Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of wireless communication technologies, and in particular, to a method, system, and device for transmitting information and determining whether to receive an MBMS. Background technique
- MBMS Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service
- UE user equipment
- MBMS can be provided on both the MBMS-dedicated frequency layer and the frequency layer shared with non-MBMS.
- the LTE cell supporting MBMS may be an MBMS dedicated cell or an MBMS/unicast mixed cell.
- MBMS transmission single cell transmission or multi-cell transmission may be performed.
- the MBMS dedicated frequency layer refers to the frequency layer dedicated to MBMS transmission.
- the cell is referred to as an MBMS dedicated cell; when a cell is configured not to be used exclusively for the frequency layer of MBMS transmission, the cell is referred to as an MBMS/unicast hybrid cell.
- the unicast and MBMS in the MBMS/unicast hybrid cell are cooperatively transmitted, and are used for MBMS transmission at certain moments, and for unicast traffic transmission at other moments.
- MBMS single cell transmission means that MBMS is only transmitted within the coverage of one designated cell, and does not support the combination of MBMS transmission from multiple cells;
- MBMS multi-cell transmission needs to support MBSFN (Multimedia Broadcast Broadcast Service Single Frequency Network) Broadcast service single frequency network) transmission mode.
- MBSFN Multimedia Broadcast Broadcast Service Single Frequency Network
- the so-called MBSFN refers to simultaneous transmission in multiple cells at the same frequency at the same time (that is, cells in the same MBSFN area are all of the same frequency). Use this transmission method to be able to About frequency resources, improve spectrum utilization. It requires that multiple cells of the same content be sent simultaneously. In this way, the UE receiver can treat multiple MBSFN cells as one large cell. Therefore, the UE will not only be subject to inter-cell interference transmitted by neighboring cells, but will also benefit from the superposition of signals from multiple MBSFN cells. Both the MBMS dedicated cell and the MBMS/unicast hybrid cell can use the MBSFN transmission mode. In addition, if advanced UE receiver technology is used, the time difference of multipath propagation can also be solved, thereby eliminating intra-cell interference. The diversity effect brought by the multi-cell co-frequency transmission can also solve problems such as blind zone coverage, enhance the reliability of reception, and improve coverage.
- the UE determines whether there is an MBMS that is of interest to the UE according to the MBMS service information. However, if the UE is connected to a cell for unicast data transmission, the UE can only receive the MBMS service information of the cell in the cell, and cannot obtain the MBMS service information of other cells.

步骤 101、 处于 RRC连接状态的用户设备(下面出现的用户设备都是处 于 RRC连接状态的用户设备)在需要获取其他小区的 MBMS业务信息时, 从网络侧获取其他小区的 MBMS业务信息;
在实施中, 网络侧可以通过系统信息 (即在系统消息中添加一个通知消 息)或寻呼消息接收发送获取邻小区 MBMS业务信息的通知, 相应的, 用户 设备通过系统信息或寻呼消息接收该通知;
上行緩存为空, 且设定时间内预期没有上行数据到达;
没有建立特定业务, 其中特定业务是单位时间内下行数据到达次数的第 一阔值的业务;
在所有载波上搜索其他小区的 MBMS业务信息;
若服务小区广播中携带 MBMS传输载波信息, 用户设备调整到 MBMS 传输载波信息对应的 MBMS传输载波上接收邻小区的 MBMS业务信息, 也 就是说不需要在搜有载波上进行搜索, 只需要在 MBMS传输载波信息对应的 MBMS传输载波上进行搜索;
较佳地,用户设备通知所属的基站需要获取其他小区的 MBMS业务信息;
MBMS业务信息的通知后,将从其他小区获得的 MBMS业务信息发送给用户 设备;
用户设备通过测量报告消息通知基站设备需要获取其他小区的 MBMS业 务信息;
用户设备在确定其他小区有感兴趣的 MBMS业务之后, 向所属的基站发 送期望接收 MBMS业务的 4艮告;
步骤 201、 基站确定收到来自本小区用户设备的需要获取其他小区的 MBMS业务信息的通知;

如图 5所示, 本发明实施例的基站包括: 接收模块 500和发送模块 510。 接收模块 500,用于确定收到来自本小区用户设备的需要获取其他小区的 MBMS业务信息的通知;
