本文中术语"和 /或", 仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系, 表示可以 存在三种关系, 例如, A和 /或 B, 可以表示: 单独存在 A, 同时存在 A和 B, 单独存在 B这三种情况。 另外, 本文中字符 ", —般表示前后关联对象是一 种"或"的关系。
本实施例提供一种数据卡, 包括: 数据卡本体和旋转头, 所述数据卡 本体包括第一外壳和印刷电路板 PCB , 所述 PCB位于所述第一外壳的内腔 中, 所述旋转头中设置有电连接外部设备的外接端口; 其中, 所述数据卡 本体的第一外壳上设置有与所述 PCB电连接的连接孔; 所述旋转头中设有 电连接所述外接端口的连接头, 该连接头电连接所述连接孔, 以使数据卡 和外部设备之间能够进行数据传输。 进一步地, 本实施例中数据卡的旋转 头为可旋转的旋转头, 该旋转头能够在各个方向上旋转, 以便该数据卡通 过旋转头的外接端口连接各种外部设备。 应了解的是, 本实施例中提及的 数据卡内部的 PCB还电连接相关的电路部件, 如处理单元、 射频单元或模 数转换单元等。 本实施例不对 PCB自身的电路结构以及该 PCB电连接的电 路部件的结构进行限定。
在实际的应用场景中, 连接孔可位于所述第一外壳的端部, 或所述连 接孔可位于所述第一外壳的侧面。 本实施例中第一外壳可为规则形状, 如 矩形等。 另外, 第一外壳的内腔中还设置有天线, 该天线用于与 PCB电连接, 以便于数据卡较好实现无线上网的功能, 即外部设备与具有天线的数据卡 连接, 以使外部设备通过数据卡连接无线网络, 进而实现无线上网的功能。 在本实施例中, 内置有天线的数据卡与外部设备之间能够进行数据传输和 / 或信号传输。 本发明实施例中将天线、 PCB及其电路部件放置于数据卡本 体中, 使得数据卡在使用中数据传输的可靠性提高。
在一种应用场景中, 所述连接头可为金属转轴, 所述连接孔可为母座, 该金属转轴插接于所述母座中。 进一步地, 旋转头的金属转轴与外接端口 之间可采用焊接方式电连接, 数据卡本体的母座与 PCB之间可采用焊接方 式电连接, 由此, 可使本实施例中的数据卡结构简单, 且制备方便。
在实际应用中, 优选设置旋转头的外接端口为 USB插头, 旋转头的金 属转轴为四脚金属转轴, 此时, 母座可为具有与所述四脚金属转轴适配的 接触端的母座。 此外, 当设置旋转头的金属转轴为五脚金属转轴时, 母座 可为具有与所述五脚金属转轴适配的接触端的母座。
另外, 所述数据卡本体的第一外壳上还设置有用于容置所述旋转头的 容置空间, 用于容置所述旋转头。 本实施例中的容置空间的形状可为配合 旋转头形状的阶梯形状, 且容置空间的位置临近于所述连接孔的位置, 以 使容置所述旋转头的所述第一外壳的形状可为规则形状, 如矩形形状。 当 然, 容置空间的形状还可为凹槽形状, 该容置空间可为通透的即贯通的凹 槽, 且容置空间的位置也临近于所述连接孔的位置, 以使数据卡的旋转头 能够 360° 旋转。 本实施例中对容置空间的具体形状不限定, 其该容置空间 能够较好地容置旋转头即可。 需要说明的是, 本实施例中的第一外壳可为 绝缘材料制备, 在实际中, 具有容置空间的第一外壳可通过模具制备。
本实施例中的数据卡能够避免现有技术中的问题, 以及该数据卡能够 适用于各种接口的外部设备。 另外, 本发明实施例中的数据卡的数据卡本 体和旋转头之间采用连接头和连接孔的连接方式, 方便制备和维护, 便于 大规模生产。
