Description

一种脱水拖把及脱水拖把组 技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁工具,特别涉及一种脱水拖把及脱水拖把组。
背景技术
使用后的拖布在清洗过程中,需要不断地用手去挤干拖布中的水份,才能将拖布彻底清洗干净,在这一过程中,手部难以避免会接触到污水,这对于喜爱清洁的人士来说是难以忍受的。针对这一问题,现已有业者生产出多种方便拖把及与其配合使用的脱水装置,如CN201157333Y中就公开了一种甩干拖把及拖把桶,该拖把包括中空的拖把杆,可对折的拖把头,并包括一个连接拖把杆和拖把头的转接部件,所述的转接部件包括从上至下依次由顶盖、外壳、底盖组成的中空壳体,在外壳的轴心处沿轴向设置一根表面为麻花纹的轴杆,轴杆在靠近顶盖的一端设有可沿轴向上下滑动并带动轴杆以外壳的轴线为旋转轴旋转的拖把杆连接块,在靠近底盖的一端设有可由轴杆带动的,以外壳的轴线为旋转轴旋转的拖把头连接块,拖把杆和拖把杆连接块连接,拖把头和拖把头连接块连接。从而可以快速、方便地达到拖把头脱水的目的。但是,上述结构存在结构复杂、自身清洁困难和造价高的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供了一种使用便捷、成体低廉、结构简单的新型脱水拖把及脱水拖把组。
本发明为解决上述技术问题技术方案是:提供一种脱水拖把,包括一拖把杆、一支架和一拖布,所述支架包括两片平行设置的长条杆和位于两片长条杆中部的上端且用于固定两片长条杆的连接柱,两片长条杆之间留有空隙,所述拖把杆的下端可拆卸地连接所述连接柱上端,所述拖布的两端分别可拆卸地连接所述两片长条杆。
作为本发明的一优选方案,所述连接柱是一实心柱体,连接柱的下端设有一个与所述两片长条杆之间的空隙相连通的凹槽。
作为本发明的一优选方案,所述每一长条杆上设有一空腔和设于该空腔内的固定爪,所述拖布的两端位于固定爪与空腔之间,固定爪与所述长条杆进行卡接。
作为本发明的一优选方案,所述固定爪上设有若干个用于卡紧所述拖布的齿状突起,若干个齿状突起并排设置。
作为本发明的一优选方案,所述每一长条杆的两端设有卡孔,所述固定爪的两端设有卡条,卡孔与卡条匹配进行卡接。
作为本发明的一优选方案,所述每一卡孔的中部设有一卡紧筋条,所述卡条的中部设有与卡紧筋条相对应的凹孔。
为解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明还提供了一种包括前述任一脱水拖把的新型脱水拖把组,还包括一脱水桶,该脱水桶包括一桶体、设于桶体外侧底部的脚踏板和一弯折杆,该弯折杆一端固定于桶体的侧壁,另一端向桶体上方延伸并投影于桶体的内侧。
作为本本发明的一优选方案,所述脱水桶的桶体底部设有若干个在水平面上滚动的滑动轮。
采用上述技术方案,相对于现有技术,取得的有益效果是:
(1)脱水桶上的弯折杆可以穿过拖把的两片长条杆之间的空隙,不仅便于放置拖把,防止附着在拖把拖布上的污水弄脏地板或其他需清洁处,并且可以以弯折杆为中心,对拖布进行扭转从而达到清洗拖布的效果。
(2)拖把的拖把杆、支架和拖布都可以拆卸,便于维修和更换。
(3)连接柱是实心柱体,可以使新型拖把更加结实,不易折断;另外,连接柱的下端设有一个凹槽,使脱水桶的弯折杆更容易通过两片长条杆之间的空隙,防止弯折杆卡死或穿进拖布内。
(4) 长条杆内设有空腔,并有固定爪与空腔进行匹配,从而使拖布被牢固地卡紧在固定爪与长条杆之间,不易脱落; 固定爪上齿状突起的设计,能进一步加强上述卡紧效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图具体说明本发明所述的技术方案。
如图1、图3所示,本发明所述的脱水拖把10包括拖把杆11、支架12和拖布13,支架12包括两片长条杆14a、14b和连接柱16,长条杆14a、14b平行设置且之间留有空隙,连接柱16位于两片长条杆14a、14b中部的上端并且将两片长条杆14a、14b固定,拖把杆11的下端可拆卸地连接连接柱16的上端,拖布13的两端分别可拆卸地连接两片长条杆14a、14b。拖布13可以是绳状、条状,可拆卸地连接两片长条杆14a、14b之间呈U形。
本发明所述的新型脱水拖把组,包括上述新型脱水拖把10,还包括脱水桶20,脱水桶20包括桶体22、脚踏板26和弯折杆24,脚踏板26设于桶体22外侧底部,弯折杆24的一端固定于桶体22的侧壁,另一端向桶体22上方延伸并投影于桶体22的内侧。脱水桶20的桶体22底部设有若干个滑动轮(图中未示出), 滑动轮在水平面上滚动,因此在进行清洗地板或其他需清理的地方时,不需要用力将脱水拖把组提起移动,达到省力的效果。
