烧烤炉是一种烧烤设备, 可用来制作各种烤肉或其它食物。 烧烤炉可 分为木炭烧烤炉、 燃气烧烤炉、 电烧烤炉和微波烧烤炉等。
烧烤食物时, 为使食物均匀受热, 需要经常翻动食物。 而基于现有的 烧烤炉等烧烤设备, 要么需要人工手动经常的翻动食物, 这样不仅费时费 力, 且人工操作容易产生误差, 使食物受热不均匀产生焦糊; 要么就是使 用带电机的烧烤设备, 由电机来带动食物翻动, 这就需要外接电源而限制 应用场景, 并且这也不利于节能减排的低碳生活需要。 发明内容
本实用新型实施例提供烧烤转动器和烧烤炉, 以便烧烤无需外接电源 且尽量减少较多的人工手动操作。

手柄 202连接发条盒 203 , 发条 204外圓周一端与发条盒 203固定连接, 另一端连接主轴 206。 转动手柄时, 转动力传递到发条盒 203 , 发条盒 203 转动带动发条 204产生弹性变形, 从而将转动能存储在发条 204内。 停止转 动手柄 202后, 存储在发条 204内的转动能将逐步释放, 从而带动主轴 206 继续转动 (通常发条 204上紧后可带动主轴 206转动 30 ~ 90分钟, 当然, 不 同型号的发条所能存储的转动能不尽相同,可根据实际需要进行配置),主 轴 206进而带动烤食棍 120继续转动。 而后续的转动过程无需人工操作的参 与。 本实用新型实施例还提供一种烧烤转动器, 可包括: 手柄、 用于存储 转动能的发条部件、 主轴部件和用于控制主轴部件转速的齿轮组部件; 其 中, 该手柄与该发条部件的转动能输入端连接; 该主轴部件与该发条部件 的转动能输出端连接; 该齿轮组部件连接到该主轴部件。
其中, 烧烤转动器还可包括壳体; 而发条部件、 主轴部件和齿轮组部 件安装于壳体内。 如此, 烧烤转动器从外观上看比较美观, 同时也有利于 对发条部件、 主轴部件和齿轮组部件进行有效保护。
烧烤转动器还可包括支架柱, 而烧烤转动器可通过支架柱安装到烧烤 支架上。
发条部件可包括: 发条盒和盘旋于所述发条盒内的发条。
其中, 手柄与发条盒连接。
此外, 发条盒内还可设置可控制发条单向转动的棘轮, 当然, 若不设 置该棘轮, 发条则可双向转动。
齿轮组部件可包括: 变速齿轮组、 与变速齿轮组连接的棘轮、 与棘轮 连接的摆动杆、 以及与该摆动杆连接的惯性轮。
在实际应用中, 变速齿轮组可包括多个二级变速齿轮, 例如可包括 3 个二级变速齿轮、 5个二级变速齿轮、 9个二级变速齿轮或者其它个数的二 级变速齿轮。 其中, 变速齿轮组的传动比例如可为 1 : 12、 1 : 16或其它值。
主轴部件可包括: 主轴和紧固连接在该主轴上的主轴齿轮;
主轴齿轮与变速齿轮组相互啮合。
发条的外圓周一端与发条盒固定连接, 另一端连接主轴。
此外,主轴上还可设置主轴轴套,烤食棍的一端可插入到主轴轴套中, 这样主轴就可带动烤食棍转动了。 当然, 烤食棍亦可通过螺釘、 焊接或其 它方式紧固连接到主轴上, 以便在主轴的带动下转动。
由上可见, 本实用新型实施例的烧烤炉配置的烧烤转动器包括手柄、 用于存储转动能的发条部件、 主轴部件和用于控制主轴部件转速的齿轮组 部件; 其中, 该手柄与该发条部件的转动能输入端连接; 该主轴部件与该 发条部件的转动能输出端连接; 该齿轮组部件连接到该主轴部件, 通过转 动手柄数周即可产生机械能带动烤食棍转动一段时间, 不需使用电源, 具 有环保节能、 低碳减排的优点。
进一步的, 变速齿轮组可由三个二级变速齿轮组成, 结构紧凑, 便于 安装在各种烧烤炉上使用。
进一步的, 烧烤转动器采用发条部件和变速齿轮组部件连接的设计, 将动能存储于发条上逐步释放, 无需经常转动手柄, 使用时更加省力, 方 便, 而且通过变速齿轮组降速, 使得转动更加均匀, 更加可靠。
进一步的, 烧烤转动器采用发条部件和变速齿轮组部件连接的设计, 产生为匀速或近似匀速的转动, 用户可根据不同的食物种类, 将手柄转动 相应的圏数来配合烤制时间, 使用筒单、 方便。 附图标记说明

3、 根据权利要求 2所述的烧烤转动器, 其特征在于, 所述发条盒内还 设置有控制所述发条单向转动的棘轮。

所述齿轮组部件包括: 变速齿轮组、 与该变速齿轮组连接的棘轮、 与 该棘轮连接的摆动杆、 以及与该摆动杆连接的惯性轮。

所述变速齿轮组包括: 三个二级变速齿轮。
