Abstract

The invention relates to a structural element (1) formed by: vertical surfaces and/or uprights (2), with windows (2a), doors (2b), openings (2c) or other apertures; and horizontal surfaces (3), which are coupled together using a combination of fixed and articulated joints (4) that are used to fold and convert the structure from a volume to a flat pack. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The invention, as expressed in the statement of the present specification, refers to a collapsible child construction, which contributes, to the function to which it is intended, a series of advantages and innovative features, which will be described in detail below, which represent a remarkable improvement compared to what is already known in the market within its field of application.

More in particular, the object of the invention is focused on a children's construction which, as a children's playground and being able to adopt numerous different shapes, designs and configurations with one or several heights, is intended to serve as a recreational entertainment space for children in which they can play by getting inside and / or perching on it, with the innovative feature of being structured so that it can be folded against the wall on which it is fixed, also becoming, when folded into a unique decorative element that occupies a minimum space, making this type of construction possible in small rooms.

FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION

The field of application of the present invention falls within the technical sector of the industry dedicated to the manufacture of children's toys, focusing particularly on the field of constructions and playgrounds.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

At present, there is a large amount of models of constructions and playgrounds that take all kinds of forms, both for use outside and inside the house. However, one of the biggest drawbacks of this type of recreational elements is the large volume of space they occupy, since they are generally designed as bulky modules so that one or more children can fit inside or at the same time.

This means that, given the problems of space that exist today in most homes, this type of toy is totally ruled out for most parents who, well sure, wish they could provide one to their children with the beneficial possibilities of emotional development and Imaginative that for the education of the same offer such games.

The objective of the present invention is, therefore, to develop a new type of folding child construction, which allows above all to avoid the problem of space, and it should be noted that, at least by the applicant, the existence of any other child construction is unknown or invention of similar application that presents technical, structural and constitutive characteristics similar to those presented here, and whose characterizing details are conveniently included in the final claims that accompany the present specification thereof.

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

Thus, the folding child construction that the present invention proposes is configured as a remarkable novelty within its field of application, since, according to its implementation and in a restrictive way, the objective previously indicated as suitable is satisfactorily achieved, which is achieved by means of independent folding points provided in the vertical and horizontal walls that they make up the construction, always working all the elements together and using the wall that serves as support and anchoring, although this does not imply a limitation, since it can also be done independently of it.

The mechanisms chosen for this purpose consist of simple hinges (piano, book, concealed, etc.) or articulated mechanisms of specific design to occupy less space and obtain total folding, also providing for the additional existence of elevators and pull handles to gas to facilitate folding and unfolding movements.

In the folded position, the recommended construction is shaped like a large decorative landscape on the wall, provided in this case with the relevant insurance to prevent accidents with children. Once deployed, when beginning to work all the elements together, a solid and stable structure is built, capable of supporting the loads and efforts required for the purpose for which it is intended. The material used preferably is wood or derived from it, without discarding the total or combined use of any other material that supports the efforts to which the construction will be subjected, both for its assembly and for its use. One of the advantages offered by the children's construction proposed by the present invention is the possibility of imitating all types of constructive decorations and that, thanks to the folding on which it is based, form an almost flat decoration and silhouette type, constituting a decorative element that It occupies a minimum space.

The main advantage is, therefore, the little space it occupies once folded, the ease of deployment and simplicity of assembly.

Finally, it should be noted that the proposed child construction is focused mainly (but not exclusively) on children between 3 to 8 years, being essential assistance by adults for both folding and unfolding it.

The described folding child construction thus represents an innovative structure of structural and constitutive characteristics unknown until now for the purpose it is intended, reasons that together with its practical utility, provide it with sufficient grounds to obtain the privilege of exclusivity that is requested .

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In view of the aforementioned figures, and in accordance with the numbering adopted, several examples of embodiment of the foldable child construction object of the invention can be seen, which comprises the parts and elements indicated and describe in detail below.

Thus, as observed in these figures, the folding child construction in question consists of a constructive element (1) which, being able to adopt any volumetric form suitable to allow access to its interior and / or on it of young children, preferably from 3 to 8 years, it is configured from a plurality of vertical walls and / or uprights (2), optionally provided with windows (2a), doors (2b), gaps (2c) or other through holes, and of horizontal walls and / or crossbars (3) which, manufactured in any rigid material that is appropriately resistant, preferably of wood or its derivatives, are interconnected by means of fixed joints and articulated joints (4) combined in a variable way, as appropriate in each case, but always so that they achieve a folding of the set of the mentioned vertical (2) and horizontal (3) walls so that the whole of the constructive element is transformed, from a volumetric body of one or more heights with interior spaces, in a practically flat body in which said vertical (2) and horizontal (3) walls are attached to each other without interior spaces and occupying a minimum space.

Said articulated joints (4), preferably, are based on the incorporation of simple hinges of the conventional type, for example piano, book, or concealed, or in other articulation mechanisms of specific design, the additional existence of elevators having also been provided. and / or gas traction handles (not shown in the figures) to facilitate the folding and unfolding movements of some walls.

In this case, the construction element incorporates additional decorative elements (8) that are fixedly attached to one of the vertical walls, as well as additional removable elements (9) that can serve, for example, to facilitate access to the construction element , consisting in the specific case of the example in the form of a lighthouse shown in Figure 14 on a ramp but which may also consist of stairs, steps, pallets, drawers or other accessory elements, which will be linked to the construction element (1) of eventual way to enable its decoupling and disassembly when folding the assembly.

Finally, it should be noted that, although, as indicated, the vertical (2) and horizontal (3) walls that make up the construction element (1) are preferably made of wood or derived therefrom, optionally the incorporation of additional reinforcement elements (10), for example metal profiles, which collaborate in a better support of the efforts to which the construction will be subjected. Claims
