 12b,其连接端 12a滑动连接在所述肩带孔的内側壁上,其开口端 12b与肩带孔 内側壁之间为可拆连接结构。 当肩带固定装置开口端 12b与肩带孔 11脱离时 , 其开口端 12η与肩带孔 11 内側壁形成开口 。肩带 1从开口处折入肩带孔 11 内 , 然后套在肩带固定装置上,就可以将扣件固定在肩带 1上。该肩带孔 11可以是 矩形的 ,也可以是圆形的或其他形状, 只要与肩带 1匹配皆可, 即方便将肩带 1卡入该肩带孔 11 (或 21 ) 内即可。
具体地,如图 13a、 13b所示 ,肩带孔 11 内側壁上设有导轨 13,肩带固定 装置 12套设在导轨 13上,使得肩带固定装置 12沿导轨 13可滑动。优选在肩 带固定装置 12与导轨 13之间设置弹性組件 14,如弹簧等 ,使得肩带固定装置 开口端 12b具有靠近肩带孔 11的趋势使得肩带固定装置开口端 12b保持与肩 带孔 11 封闭 ,使得开口闭合。 当需要安装肩带时, 可手动移动肩带固定装置 12,使得肩带固定装置开口端 12b脱离肩带孔 11 内側壁,将开口打开 ;当安装 完成后 ,肩带固定装置 12在弹性組件的作用下自动封闭开口 ,安装非常方便快 捷,并且能将扣件可靠的固定在肩带的默认位置。
根据需要可在肩带孔 11 内设置两个或两个以上的肩带固定装置 12,这样 肩带 1就能在肩带孔 11能折迭更多次,从而增大肩带 1和扣件的接触面积,使 得固定更为牢靠。在本实施例中 ,肩带固定装置 12 (或 22 )横向设置,即肩带 固定装置 12与所匹配的肩带垂直,使得肩带从竖直方向穿过扣件。
在本实施例中 ,可拆连接结构包括设置在两个扣件包括第一扣件 10和第二 扣件 20之间的相互配合的滑轨 32和滑槽 42。具体地, 可在第一扣件 10的一 側设置滑轨 32,在第二扣件 20上相对的一側设置滑槽 42, 滑槽 42和滑轨 32 相配合,可以将两个扣件包括第一扣件 10和第二扣件 20连接在一起。为了定 位两扣件沿滑槽 42方向上的相对位置,在上述本实施例中 ,优选在滑槽 42的 一端设置止动位 42a,使得滑轨 32沿滑槽 42滑动一定位置后即可停止下滑, 使得两扣件之间的连接更为可靠。

1. 一种胸罩扣件組,其特征在于 ,包括均通过固定结构分别固定在胸罩两肩带 上对应位置处的至少两个扣件, 两个所述扣件之间设有可拆连接结构 ;所 述固定结构包括设置在所述扣件上的肩带孔, 所述肩带孔设有用于固定所 述扣件于胸罩肩带上的肩带固定装置, 所述肩带固定装置包括设置在所述 肩带孔内的第一销轴。

5. 根据权利要求 2所述的胸罩扣組件,其特征在于,所述销轴滑套内表面设有 与所述第二销轴的外表面相配合的销轴定位装置。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的胸罩扣組件,其特征在于,所述销轴滑套可沿所述第 一销轴表面移动,所述销轴滑套与所述第二销轴可拆连接。
7. 根据权利要求 2所述的胸罩扣組件,其特征在于,所述至少一个伸延件从第 一销轴的表面向所述肩带孔孔壁方向伸延,所述伸延件与所述销轴滑套内表 面相 g己合。
8. 根据权利要求 4所述的胸罩扣組件,其特征在于,所述销轴滑套的最长的表 面长度大于所述第一销轴与第二销轴的相对端部之间的距离。