图 1 A至图 1 E为本发明一实施例提供的数据卡的结构示意图,如图 1 A所 示, 本实施例的数据卡包括: 数据卡本体 10和旋转头 12。 其中数据卡本体 10包括第一外壳 1 1和 PCB (图中未示出) 。 旋转头 12中设置有电连接外部 设备(图中未示出) 的外接端口 13。 具体地, 数据卡本体 10的第一外壳上 设置有与所述 PCB (例如 PCB上用于数据传输的端口)电连接的连接孔 14, 以及, 旋转头 12中设有电连接外接端口 13的连接头 15, 且该连接头 15用于 电连接连接孔 14, 以使外接端口 13与外部设备电连接时, 数据卡和外部设 备之间能够传输数据。 本实施例中数据卡的旋转头 12为可旋转的旋转头, 以便于数据卡适应各种 USB接口的外部设备, 如图 1 C和图 1 D所示。
另外, 第一外壳 1 1的内腔中还设置有天线 (图中未示出) , 该天线用 于与所述 PCB电连接, 例如可与 PCB上的馈点电连接, 以便于数据卡实现 无线上网的功能。
通常, 可将连接孔 14设在第一外壳 1 1的端部, 或将连接孔 14设在第一 外壳 1 1的侧面或其他位置, 其目的是方便数据卡和外部设备的 (如便携机 纵向设置的 USB接口) 连接, 使得数据卡在使用时的可靠性提高。
在一种应用场景中, 连接孔 14可为母座, 连接头 15可为金属转轴, 该 金属转轴用于插接在所述母座中,使得数据卡本体 1 0和旋转头 12较好配合。 特别地, 该母座可使用表贴式焊接或破板式焊接方式实现与 PCB的电连接。 另外, 旋转头 12中的金属转轴与外接端口 13之间采用焊接方式电连接。
在本实施例中, 为使数据卡携带方便, 第一外壳 1 1上还设置有用于容 置旋转头 12的容置空间 16, 如图 1 B所示。 本实施例的容置有旋转头 12的第 一外壳的整体形状可为矩形。
图 1 A至图 1 D中所示的容置空间 16的形状可为配合旋转头形状的阶梯 形状, 且容置空间 16在第一外壳 1 1的临近于连接孔 14的位置, 使得容置旋 转头 12的第一外壳 1 1的整体形状为规则形状,进而使用者便于携带数据卡。 当然, 上述容置空间 1 6的形状也可为凹槽形状, 该凹槽为通透性的, 即无底部区域, 如图 1 E所示, 设置为凹槽形状的容置空间 16能够方便旋转 头 12的旋转, 如该处旋转头可旋转 360° , 进而使数据卡较好配合各种接口 的外部设备。 本实施例不限定容置空间 16的具体形状。 在本实施例中, 容 置空间 16的位置可依据第一外壳 1 1上连接孔 14的位置变化。
上述实施例中的数据卡可以避免现有技术中数据卡与便携机连接的问 题。 另外, 本发明实施例中的数据卡的数据卡本体和旋转头之间采用连接 头和连接孔的连接方式, 方便制备和维护, 且便于大规模生产。
图 2A至图 2C为本发明另一实施例提供的数据卡的结构示意图,如图 2A 所示, 本实施例中的数据卡包括: 数据卡本体 20和旋转头 22。 本实施例中 旋转头 22的结构与图 1 A中所示的旋转头 12的结构基本相同, 此处不再详 述。
在本实施例中, 数据卡本体 20包括: 第一外壳 21、 PCB和连接孔 24。 其中, PCB均位于第一外壳 21的内腔中。 连接孔 24设置在第一外壳 21上, 如图 2A所示, 其连接孔 24和 PCB电导通, 优选连接孔 24与 PCB中的数据传 输的端口电连接。 本实施例中的连接孔 24与旋转头中的连接头配合, 以使 数据卡与外部设备之间传输数据。 本实施例中的外部设备以便携机为例进 行说明。
图 2B中所示的连接孔 24位于第一外壳 21的侧面中间区域, 其保证数据 卡的外接端口与便携机的 USB接口连接时, 可有效避免现有技术中数据卡 与便携机之间的连接问题。
图 2C所示的连接孔 24位于第一外壳 21的端部区域, 用以数据卡的外接 端口与便携机的 USB接口连接时, 便于数据卡本体 20的空间分布。
