Abstract

The present invention relates to a support capable of being used together with an ordinary portable computer because the support allows a portable terminal to stand at a predetermined angle, and a protecting device for the portable terminal including the support. The protecting device includes: a keyboard wirelessly communicating with a portable terminal and serving as an input unit for the portable terminal; a support allowing the portable terminal to stand at a predetermined angle; and a main body including the keyboard and the support therein. The main body includes: a keyboard mounting part for mounting the keyboard; a support mounting part for mounting the support; and a slip prevention part formed of silicon or rubber and being disposed on each of both left and right portions of the support mounting part. The support has a configuration separable from the main body. Since the support and the protecting device for the portable terminal including the support are provided, the protecting device wirelessly communicates with the portable terminal, and the keyboard serving as an input unit for the portable terminal is provided, so that the protecting device may perform the function of an input unit used in an ordinary personal computer (PC).
