接入处理方法及装置 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种接入处理方法及装置。 背景技术 在无线通信系统中, 例如, 长期演进系统 (Long Term Evolution, 简称为 LTE), 终端或称为用户设备 (User Equipment, 简称为 UE) 在移动的过程中, 源服务小区或 简称为源小区 (Serving Cell) 的信号质量可能会变差, 为了满足用户的服务质量, UE 需要发生切换, 切换到可以提供更好服务质量的目标小区 (Target Cell)。 在切换准备阶段, 源服务小区会通知目标小区做该 UE的接纳判决, 以决定该目 标小区是否有足够的资源来接纳该 UE。 由于无线通信系统中, 无线资源是最宝贵的, 所以该接纳判决是以空口的资源是否满足该 UE为判决条件的。 但是, 在现有技术中无法做到精确接纳, 也就是无法提供给 UE精确需要的资源, 若提供多了, 对资源是一种浪费, 若提供少了, 接入过程出现误码的几率会上升, 从 而影响 UE的接入。 发明内容 本发明在于提供一种接入处理方法及装置, 以至少解决上述问题。 根据本发明的一方面, 提供了一种接入处理方法, 包括: 源小区向目标小区发送 切换请求消息, 其中, 所述切换请求消息中携带有设置为指示终端在所述目标小区的 信号质量的信息; 所述目标小区根据所述切换请求消息判断所述目标小区是否能够满 足接入要求。 所述源小区向所述目标小区发送所述切换请求消息包括: 源小区根据所述信息判 断是否需要接入所述目标小区, 在判断结果为是的情况下, 所述源小区向所述目标小 区发送切换请求消息。 在所述源小区向所述目标小区发送所述切换请求消息之前, 所述方法还包括: 所 述源小区接收所述终端上报的测量报告, 其中, 所述测量报告中携带有所述信息。 所述目标小区根据所述切换请求消息判断所述目标小区是否能够满足接入要求包 括: 所述目标小区根据所述切换请求消息判断所述目标小区的信号质量是否满足接入 要求。 所述信息包括以下至少之一: 参考信令接收功率、 参考信令接收质量。 所述目标小区根据所述切换请求消息判断所述目标小区是否能够满足接入要求包 括: 所述目标小区根据所述参考信令接收功率和 /或所述参考信令接收质量确定调制编 码方式 MCS; 所述目标小区根据所述 MCS确定接入目标小区所需的资源块 PRB; 根 据接入所述目标小区所需的资源块与所述目标小区剩下的 PRB进行比较,判断所述目 标小区是否满足接入要求。 根据本发明的另一方面提供了一种接入处理装置, 包括: 发送模块, 位于源小区 所在的基站, 设置为向目标小区发送切换请求消息, 其中, 所述切换请求消息中携带 有设置为指示终端在所述目标小区的信号质量的信息; 第一判断模块, 位于所述目标 小区所在的基站, 设置为根据所述切换请求消息判断所述目标小区是否能够满足接入 要求。 还包括: 第二判断模块, 位于所述源小区所在的基站, 设置为根据所述信息判断 是否需要接入所述目标小区, 在判断结果为是的情况下, 所述发送模块向所述目标小 区发送切换请求消息。 还包括: 接收模块, 位于所述源小区所在的基站, 设置为接收所述终端上报的测 量报告, 其中, 所述测量报告中携带有所述信息。 所述第一判断模块, 设置为根据所述切换请求消息判断所述目标小区的信号质量 是否满足接入要求。 在所述信息包括: 参考信令接收功率和 /或参考信令接收质量的情况下, 所述第一 判断模块包括: 第一确定单元, 设置为所述目标小区根据所述参考信令接收功率和 / 或所述参考信令接收质量确定调制编码方式 MCS; 第二确定单元, 设置为所述目标小 区根据所述 MCS 确定接入目标小区所需的资源块; 比较单元, 设置为根据接入所述 目标小区所需的资源块与所述目标小区剩下的资源块进行比较, 判断所述目标小区是 否满足接入要求。 通过本发明, 采用源小区向目标小区发送切换请求消息, 其中, 该切换请求消息 中携带有设置为指示终端在目标小区的信号质量的信息; 目标小区根据该切换请求消 息判断该目标小区是否能够满足接入要求。 