Disclosed are a synchronization method, an access method and devices for load information of same coverage cells. The method comprises: calculating, according to acquired radio resource loads, base station interference parameters and base station transmit power parameters, an integrated load value of each cell in the same coverage cells; synchronizing the calculated integrated load values to other radio network controllers that manage the same coverage cells; and when a UE requests to access a cell, according to the integrated load value of each cell in the same coverage cells and a set policy, enabling the UE to selectively access the requested cell and other cells in the same coverage cells.
