Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble soudé dans lequel un premier composant définit un alésage, un second composant est reçu dans l'alésage et une soudure est utilisée pour coupler le second composant au premier composant. Le premier composant comporte une poche d'isolation formée autour de l'alésage de sorte qu'une saillie annulaire possédant une partie collier annulaire soit formée. La poche d'isolation est dimensionnée et positionnée par rapport à la soudure de sorte que la partie collier annulaire dévie autour de la base jusqu'à une position située radialement vers l'intérieur par rapport à une position de la partie collier annulaire avant la formation de la soudure, la poche d'isolation régulant ainsi le rétrécissement axial associé à la formation et au refroidissement de la soudure.