在一定程度上解决了现有技术中 UE无法 精确接入目标小区或接入浪费资源的问题, 进而提高了 UE接入目标小区的准确性。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部分, 本发 明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的不当限定。 在附图 中: 图 1是根据本发明实施例的接入处理方法的流程图; 图 2是根据本发明实施例的接入处理装置的结构示意图; 图 3是根据本发明实施例的优选的接入处理装置的结构示意图; 图 4是根据本发明实施例的优选的接入处理装置中第一判断模块的结构示意图; 图 5是根据本发明实施例的使用信号质量信息接纳终端的流程图; 图 6是根据本发明实施例的使用信号质量信息进行接纳失败的流程图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 在以下实施例中, 考虑到无线通信系统中的无线资源的分配是随着该 UE的无线 信号质量变化而变化的。 例如, 如果切换的初始接纳采用的编码方式比实际需要的编 码方式低, 那么需要的无线资源就会比实际需要的资源多, 这样接纳成功率就会受到 影响, 从而影响切换成功率; 如果采用了比实际需要高的编码方式, 那么就会导致误 码率上升, 也会影响切换的成功率。 在现有技术中并没有意识到 UE无线信号质量会 对切换产生影响, 因此, 在目前的协议架构内, 也没有公开或给出目标小区需要得到 该 UE在目标小区下的信号质量来进行接入判决的启示, 所以现有技术中的目标小区 是无法对 UE进行准确的接纳的。 在本实施例中, 提供了一种接入处理方法, 图 1是根据本发明实施例的接入处理 方法的流程图, 如图 1所示, 该方法包括如下步骤: 步骤 S102, 源小区向目标小区发送切换请求消息, 其中, 该切换请求消息中携带 有用于 (或称为设置为) 指示终端在目标小区的信号质量的信息 (例如, 该信息包括 以下至少之一: 参考信令接收功率(Reference Signal Received Power, 简称为 RSRP)、 参考信令接收质量 (Reference Signal Received Quality, 简称为 RSRQ))。 步骤 S104, 目标小区根据切换请求消息判断目标小区是否能够满足接入要求。 通过以上步骤, 通过在切换请求消息中携带终端在目标小区的信号质量信息, 通 过该信号质量信息判断目标小区是否满足接入要求, 从而提高 UE的接入准确性。 在一个比较优的实施方式中, 目标小区可以根据经验对终端进行接入判断, 这种 判断方式会存在一定的盲目性。 在另外一个优选的实施方式中, 终端可以获取真实的 在目标小区的信号质量, 从而为目标小区提供判决的精确依据, 提高接入的准确性。 例如, 终端可以通过测量报告的方式上报目标小区的信号质量, 即源小区接收终端上 报的测量报告, 其中, 测量报告中携带有终端在目标小区的信号质量信息。 当然源小 区也可以通过其他的方式上报, 例如, 源小区向终端发送获得终端在目标小区信号质 量的请求消息, 或者终端周期性发送终端状态的消息 (该终端状态包括终端在目标小 区的信号质量的信息) 等。 在另外一个优选实施方式中, 源小区在获取到终端上报的目标小区的信号质量之 后, 可以根据目标小区的信号质量来判断向哪个目标小区发送切换请求消息, 即源小 区可以根据目标小区的信号质量进行一次判断:根据信息判断是否需要接入目标小区, 在判断结果为是的情况下, 源小区向目标小区发送切换请求消息。 本优选的实施方式 有利于选择信号质量更好的目标小区。 在实施时, 较优地, 目标小区根据切换请求消息判断目标小区是否能够满足接入 要求包括:目标小区根据该切换请求消息判断目标小区的信号质量是否满足接入要求。 在该信号质量包含参考信令接收功率和 /或参考信令接收质量的情况下, 目标小区根据 切换请求消息判断目标小区是否能够满足接入要求包括: 目标小区根据参考信令接收 功率和 /或参考信令接收质量确定调制编码方式 MCS; 目标小区根据 MCS确定接入目 标小区所需的资源块 PRB; 根据接入目标小区所需的 PRB与目标小区剩下的 PRB进 行比较, 判断目标小区是否满足接入要求。 