Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fliehkraftbremse ( 10') und eine Fliehkraftkupplung zum Betrieb einer Vorrichtung, insbesondere für eine Windkraftanlage, in einem niedrigen Drehzahlbereich, wobei die Bremse (10') oder Kupplung durch mindestens eine gegen eine Trommelinnenwand anpressbare Backe (16a', 16b', 16c'), die mit einem beweglich außerhalb der Trommel (20') angeordneten Gewicht verbunden ist, gekennzeichnet ist.
