  • the motor manufactured by one of the coil winding methods according to the embodiments of the present invention has 20% to 30% less size and weight in the same output than conventional motors. The reason is that the coil winding method according to the present invention efficiently generates an electromagnetic interaction in the four excitation poles, the twelve commutator thin films, and the twelve pole teeth.

Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un moteur, qui présente une nouvelle structure de champ électromagnétique, une structure simple et une bonne efficacité d'entraînement, et à un procédé de fabrication du moteur. Le moteur comprend : un ensemble culasse comportant au moins deux paires de pôles d'excitation ; un ensemble amateur comportant une pluralité de dents polaires sur lesquelles des bobines sont enroulées et des films minces commutateurs ayant le même nombre des dents polaires, les bobines entrant en interaction avec les pôles d'excitation ; et un ensemble couvercle agencé sur l'ensemble amateur, la bobine s'enroulant à la fois sur au moins deux dents polaires voisines de la pluralité de dents polaires.
