이로 인해 상기 민자 커튼의 경우에 설치 후 인위적으로 주름을 잡아 주어야 하는 불편함과 함께 상기 커튼을 접은 후 다시 펼칠 때마다 다시 주름을 인위적으로 잡아 주어야 하는 번거로움이 있었다.
뿐만 아니라 상기 민자 커튼에 인위적으로 잡아주는 주름은 자연스럽지 못하고 불규칙하게 형성되기 때문에 심미감이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.

본 발명은 상기한 종래 기술이 갖는 제반 문제점을 해결하고자 발명된 것으로서, 걸이구 몸체 하부 고리에 커튼핀을 좌우 또는 전후 방향으로 삽입하도록 걸이공을 형성하여 주름 커튼의 경우에 전후 방향, 민자 커튼의 경우에 좌우 방향으로 삽입 설치하되, 특히 민자 커튼의 경우에 커튼핀을 좌우로 삽입 설치하는 것에 의해 커튼을 굴곡 변형시켜 커튼의 주름을 자연스럽거 규칙적으로 형성하므로 간편하면서 심미감을 우수하게 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

이때, 상기 걸이구 몸체(10)는 도 3 내지 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 커튼 봉(100)에 삽입 설치하는 링 형태로 형성하거나, 도 7 내지 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 커튼 레일(200)에 삽입 설치하는 슬라이더 형태로 형성할 수 있는 것이다.
또한, 상기 커튼 레일(200)에 삽입 설치되는 슬라이더는 도면에서와 같이 롤러가 있는 형태와 롤러가 없는 형태 모두 적용할 수 있음은 물론이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 작동 및 작용에 대해 살펴보기로 한다.
먼저, 주름 커튼을 사용하는 경우에 거튼에 주름이 형성되어 있기 때문에 상기 커튼(5) 상부의 커튼 핀(6)을 종래와 같이 걸이구 몸체(10) 하부의 고리(20)에 전후 방향으로 형성된 전후 걸이공(22)으로 삽입하여 지지 설치하는 것이다.
다음, 민자 커튼의 경우에는 상기 커튼(5) 상부의 커튼 핀(6)을 걸이구 몸체(10) 하부의 고리(20)에 도 5 및 도 6에서와 같이 좌우 방향으로 형성된 측방 걸이공(21)에 삽입하여 지지 설치하는 것이다.
이때, 상기 커튼 핀(6)은 측방 걸이공(21)의 왼쪽에서 삽입한 후 다음 위치에서 측방 걸이공(21)의 오른쪽에서 삽입하는 형태로 교대로 삽입 설치함이 바람직하다.
이와 같이 설치하면, 상기 커튼 핀(6)의 설치 간격 위치에서 커튼(5)이 굴곡지게 변형되어 주름을 자연스럽고 규칙적으로 형성하게 되는 것이다.
즉, 상기 커튼핀(6)을 단순히 걸이구 몸체 하부의 고리(20)에 좌우 방향으로 형성된 측방 걸이공(21)에 삽입 설치하는 것에 의해 상기 커튼 핀(6)이 커튼(5)을 왼쪽, 오른쪽 측방으로 교대로 틀어 주면서 커튼을 자연스럽고 규칙적으로 굴곡 변형시켜 주름을 형성하게 되는 것이다.
뿐만 아니라 상기 커튼 봉(100)에 삽입 설치 사용하는 링 형태의 걸이구 몸체(10)의 경우에 종래와 같이 커튼의 주름을 인위적으로 형성하는 과정이 배제되어 걸이구 몸체가 커튼 봉에서 비틀리는 것이 방지되고 일정하게 정렬된 상태를 유지하게 되는 것이다.
한편, 본 발명 상기 걸이구 몸체(10)의 고리는 도 9 내지 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이 조립식으로 구성할 수 있는데, 이는 상기 걸이구 몸체(10) 하부에 수직으로 사각 조립공(11)을 형성하고, 커튼 핀(6)을 삽입하여 지지 설치하는 걸이공(32)을 갖는 고리(30)를 분리 형성하여 상기 고리 상부의 사각 조립봉(31)을 걸이구 몸체의 사각 조립공(11)에 삽입하여 고정 결합하되, 상기 고리(30)의 사각 조립봉을 결합하는 방향에 따라 고리의 걸이공(32)이 전후 또는 좌우 방향으로 위치하도록 구성된다.
이때, 상기 걸이구 몸체(10)의 사각 조립공(11)과 고리(30)의 사각 조립봉(31)은 억지 결합하여 분리 불 가능하도록 고정 설치하거나 분리 가능하도록 고정 설치하여 조립 방향을 계속 조절하도록 구성할 수 있음은 물론이다.
이러한 본 발명의 실시 예는 전술한 바람직한 실시 예와 비교하여 볼때 사용자가 걸이구 몸체(10)와 고리(30)를 주름 커튼 또는 민자 커튼에 사용하고자 하는 용도에 따라 고리(30)의 조립 방향을 달리 조립하여 사용하는 것이다.
즉, 주름 커튼에 사용하고자 하는 경우에는 상기 걸이구 몸체(10) 하부의 사각 조립공(11)에 고리(30)의 사각 조립봉(31)을 삽입시 고리의 걸이공(32)이 전후 방향으로 위치하도록 조립하게 되는 것이다.
이 경우에 전술한 바와 같이 주름 커튼 상부의 커튼 핀(5)을 고리(30)의 걸이공(32)에 전후 방향으로 삽입하여 지지 설치하게 되는 것이다.
또한, 민자 커튼에 사용하고자 하는 경우에는 상기 걸이구 몸체(10) 하부의 사각 조립공(11)에 고리(30)의 사각 조립봉(31)을 삽입시 고리의 걸이공(32)이 좌우 방향으로 위치하도록 조립하게 되는 것이다.