9. 根据权利要求 2所述的胸罩扣組件,其特征在于,所述销轴定位装置包括设 置在所述销轴滑套内表面的定位凸件及设置在所述第一销轴或第二销轴的 外表面的定位凹件。
10.根据权利要求 6 所述的胸罩扣組件,其特征在于 ,所述销轴定位装置还包 括设置于所述销轴滑套外表面的凸件。
1 1.根据权利要求 9 所述的胸罩扣組件,其特征在于 ,所述第一销轴的外表面 设置至少两个所述定位凹件,其中一个所述定位凹件设置为长形。
根据权利要求 1 所述的胸罩扣件組,其特征在于 ,所述肩带孔内壁上设有 从肩带孔穿至所述扣件外側壁的滑孔,所述肩带固定装置滑动设置在所述 滑孔内 。
根据权利要求 12所述的胸罩扣件組,其特征在于,所述肩带固定装置端部 和所述所述肩带孔内壁设有相互配合的定位孔和定位凸柱,所述肩带孔内 壁上设有向肩带固定装置延伸的固定销轴,所述定位孔或定位凸柱设置在 所述固定销轴上与所述肩带固定装置相配合的端部。
根据权利要求 12所述的胸罩扣件組,其特征在于,所述肩带固定装置包括 与所述滑孔相配合的系带杆和滑杆,所述肩带孔内壁上设有与所述滑杆相 配合的滑槽 ,所述所述肩带孔内壁上设有从所述肩带孔贯穿至所述扣件外 側壁且与所述系带杆和滑杆相配合的滑孔,所述滑槽与对应滑孔之间连通 设置,所述肩带孔内壁上设有与所述肩带固定装置系带杆相配合的固定销 轴 ,所述固定销轴端部与肩带固定装置系带杆端部之间设有相互配合的定 位孔和定位凸柱。
根据权利要求 1 所述的胸罩扣件組,其特征在于 ,所述第一销轴一端转动 连接于所述肩带孔内壁上。
根据权利要求 1所述的胸罩扣件組,其特征在于 ,所述第一销轴为长销轴, 所述长销轴位置相对应的位置处设置有短销轴 ,所述长销轴和短销轴之间 设置所述销轴开口 ,所述长销轴和短销轴的长度比设置为 2 : 1〜3 : 1 ,所述 销轴开口的长度设置为 l〜1. 2mm。
根据权利要求 1 所述的胸罩扣件組,其特征在于 ,所述可拆连接结构包括 设置在所述两个扣件之间的相互配合的桂孔和桂钩。
根据权利要求 1 所述的胸罩扣件組,其特征在于 ,所述可拆连接结构包括 设置在所述两个扣件之间之间的相互配合的滑轨和滑槽。
根据权利要求 1 所述的胸罩扣件組,其特征在于 ,所述可拆连接结构包括 所述所述两个扣件之间设置的相互配合的定位缺口 , 所述两个扣件之间位 于所述定位缺口处还设有相互配合的定位凹槽和定位凸台 。 根据权利要求 1 所述的胸罩扣組件,其特征在于 ,所述肩带固定装置的连 接端活动连接设置在所述肩带孔的内壁上而开口端可拆连接设置在所述肩 带孔的内壁上; 所述肩带固定装置的连接端转动连接在所述肩带孔的内壁 上,所述肩带固定装置的转动平面与所述肩带孔垂直;所述肩带固定装置 的连接端滑动连接在所述肩带孔的内壁上;所述肩带孔内壁上设有导轨, 所述肩带固定装置滑动设置在所述导轨上;所述肩带固定装置开口端和所 述肩带孔内壁之间设有相互配合的卡槽和卡隼 ; 所述卡隼和卡槽的配合面 设有拔模斜度,所述卡隼和卡槽之间设有弹性橡胶垫;所述可拆连接结构 包括设置在所述两个扣件之间的相互配合的桂孔和桂钩 ; 所述可拆连接结 构包括设置在所述两个扣件之间的相互配合的滑轨和滑槽 ;所述滑槽的一 端设有止动位;所述可拆连接结构包括所述两个扣件之间设置的相互配合 的定位缺口 。
