Abstract

La présente invention concerne une vanne (1) qui comprend un logement (2) définissant une voie d'écoulement (5) entre une première extrémité (3) et une seconde extrémité (4) du logement (2). La vanne comprend en outre un dispositif à piston (8) ayant une partie amovible (9), qui est amovible d'une position fermée, dans laquelle le flux de liquide dans la voie d'écoulement est empêché, à une position ouverte, dans laquelle le flux de liquide dans la voie d'écoulement est permis. La partie amovible (9) a une partie d'étanchéité (13) configurée pour se plaquer contre une surface d'étanchéité intérieure (14) du logement (2) dans la position fermée du dispositif à piston (8). Le dispositif à piston comprend en outre une partie ressort (10) configurée pour dévier la partie amovible (9) vers la position fermée. La partie ressort (10) fait partie intégrante du dispositif à piston (8). Le dispositif à piston (8) a une partie de fixation (11), qui est liée de manière fixe au dit logement (2) et qui définit une partie de la voie d'écoulement (5). Dans la position ouverte, l'écoulement de liquide est permis autour de la partie amovible (9). La présente invention concerne en outre un récipient (21) pour une solution médicale, ainsi qu'un ensemble de tubulure destiné à être utilisé dans un dispositif médical. La présente invention concerne finalement un procédé de fabrication d'une vanne et un procédé de définition d'une voie d'écoulement entre deux cuves de liquide.