이 경우에 전술한 바와 같이 커튼 핀(6)을 고리의 걸이공(32)에 좌우 방향으로 삽입하여 지지 설치하기 때문에 상기 커튼 핀이 커튼을 측방으로 틀어 주면서 커튼을 자연스럽고 규칙적으로 굴곡 변형시켜 주름을 형성하게 되는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명 상기 걸이구 몸체(10)의 고리는 도 12 내지 도 14에 도시된 바와 같이 조립식으로 구성할 수 있는데, 이는 전술한 도 9 내지 도 11의 실시 예와 비교할 때 상기 걸이구 몸체(10) 하부에 수직으로 원형 조립공(11')을 형성하고, 고리(30)를 상부에 원형 조립공에 삽입되는 원형 조립봉(31')을 형성하되, 상기 조립공(11') 상부에 안착홈(15)을 단차 형성하고, 상기 조립공 상단에 안착홈(15)에 착탈 및 90도 방향으로 회전 조립 가능한 조립블럭(35)을 결합 구성하여 상기 고리를 밀어 올린 상태로 90도 방향으로 회전하면서 고리의 걸이공(32)이 전후 또는 좌우 방향으로 위치하도록 구성하는 것이다.
이러한 본 발명의 실시 예는 걸이구 몸체(10)의 원형 조립공(11')에서 고리(30)의 원형 조립봉(31')을 완전 분리하지 않은 상태로 밀어 올려 90도 방향으로 회전시켜 고리의 걸이공(32)이 전후 또는 좌우 방향으로 위치하도록 전환하면서 전술한 바와 같이 주름 커튼 또는 민자 커튼에 맞추어 사용하게 되는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명 상기 걸이구 몸체(10)의 고리는 도 15에 도시된 바와 같이 달리 구성할 수 있는데, 이는 전술한 바람직한 실시 예와 비교하여 볼때 상기 걸이구 몸체 하부의 고리(20)에 커튼 핀(5)을 좌우 방향으로 삽입할 수 있는 측방 걸이공(21')만 관통 형성하여 민자 거튼에 전용 사용하도록 구성하는 것이다.
이러한 실시 예는 주름 커튼의 경우에 커튼 소재가 많이 소요되어 커튼 비용이 상승하는 이유로 주름 커튼 보다는 민자 커튼을 많이 사용하고 있기 때문에 민자 커튼을 전용으로 사용할 수 있도록 구성한 것이다.
이러한 실시 예는 전술한 바와 같이 민자 커튼 상부의 커튼 핀(5)을 고리의 걸이공(21')에 좌우 방향으로 삽입하여 지지 설치하기 때문에 상기 커튼 핀이 커튼을 측방으로 틀어 주면서 커튼을 자연스럽고 규칙적으로 굴곡 변형시켜 주름을 형성하게 되는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명 상기 걸이구 몸체(10)의 고리는 도 16에 도시된 바와 같이 달리 구성할 수 있는데, 이는 도 15에 도시된 실시 예와 비교하여 볼때 걸이구 몸체(10)의 상,하부에 고리(20)를 형성하되, 커튼 핀(5)을 좌우 및 전후 방향으로 삽입할 수 있는 측방 걸이공(21')과 전후 걸이공(22')을 각각 형성하여 주름 커튼 또는 민자 커튼에 따라 선택 사용하도록 한 것으로 그 작용 효과는 전술한 바와 동일하므로 생략하기로 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 걸이구 몸체(10) 하부에 커튼(2) 상부로 결합되는 커튼 핀(5)을 삽입하여 지지 설치하기 위한 걸이공을 갖는 고리(20)를 돌출 형성하는 커튼 걸이용 걸이구에 있어서,
    상기 걸이구 몸체 하부의 고리(20)는 커튼 핀(5)을 좌우 방향으로 삽입할 수 있는 측방 걸이공(21)과 전후 방향으로 삽입할 수 있는 전후 걸이공(22)을 열 십자 형태로 관통 형성하여 주름 커튼이나 민자 커튼에 따라 선택적으로 삽입 설치하도록 구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼 걸이용 걸이구.
  2. 걸이구 몸체(10) 하부에 커튼(2) 상부로 결합되는 커튼 핀(5)을 삽입하여 지지 설치하기 위한 걸이공을 갖는 고리(20)를 돌출 형성하는 커튼 걸이용 걸이구에 있어서,
    상기 걸이구 몸체(10) 하부에 수직으로 조립공을 형성하고, 커튼 핀을 삽입하여 지지 설치하는 걸이공(32)을 갖는 고리(30)를 분리 형성하여 상기 고리 상부의 조립봉을 걸이구 몸체의 조립공에 삽입하여 고정 결합하되, 상기 고리(30)의 조립봉을 결합하는 방향에 따라 고리의 걸이공(32)이 전후 또는 좌우 방향으로 위치하도록 구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼 걸이용 걸이구.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 걸이구 몸체(10)는 커튼 봉(100)에 삽입 설치하는 링 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼 걸이용 걸이구.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 걸이구 몸체(10)는 커튼 레일(200)에 삽입 설치하는 슬라이더 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼 걸이용 걸이구.
  5. 걸이구 몸체(10) 하부에 커튼(2) 상부로 결합되는 커튼 핀(5)을 삽입하여 지지 설치하기 위한 걸이공을 갖는 고리(20)를 돌출 형성하는 커튼 걸이용 걸이구에 있어서,
    상기 걸이구 몸체 하부의 고리(20)에는 커튼 핀(5)을 좌우 방향으로 삽입할 수 있는 측방 걸이공(21')만 관통 형성하여 민자 거튼에 사용하도록 구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 커튼 걸이용 걸이구.
