Abstract

무선랜 시스템에서 의한 채널 측정 방법 및 장치가 제공된다. 스테이션(STA; station)은 접속 지점(AP; access point)으로부터 복수의 사운딩 프레임(sounding frame)들을 수신하고, 상기 복수의 사운딩 프레임들을 추정하여 장기 채널 상태 정보(LCSI; long-term channel state information)을 생성하고, 상기 생성된 장기 채널 상태 정보를 상기 AP로 피드백 하고, 상기 장기 채널 상태 정보를 기반으로 결정된 그룹 ID(identifier)에 관한 정보를 포함하는 그룹 ID 관리 프레임(group ID management frame)을 상기 AP로부터 수신한다.
