传统的 DSCP值设置, 由业务层面设定, 无法根据网络质量状态实时 动态调整, 且静态调整往往是用户感受出了问题, 或有用户投诉, 再根据 网络情况进行优化, 用户影响周期比较长, 尤其是语音用户的感受, 不利 于无线接入网的运营。

通过上述方法和系统, 根据承载传输 IP网络质量, 自动提升语音报文 发送优先级 DSCP值, 并且对于自动提升语音报文发送优先级 DSCP值, 根据承载传输 IP网络质量变化情况, 若已不再需要提升的, 选择自动回调 语音发送优先级。 所以, 本发明通过自动化调整方法, 解决了承载传输网 络质量变化, 引起的语音发送优先级调整的问题, 能够非常方便地检测到 当前承载传输网络的传输质量, 代替原来的手工操作, 并能够实时反映移 动通讯网络的语音质量, 并自动调整语音业务发送优先级, 保证移动通讯 网络的语音质量, 做到提前检测提前调整, 极大提高了语音报文发送优先 级的动态调整, 提升移动通讯网络的维护和运营。

13、如权利要求 12所述的系统,其特征在于, 所述语音质量检测模块, 具体用于: 根据进行承载传输网络质量检测时, 根据参数设置模块设置的 语音质量检测参数产生语音检测报文, 发送语音检测报文给 DSCP值获取 和修改通知模块, 接收 DSCP值获取和修改通知模块的回应报文, 根据收 到的回应报文, 计算出平均时延和丟包率, 与所述参数设置模块设置的语 音质量评价参数进行比较, 如果计算出的平均时延和丟包率都小于语音质 量评价参数, 则当前语音报文 DSCP值语音质量为正常, 否则为不正常; 相应的, 所述 DSCP值获取和修改通知模块, 具体用于接收语音质量 检测模块发来的语音检测报文, 将语音检测报文发送给移动通讯系统, 并 将移动通讯系统返回的回应报文返回给语音质量检测模块。
14、如权利要求 13所述的系统,其特征在于, 所述自动提升处理模块, 具体用于: 接收语音质量检测模块发来的检测结果, 当检测结果为不正常 时, 提升当前语音报文 DSCP值得到新的 DSCP值, 判断新的 DSCP值是 否小于参数设置模块中的语音报文 DSCP最大门限值, 如果不小于, 则确 认无法通过修改 DSCP值解决语音质量问题,仍然采用默认语音报文 DSCP 值; 如果小于, 则向语音质量检测模块发送检测新的 DSCP值是否正常的 通知、 并接收语音质量检测模块返回的检测结果, 如果检测结果为正常, 判断该当前检测 DSCP值是否与默认语音报文 DSCP值相同, 若相同, 则 确定默认语音报文 DSCP值正常, 不需要调整, 结束处理流程, 若不同, 则通知 DSCP值获取和修改通知模块新的 DSCP值设置为该当前检测 DSCP 值,结束处理流程;如果检测结果为不正常,则继续提升当前语音报文 DSCP 值得到新的 DSCP值, 判断新的 DSCP值是否小于语音报文 DSCP最大门 限值。
15、 如权利要求 12所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述自动调整语音发送 参数装置进一步包括:
自动回调处理模块, 用于根据承载传输网络变化情况, 确定自动回调 语音发送优先级。