图 2A至图 2C中的连接孔 24可为母座, 该母座可使用表贴式焊接或破板 式焊接方式实现与 PCB的连接。 进一步地, 本实施例中旋转头 22的连接头 可为金属转轴, 该金属转轴可插接于母座中, 以实现旋转头 22与数据卡本 体 20之间的电连接。 特别地, 本实施例中的旋转头 22的外接端口可为 USB 插头, 旋转头 22的金属转轴可为四脚金属转轴, 此时, 数据卡本体 20的母 座可为具有与所述四脚金属转轴适配的接触端的母座。 当然, 在其他实施 例中, 旋转头 22的金属转轴可为五脚金属转轴, 此时对应的数据卡本体 20 的母座可为具有与所述五脚金属转轴适配的接触端的母座。
需要说明的是, 图 2A至图 2C中所示的数据卡本体 20中均无容置空间, 进而使得本实施例中的数据卡本体 20制备方便, 结构筒单, 且外观美观。
另外, 图 2A至图 2C中所示的数据卡本体 20中还可包括电连接 PCB的天 线, 优选天线与 PCB中的馈点电连接, 以便于具有该数据卡本体的数据卡 能够实现无线上网卡的功能。
本实施例中的数据卡能够避免现有技术中数据卡与便携机之间的连接 问题, 进一步地, 该数据卡能够适用于各种接口的外部设备。
本发明实施例中的数据卡的数据卡本体和旋转头之间采用连接头和连 接孔的连接方式, 方便制备和维护, 且便于大规模生产。
根据本发明的另一方面, 本发明还提供一种数据卡的旋转头, 其包括: 第二外壳和外接端口, 所述外接端口的一端延伸于所述第二外壳外侧, 用 于与外部设备电连接, 以及, 所述旋转头还包括连接头, 在所述第二外壳 内所述连接头的一端电连接所述外接端口的另一端, 所述连接头的另一端 延伸于所述第二外壳外侧, 用于与数据卡的连接孔电连接。
在本实施例中, 所述连接头为金属转轴。 另外, 所述金属转轴与所述 外接端口之间采用焊接方式电连接。 特别地, 本实施例中的外接端口可为 USB插头。
在实际的结构中, 所述第二外壳可包括上盖和与所述上盖配合的下盖; 所述上盖与所述下盖配合将所述连接头和所述外接端口的连接处固定。 进 一步地, 所述连接头和所述外接端口的连接处还电连接有接地弹片, 以保 护旋转头的使用安全。 在本实施例中, 可将第二外壳的形状设置为紧凑型的矩形形状, 以使 旋转头的连接头 (如 USB插头) 与便携机的 USB接口连接时, 节省空间。
本实施例中数据卡的旋转头结构简单, 可方便制备和维护。
图 3A和图 3B为本发明另一实施例提供的数据卡的旋转头的结构示意 图, 如图 3A所示, 本实施例中的旋转头可包括: 第二外壳 31、 外接端口 32 和连接头 33。 外接端口 32的一端延伸于第二外壳 31外侧, 用于与外部设备 电连接, 以及外接端口 32的另一端电连接连接头 33的一端, 该连接处位于 第二外壳 31内。 所述连接头 33的另一端与数据卡的连接孔(如上实施例中 所述的连接孔 14 ) 电连接, 使得数据卡与外部设备之间可进行数据传输。
在一种应用场景中,上述连接头 33可为金属转轴。外接端口 32可为 USB 插头。 在本实施例中, 所述金属转轴与所述外接端口之间可采用焊接方式 电连接。 图 3B中所示的金属转轴为四脚金属转轴,其通过四个 PIN脚与外接 端口 32焊接连接。 应说明的是, 当金属转轴为四脚金属转轴时, 相应地, 数据卡的连接孔可为具有与所述四脚金属转轴适配的接触端的连接孔。
在另一种应用场景中, 如图 3B所示, 所述第二外壳 31包括上盖 31 1和 与所述上盖 31 1配合的下盖 312,上盖 31 1与下盖 312配合将连接头 33和外接 端口 32的连接处固定。 需要说明的是, 本实施例中的上盖 31 1和下盖 312均 可通过模具制备。 另外, 该上盖 31 1和下盖 312的材料为绝缘材料。
进一步地, 连接头 33和外接端口 32的连接处还电连接有接地弹片 313, 以保护旋转头的使用安全。
