相应的, 所述所述通知处理单元 32, 具体用于接收判断处理单元 31发 来的进入小区关闭及重启操作的通知, 执行小区关闭及重启操作过程, 以 及接收判断处理单元 31发来的进入正常的小区系统信息变更过程的通知, 进入正常的小区系统信息变更过程。
所述 LTE系统中小区系统信息更新的装置, 进一步包括:
所述计时单元 33 , 用于接收到通知处理单元 32发来的小区关闭成功的 通知后, 开启计时器, 在接收到通知处理单元 32发来的小区重启成功的通 知后, 停止计时器, 将小区从关闭到重启之间的计时器时长发送给通知处 理单元 32; 相应的, 所述通知处理单元 32, 还用于在进入执行小区关闭及重启的 操作过程时, 向计时单元 33发送小区关闭成功的通知及小区重启成功的通 知, 以及接收计时单元 33返回的小区从关闭到重启之间的计时器时长。
所述通知处理单元 32, 还用于在小区重启成功后, 判断小区从关闭到 重启之间的时长是否小于预定时间间隔, 如果小于, 则小区系统信息的变 更标记设置为 TRUE; 如果不小于, 则小区系统信息的变更标记设置为 FALSE。
所述通知处理单元 32,具体用于判断小区系统信息的变更标记为 TRUE 还是 FALSE, 如果是 FALSE, 则接收核心网周期性发来的更新后的小区系 统信息, 向小区系统信息发生变更的小区中的 UE、 发送变更后的小区系统 信息; 如果是 TRUE, 则将小区系统信息的变更标记设为 FALSE, 并且向 UE发送变更前的小区系统信息, 然后接收核心网周期性发来的更新后的小 区系统信息, 执行正常的小区系统信息变更过程, 同时给核心网发送小区 系统信息变更成功的响应。
上述 LTE系统中小区系统信息更新的装置可以安装在 eNodeB中。 综上所述, 本发明实施例提供了一种 LTE系统中小区系统信息更新的 方法及装置, 通过在小区关闭重启后发送寻呼消息通知 UE、 小区系统信息 发生变更,从而解决 UE接收不到最新的变更后的小区系统信息的问题。更 进一步地, 通过根据小区重启的时延判断是否需要在小区重启后发送寻呼 消息通知 UE小区系统信息发生变更,以防止驻留在小区内的 UE不能主动 的接收变更后的小区系统信息, 如此, 可以实现节约成本以及提升研发效 率的目的。
以上所述, 仅为本发明优选的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并 不局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本 发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种长期演进 LTE系统中小区系统信息更新的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
A、 当判定需要通过小区关闭及重启的方式来实现小区系统信息变更 时, 触发小区关闭及重启操作;
B、 在小区关闭及重启操作成功后, 通知 UE小区系统信息发生变更。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步驟 A包括: 当接收到 '』、区系统信息变更通知消息时, 根据变更的参数判断是否需 要通过小区关闭及重启的方式来实现小区系统信息变更, 如果是, 触发小 区关闭及重启操作, 并执行步驟 B; 否则, 触发正常的小区系统信息变更 过程。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果小区关闭成功后, 还对小区重启的时延进行计时, 则所述步驟 B包括:
在小区重启成功后, 判断小区从关闭到重启之间的时长是否小于预定 时间间隔, 如果小于, 则发送变更前的小区系统信息, 然后触发正常的小 区系统信息变更过程; 如果不小于, 则直接发送变更后的小区系统信息。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步驟 B还包括: 在小区系统信息变更成功后, 向核心网发送小区系统信息变更成功消 息, 作为对接收到的小区系统信息变更通知消息的响应。
5、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述正常的小区系 统信息变更过程包括:
发送寻呼消息以通知 UE小区系统信息发生变更,然后按照小区系统消 息的发送周期发送变更后的小区系统信息。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预定时间间隔为小 区中处于空闲状态下的 UE检测出的下行无线链路失步的最长时间。
7、 一种 LTE系统中小区系统信息更新的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置包 括:
判断处理单元, 用于当判定需要通过小区关闭及重启的方式来实现小 区系统信息变更时, 向通知处理单元发送进入小区关闭及重启操作的通知; 通知处理单元, 用于接收判断处理单元发来的进入小区关闭及重启操 作的通知,在小区关闭及重启操作成功后,通知 UE小区系统信息发生变更。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于,
所述判断处理单元, 具体用于当接收到小区系统信息变更通知消息后, 根据变更的参数的名称判断是否需要通过小区关闭及重启的方式来更新小 区系统信息, 如果需要, 则向通知处理单元发送进入小区关闭及重启操作 的通知, 如果不需要, 则向通知处理单元发送直接进入正常的小区系统信 息变更过程的通知;
相应的, 所述通知处理单元, 具体用于接收判断处理单元发来的进入 小区关闭及重启操作的通知, 执行小区关闭及重启操作过程, 以及接收判 断处理单元发来的进入正常的小区系统信息变更过程的通知, 进入正常的 小区系统信息变更过程。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置进一步包括: 计时单元, 用于将小区从关闭到重启之间的时长发送给通知处理单元; 相应的, 所述通知处理单元, 具体用于接收计时单元返回的小区从关 闭到重启之间的时长, 判断从关闭到重启之间的时长是否小于预定时间间 隔, 如果小于, 则发送小区关闭及重启前的小区系统信息, 然后触发正常 的小区系统信息变更过程; 如果不小于, 则直接发送变更后的小区系统信
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述通知处理单元, 还用于在小区系统信息变更成功后, 向核心网发送小区系统信息变更成 功消息, 作为对接收到的小区系统信息变更通知消息的响应