该优选实施方式可以使目标小区的接入判 决更符合实际情况。 需要说明的是, 上述优选实施方式可以相互组合形成不同的实施例。 在本实施例中,还提供了一种接入处理装置,如以下实施例所使用的,术语"模块" 可以实现预定功能的软件和 /或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的系统和方法较佳 地以软件来实现, 但是硬件, 或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的, 另 夕卜,在本实施例中所说的源小区和目标小区可以属于同一基站也可以属于不同的基站。 图 2是根据本发明实施例的接入处理装置的结构示意图, 如图 2所示, 该装置包 括: 发送模块 22和第一判断模块 24,其中,该发送模块 22位于源小区所在的基站中, 第一判断模块 24位于目标小区所在的基站, 下面对该装置进行说明: 发送模块 22, 用于 (或称为设置为) 向目标小区发送切换请求消息, 其中, 该切 换请求消息中携带有用于指示终端在目标小区的信号质量的信息; 优选地, 该信息包 括以下至少之一, 参考信令接收功率、 参考信令接收质量。 第一判断模块 24, 用于根据该切换请求消息判断目标小区是否能够满足接入要 求。 优选地, 该第一判断模块 24, 用于根据切换请求消息判断小区的信号质量是否满 足接入要求。 在本实施例中, 还提供了一种优选的接入处理装置, 图 3是根据本发明实施例的 优选的接入处理装置的结构示意图, 如图 3所示, 该装置包括: 发送模块 22、 第二判 断模块 32和接收模块 34 (第二判断模块 32和接收模块 34位于源小区所在的基站) 和第一判断模块 24, 下面对该装置进行说明。 第二判断模块 32, 用于根据信息判断是否需要接入目标小区, 在判断结果为是的 情况下, 发送模块向目标小区发送切换请求消息; 接收模块 34, 用于接收终端上报的 测量报告, 其中, 测量报告中携带有信息。 在本实施例中, 在切换请求消息携带的信息中包括: 参考信令接收功率和 /或参考 信令接收质量的情况下,还提供了一种优选的接入处理装置中第一判断模块 24的结构 示意图, 图 4是根据本发明实施例的优选的接入处理装置中第一判断模块的结构示意 图, 如图 4所示, 该结构包括: 第一确定单元 42、 第二确定单元 44和比较单元 46, 下面对该结构进行说明。 第一确定单元 42,用于目标小区根据参考信令接收功率和 /或参考信令接收质量确 定调制编码方式 MCS; 第二确定单元 44, 连接至第一确定单元 42, 用于目标小区根据上述 MCS确定接 入目标小区所需的资源块; 比较单元 46,连接至第二确定单元 44,用于根据上述接入目标小区所需的资源块 与目标小区剩下的资源块进行比较, 判断目标小区是否满足接入要求。 下面对一个优选实施例进行说明, 该优选实施例结合了上述实施例及优选实施方 式。 在本优选实施例中, 提出了在切换准备阶段中, 把 UE在源服务小区时得到的目 标小区的信号质量带给目标小区, 实现目标小区更准确的接纳。 本优选实施例以 X2 的切换为例, 通过修改 3GPP TS 36423协议中的切换请求消息, 使其可携带信号质量, 目标小区实现更有效的接纳,这将有助于提高接纳的成功率,进一步提高切换成功率。 表 1是在切换请求消息中新增的 UE在目标小区得到的表征信号质量的字段表。 表 1