在本实施例中, 可将第二外壳 31的形状设置为紧凑型的矩形形状, 以 使旋转头的连接头 33与便携机的 USB接口连接时, 不占用周围空间。
本实施例中数据卡的旋转头结构简单, 可以方便维护和制备。
图 4A和图 4B为本发明另一实施例提供的数据卡的旋转头的结构示意 图, 如图 4所示, 本实施例中的旋转头与图 3中所示的旋转头不同的是, 旋 转头中的连接头 42位置变化。 本实施例中的连接头 42也可为金属转轴, 如 图 4B所示的五脚金属转轴等。 旋转头中连接头 42与外接端口 43可设置为直 线连接, 如图 4B所示。 需要说明的是, 本实施例中的金属转轴为五脚金属 转轴时, 相应地, 数据卡的连接孔可为具有与所述五脚金属转轴适配的接 触端的连接孔。
本实施例中的旋转头结构筒单, 便于大规模生产, 且方便维护。
根据本发明的另一方面, 本发明还提供一种数据卡的数据卡本体, 包 括: 第一外壳和 PCB , 所述 PCB位于所述第一外壳的内腔中, 所述第一外 壳上设置有与所述天线电连接的连接孔, 该连接孔用于与旋转头的连接头 配合。
进一步地,第一外壳的内腔中还设置有天线,所述天线用于与所述 PCB 电连接。
在一种应用场景中, 连接孔位于所述第一外壳的端部, 或所述连接孔 位于所述第一外壳的侧面, 并且第一外壳上还设置有用于容置所述旋转头 的容置空间。
特别地, 容置空间的形状为阶梯形状, 且所述容置空间的位置临近于 所述连接孔的位置。 当然, 所述容置空间的形状为凹槽形状, 且所述容置 空间的位置临近于所述连接孔的位置。 本实施例中的连接孔为母座。
本实施例中数据卡的数据卡本体结构简单, 可以解决现有技术中数据 卡结构复杂带来的可靠性不高的问题, 以及成本低, 且维修方便, 可大规 模生产。
图 5为本发明另一实施例提供的数据卡的数据卡本体的结构示意图, 如 图 5所示,数据卡本体 50包括第一外壳 51、位于第一外壳 51的内腔中的天线 和位于第一外壳 51上的连接孔 52。 其中连接孔 52和 PCB电连接, 优选连接 孔 52与 PCB中的数据传输的端口电连接, 该连接孔 52用于与旋转头的连接 头配合, 以便数据卡和外部设备之间的数据传输。
在实际的应用中, 第一外壳 51的内腔中还设置有天线, 该天线用于与 所述 PCB电连接, 例如天线可与 PCB上的馈点电连接。
在另一种应用场景中, 连接孔 52位于第一外壳 51的端部, 或连接孔 52 位于第一外壳 51的侧面, 通常使用的连接孔 52可为母座。
特别地, 本实施例中的第一外壳 51上还设置有用于容置旋转头的容置 空间 53。 其中, 容置空间 53的形状为阶梯形状, 且容置空间 53的位置临近 于连接孔 52的位置。 当然, 容置空间的形状还可为凹槽形状, 该容置空间 主要是用于容置旋转头, 方便数据卡的携带。
本实施例中数据卡的数据卡本体结构简单, 可以解决现有技术中数据 卡结构复杂带来的可靠性不高的问题, 以及成本低, 且维修方便, 可大规 模生产。
需要说明的是: 说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例, 所涉及 的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。 在上述实施例中, 对各个实施 例的描述都各有侧重, 某个实施例中没有详述的部分, 可以参见其他实施 例的相关描述。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种数据卡, 包括: 数据卡本体和旋转头, 数据卡本体包括第一外 壳和印刷电路板 PCB, 所述 PCB位于所述第一外壳的内腔中, 所述旋转头 中设置有电连接外部设备的外接端口, 其特征在于,
