Abstract
一种可调节吸力特性的高压开关永磁操作机构,包括机筒(6)、磁套(3)、线圈(2)和永磁体(4),磁套和线圈设置在机筒内,永磁体设在磁套和机筒之间,机筒上、下两端分别安装有磁轭(1)和端盖(5),机筒内设有异型动铁芯(7)。异型动铁芯外壁上设有凹槽或者凸台,通过改变异型动铁芯外壁形状来改变磁场的分布,从而达到改变吸力特性的目的。该结构精巧实用,便于调整,易于控制,可以适应不同高压开关的特性需求,便于优化设计,并具有很好的通用性。

【0001!本发明属于电力系统高 开关设备,特别涉及一种可调节吸力特性的高压开关永磁 操作机构。
背景技术
[0002J 目前,公知的高压开关永磁操作机构通过改变动铁心截面积或者改变动铁心端面形 状的方法来改变吸力特性, 这两种方法存在下述缺点: 1、 通过改变动铁心截面积来改变 吸力特性的方法, 其会导致合闸保持力和合分闸速度调节困难; 2、 通过改变动铁心端面 形状来改变吸力特性的方法, 其不能对合分闸过程中某段行程的吸力特性做出灵活的控 制。
[0003] 上述现有结构的不足, 导致了吸力特性调整不便、 不易控制。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、便于灵活控制吸力特性的高压开关永磁操作机 构。
【00051 为实现上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是: 一种可调节吸力特性的高压开关永磁操作 机构, 包括机筒、 磁套、 线圈和永磁体, 磁套和线圈设置在机筒内, 永磁体设在磁套与机 筒之间, 机筒上、 下两端分别安装有磁轭和端盖, 所述机筒内设有异型动铁芯。

[0010] 与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点是: 本发明包括机筒、 磁套、 线圈和永磁体, 磁套 和线圈设置在机筒内, 永磁体设在磁套与机筒之间, 机筒上、 下两端分别安装有磁轭和端 盖, 机筒内设有异型动铁芯, 异型动铁芯外壁上设有凹槽或者凸台, 通过改变异型动铁芯 外壁形状来改变磁场的分布, 从而达到改变吸力特性的目的, 当异型动铁芯运动至某一行 程处时, 通过凹槽或者凸台改变磁场分布, 以改变异型动铁芯的吸力特性, 该结构精巧实 用, 便于调整、 易于控制, 可以适应不同高压开关的特性需求, 便于优化设计, 也具有很 好的通用性。 '

具体实施方式
实施例 1 , 如图 1所示的一种可调节吸力特性的永磁操作机构, 其包括磁轭 1, 线圈 2, 磁套 3, 永磁体 4, 端盖 5, 机筒, 6, 动铁心 7, 轴 8。 磁轭 1安装在机筒 6的前端部, 端盖 5安装在机筒的另一端, 线圈 2、 磁套 3、 永磁体 4都在机筒的内部, 且永磁体 4设 在机筒 6和磁套 3之间, 在机筒 6内动铁心 7和轴 8固定连接在一块。
如图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 5所示, 在动铁心上开凹槽, 凹槽的位置、 大小、 形状以及 数量由所要求的吸力特性有关。 当动铁心运动某一行程处时, 改变磁场分布, 以改变动动 铁心的吸力特性。
实施例 2
如图 1所示的一种可调节吸力特性的永磁操作机构, 其包括的主要机构在实施例 1中 已经叙述, 在此不再赘述。
如图 6所示, 在动铁心上开凸台, 其中凸台的位置、大小、形状以及数量由所要求的 吸力特性有关, 当动铁心运动某一行程处时, 改变磁场分布, 以改变动了动铁心的吸力特 性。

1.一种可调节吸力特性的高压开关永磁操作机构, 包括机筒、 磁套、 线圈和永磁体, 磁套 和线圈设置在机筒内, 磁体设在磁套与机筒之间, 机筒上、 下两端分别安装有磁轭和端 盖, 其特征在于, 所述机筒内设.有异型动铁芯。
2.如权利要求 1所述的可调节吸力特性的高压开关永磁操作机构, 其特征在于, 所述异型 动铁芯为圆柱状筒体, 筒体外壁上开设有凹槽。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的可调节吸力特性的高压开关永磁操作机构, 其特征在于, 所述异型 动铁芯为圆柱状筒体, 筒体外壁上设有凸台。
4. 如权利要求 2所述的可调节吸力特性的高压开关永磁操作机构, 其特征在于, 所述凹槽 的数量至少为一个。
5.如权利要求 3所述的可调节吸力特性的高压开关永磁操作机构, 其特征在于, 所述凸台 的数量至少为一个。
