Abstract

Preparation methods for fluorescent nanoparticles doped with rare earth and their solution, and system thereof are provided. The said methods include the following steps: mixing cation source compounds, anion source compounds and at least one solvent for controlling crystal growth of the said fluorescent nanoparticles doped with rare earth to form a mixing solution; and keeping the said mixing solution in micro-reactor at a predetermined temperature for predetermined time to obtain the solution of the fluorescent nanoparticles doped with rare earth, wherein the said micro-reactor includes one micro-mixing-device and one micro-heat-exchanger. The micro-mixing-device is used for mixing the mixing solution continuously and the micro-heat-exchanger is used for adjusting the temperature of the micro-reactor to the predetermined temperature. The fluorescent nanoparticles doped with rare earth have uniform size, high crystallinity and high stability of product quality.