所述数据卡本体的第一外壳上设置有与所述 PCB电连接的连接孔; 所述旋转头中设有电连接所述外接端口的连接头, 所述连接头用于电 连接所述连接孔。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的数据卡, 其特征在于, 所述连接孔为母座, 所述连接头为金属转轴, 所述金属转轴插接于所述母座中。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的数据卡, 其特征在于, 所述第一外壳的内 腔中还设置有天线, 所述天线用于与所述 PCB电连接。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的数据卡, 其特征在于, 所述连接孔位于所 述第一外壳的端部, 或所述连接孔位于所述第一外壳的侧面。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的数据卡, 其特征在于, 所述第一外壳上还 设置有用于容置所述旋转头的容置空间。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的数据卡, 其特征在于, 所述旋转头的所述金 属转轴与所述外接端口之间釆用焊接方式电连接。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的数据卡, 其特征在于, 所述旋转头的所述外 接端口为 USB插头, 所述金属转轴为四脚金属转轴, 所述母座为具有与所 述四脚金属转轴适配的接触端的母座; 或者
所述金属转轴为五脚金属转轴, 所述母座为具有与所述五脚金属转轴 适配的接触端的母座。
8、 一种数据卡的旋转头, 包括: 第二外壳和外接端口, 所述外接端口 的一端延伸于所述第二外壳外侧, 用于与外部设备电连接, 其特征在于, 所述旋转头还包括连接头, 所述连接头的一端电连接所述外接端口的 另一端, 所述连接头的另一端延伸于所述第二外壳外侧, 用于与数据卡的 连接孔电连接。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的数据卡的旋转头, 其特征在于, 所述连接头 为金属转轴。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的数据卡的旋转头, 其特征在于,
所述外接端口为 USB插头 , 所述金属转轴为四脚金属转轴或五脚金属 转轴。
1 1、根据权利要求 8至 10任一权利要求所述的数据卡的旋转头,其特征 在于, 所述第二外壳包括上盖和与所述上盖配合的下盖;
所述上盖与所述下盖固定连接, 以使所述连接头和所述外接端口的连 接处固定。
12、根据权利要求 8至 10任一权利要求所述的数据卡的旋转头,其特征 在于,
所述连接头和所述外接端口的连接处还电连接有接地弹片。
13、 一种数据卡的数据卡本体, 包括: 第一外壳和印刷电路板 PCB, 所述 PCB位于所述第一外壳的内腔中, 其特征在于,
所述第一外壳上设置有与所述 PCB电连接的连接孔, 该连接孔用于与 旋转头的连接头配合。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的数据卡的数据卡本体, 其特征在于, 所述 连接孔为母座。
15、 根据权利要求 13或 14所述的数据卡的数据卡本体, 其特征在于, 所述第一外壳的内腔中还设置有天线, 所述天线用于与所述 PCB电连接。
16、 根据权利要求 13或 14所述的数据卡的数据卡本体, 其特征在于, 所述连接孔位于所述第一外壳的端部, 或所述连接孔位于所述第一外壳的 侧面。
17、根据权利要求 13或 14所述的数据卡的数据卡本体,其特征在于, 所述第一外壳上还设置有用于容置所述旋转头的容置空间。