在表 1中介绍了表征信号质量的接口元素: 终端信号质量信元 (UE Quality Info IE)。在这里主要指参考信令接收功率(Reference Signal Received Power,简称为 RSRP) 和参考信令接收质量 (Reference Signal Received Quality, 简称为 RSRQ)。 图 5是根据本发明实施例的使用信号质量信息接纳终端的流程图, 如图 5所示, 该流程包括如下步骤: 步骤 S502, 源小区接收通过 UE上报的测量报告; 步骤 S504, 源小区内部进行切换判决, 决策需要进行切换, 进行下一步, 若不需 要进行切换则结束流程; 步骤 S506, 源小区通过切换请求消息, 通知目标小区进行切换准备; 步骤 S508, 目标小区根据接收到的切换请求消息中携带的信号质量进行接纳判 决, 下面以信号质量包含 RSRP和 /或 RSRQ为例进行说明。 目标小区将得到的 RSRP 和 /或 RSRQ值与媒体接入控制 (Medium Access Control, 简称为 MAC ) 层的调制编 码方式(Modulation and Coding Scheme, 简称为 MCS )进行逻辑匹配, 匹配关系如下:

MCS = [RSRQ * n2] 公式 (2) 其中, 、 n2分别为第一匹配因子、第二匹配因子, [ ]为对括号里的数取整, MCS 的范围为 0-28,28表示编码速率最高; RSRP的范围为 0-97,97表示信号质量最好; RSRQ 的范围为 0-34,34表示信号质量最好,这些值的取值仅仅是示例性说明并不限于此。例 如: 当第一匹配因子为 = 28/97, 第二匹配因子为 n2 = 28/34时, MCS的计算如下:
MCS = [RSRP * (28/97)] = [RSRP * 0.29] = [RSRP * 29 I 100] MCS = [RSRQ * (28/34)] = [RSRQ * 82 1 100] 若提供的是 RSRP, 则采用公式 (1 ) 进行匹配, 若提供的是 RSRQ, 或, RSRQ 与 RSRP均提供: 可以采用 RSRQ即公式 (2 ) 进行计算, 因为 RSRQ是一个相对的 值, 能更加精确的反应 UE的当前情况。匹配到相应的 MCS后, 从 MCS推导出该 UE 所需的物理资源块 (Physical Resource Block, 简称为 PRB ) 个数, MAC会周期上报 小区剩余的 PRB个数, 匹配后 UE所需的 PRB个数与剩余的 PRB个数进行比较, 若 所需的个数多于剩余的个数, 则接纳失败, 反之接纳成功。 判决成功, 表明目标小区 有足够的资源供 UE切入使用; 步骤 S510 , 目标小区给源小区发送切换请求响应 (HANDOVER REQUEST ACKNOWLEDGE) 消息, 切换准备成功流程结束。 图 6是根据本发明实施例的使用信号质量信息进行接纳失败的流程图, 如图 6所 示, 该流程包括如下步骤: 步骤 S602, 源小区接收通过 UE上报的测量报告; 步骤 S604, 源小区内部进行切换判决, 决策需要进行切换, 进行下一步, 若不需 要进行切换则结束流程; 步骤 S606, 源小区通过切换请求消息, 通知目标小区进行切换准备; 步骤 S608, 目标小区根据接收到的切换请求消息中携带的信号质量进行接纳判 决, 下面以信号质量包含 RSRP和 /或 RSRQ为例进行说明。 目标小区将得到的 RSRP 和 /或 RSRQ值与媒体接入控制 (Medium Access Control, 简称为 MAC ) 层的调制编 码方式(Modulation and Coding Scheme, 简称为 MCS )进行逻辑匹配, 匹配关系如下:

MCS = [RSRP * (28/97)] = [RSRP * 0.29] = [RSRP * 29 I 100] MCS = [RSRQ * (28/34)] = [RSRQ * 82 1 100] 若提供的是 RSRP, 则采用公式 (1 ) 进行匹配, 若提供的是 RSRQ, 或, RSRQ 与 RSRP均提供: 可以采用 RSRQ即公式 (2 ) 进行计算, 因为 RSRQ是一个相对的 值, 能更加精确的反应 UE的当前情况。匹配到相应的 MCS后, 从 MCS推导出该 UE 所需的物理资源块 (Physical Resource Block, 简称为 PRB ) 个数, MAC会周期上报 小区剩余的 PRB个数, 匹配后 UE所需的 PRB个数与剩余的 PRB个数进行比较, 若 所需的个数多于剩余的个数, 则接纳失败。 判决失败, 表明目标小区没有足够的资源 供 UE切入使用; 步骤 S610, 目标小区给源小区发送切换准备失败 (HANDOVER PREPARATION FAILURE) 消息, 切换准备成功流程结束。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而可以将 它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限 制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种接入处理方法, 包括:
源小区向目标小区发送切换请求消息, 其中, 所述切换请求消息中携带有 设置为指示终端在所述目标小区的信号质量的信息;
所述目标小区根据所述切换请求消息判断所述目标小区是否能够满足接入 要求。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述源小区向所述目标小区发送所述切换 请求消息包括:
源小区根据所述信息判断是否需要接入所述目标小区, 在判断结果为是的 情况下, 所述源小区向所述目标小区发送切换请求消息。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所述源小区向所述目标小区发送所述切 换请求消息之前, 所述方法还包括:
所述源小区接收所述终端上报的测量报告, 其中, 所述测量报告中携带有 所述信息。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述目标小区根据所述切换请求消息判断 所述目标小区是否能够满足接入要求包括:
所述目标小区根据所述切换请求消息判断所述目标小区的信号质量是否满 足接入要求。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述信息包括以下至少之一: 参考信令接收功率、 参考信令接收质量。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述目标小区根据所述切换请求消息判断 所述目标小区是否能够满足接入要求包括:
所述目标小区根据所述参考信令接收功率和 /或所述参考信令接收质量确 定调制编码方式 MCS;
所述目标小区根据所述 MCS确定接入目标小区所需的资源块 PRB;
根据所述接入所述目标小区所需的 PRB与所述目标小区剩下的 PRB进行 比较, 判断所述目标小区是否满足接入要求。
7. 一种接入处理装置, 包括:
发送模块,位于源小区所在的基站,设置为向目标小区发送切换请求消息, 其中, 所述切换请求消息中携带有设置为指示终端在所述目标小区的信号质量 的信息;
第一判断模块, 位于所述目标小区所在的基站, 设置为根据所述切换请求 消息判断所述目标小区是否能够满足接入要求。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 还包括: 第二判断模块, 位于所述源小区所在的基站, 设置为根据所述信息判断是 否需要接入所述目标小区, 在判断结果为是的情况下, 所述发送模块向所述目 标小区发送切换请求消息。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 还包括:
接收模块, 位于所述源小区所在的基站, 设置为接收所述终端上报的测量 报告, 其中, 所述测量报告中携带有所述信息。
10. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述第一判断模块, 设置为根据所述切换请求消息判断所述目标小区的信 号质量是否满足接入要求。
11. 根据权利要求 7至 10中任一项所述的装置, 其中, 在所述信息包括: 参考信令 接收功率和 /或参考信令接收质量的情况下, 所述第一判断模块包括:
第一确定单元,设置为所述目标小区根据所述参考信令接收功率和 /或所述 参考信令接收质量确定调制编码方式 MCS;
第二确定单元, 设置为所述目标小区根据所述 MCS确定接入目标小区所 需的资源块;
比较单元, 设置为根据接入所述目标小区所需的资源块与所述目标小区剩 下的资源块进行比较, 判断所述目标小区是否满足接入要求。
