Abstract
La présente invention porte sur un appareil d'emballage sous vide pour mettre sous vide et thermosceller un emballage contenant un aliment ou d'autres produits, et, de façon plus spécifique, sur un appareil d'emballage sous vide ayant un élément de fixation qui autorise des performances de thermoscellage stables après la fixation de produits afin d'empêcher des produits contenus dans l'emballage de déborder ou de tomber pendant le thermoscellage.