如图1所示,当脱水拖把10处于闲置状态时,弯折杆24穿过两片长条杆14a、14b之间的空隙,连接柱16则放置在弯折杆24上。如图2所示,当需要将拖布13上的水份挤掉时,向上提拖把10,拖布13挂住弯折杆24,以弯折杆24为中心用力转动拖把杆11即可。因此,弯折杆24不仅便于放置脱水拖把10,防止污水掉在地板或其他需清洗的地方,并且还可以将拖布13上的水份挤掉,达到清洗拖布13的效果。另外,脱水拖把10的拖把杆11、支架12和拖布13都可以拆卸,便于维修和更换。
如图3、图4所示,连接柱16是一实心柱体,连接柱16的下端设有一个凹槽162,凹槽162与两片长条杆14a、14b之间的空隙相连通。当弯折杆24穿过两片长条杆14a、14b之间的空隙时,凹槽162的存在,增大弯折杆24穿可过的空间。因此,连接柱16制成实心柱体,可以使新型拖把10更加结实,不易折断;凹槽162的设计,使脱水桶20的弯折杆24更容易通过两片长条杆14a、14b之间的空隙,防止弯折杆24卡死或穿进拖布13内。
如图4、图5所示,每一长条杆14a或14b上设有空腔142a或142b,以及固定爪18,固定爪18设于空腔142a或142b内,拖布13的两端位于固定爪18与空腔142a、 142b之间,固定爪18与长条杆14a、 4b进行卡接。固定爪18上设有若干个齿状突起182,齿状突起182并排设置并用于卡紧拖布13。固定爪18可以牢固地将拖布13卡紧在空腔142a、 142b,使拖布13不易脱落,若干个齿状突起182可以进一步增加卡紧效果。
固定爪18与长条杆14a、 4b进行卡接的卡接方式可以有多种,图4、图5所示为其中一种卡接方式。如图所示,长条杆14a或14b的两端设有卡孔144a或144b,固定爪18的两端设有卡条184,卡孔144a或144b与卡条184匹配进行卡接。卡孔144a或144b的中部可以设有卡紧筋条146,卡条184的中部设有与卡紧筋条146对应的凹孔186。因此,卡条184的两侧可以通过凹孔186牢固地卡紧在卡紧筋条146的两侧。上述卡紧方式仅为其中一实施例,也可以有其他卡紧方式。
工业实用性
本发明一种脱水拖把及脱水拖把组,设计合理、构思巧妙,其脱水桶上的弯折杆可以穿过拖把的两片长条杆之间的空隙,不仅便于放置拖把,防止附着在拖把拖布上的污水弄脏地板或其他需清洁处,并且可以以弯折杆为中心,对拖布进行扭转从而达到清洗拖布的效果。

  1. 一种脱水拖把,包括一拖把杆、一支架和一拖布,其特征在于,所述支架包括两片平行设置的长条杆和位于两片长条杆中部的上端且用于固定两片长条杆的连接柱,两片长条杆之间留有空隙,所述拖把杆的下端可拆卸地连接所述连接柱上端,所述拖布的两端分别可拆卸地连接所述两片长条杆。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脱水拖把,其特征在于,所述拖布可以是绳状、条状,可拆卸地连接所述两片长条杆之间呈U形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脱水拖把,其特征在于,所述连接柱是一实心柱体,连接柱的下端设有一个与所述两片长条杆之间的空隙相连通的凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脱水拖把,其特征在于,所述每一长条杆上设有一空腔和设于该空腔内的固定爪,所述拖布的两端位于固定爪与空腔之间,固定爪与所述长条杆进行卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种脱水拖把,其特征在于,所述固定爪上设有若干个用于卡紧所述拖布的齿状突起,若干个齿状突起并排设置。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种脱水拖把,其特征在于,所述每一长条杆的两端设有卡孔,所述固定爪的两端设有卡条,卡孔与卡条匹配进行卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种脱水拖把,其特征在于,所述每一卡孔的中部设有一卡紧筋条,所述卡条的中部设有与卡紧筋条相对应的凹孔。
  8. 一种包括权利要求1至7中任一所述的脱水拖把的脱水拖把组,其特征在于,还包括一脱水桶,该脱水桶包括一桶体、设于桶体外侧底部的脚踏板和一弯折杆,该弯折杆一端固定于桶体的侧壁,另一端向桶体上方延伸并投影于桶体的内侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种脱水拖把组,其特征在于,所述脱水桶的桶体底部设有若干个在水平面上滚动的滑动轮。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种脱水拖把组,其特征在于,所述脱水拖把置于脱水桶上,弯折杆穿过两片长条杆之间的空隙,连接柱则放置在弯折杆上。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的一种脱水拖把组,其特征在于,需要将拖布上的水份挤掉时,向上提拖把,U形拖布挂住弯折杆,为弯折杆中心用力转动拖把杆,即可。
