Abstract
본 발명은 에어 컴프레셔 시스템을 수치화, 계량화 하여 배관에서의 손실 및 에어 컴프레셔의 불필요한 가동을 실시간으로 모니터링 함으로써 에너지 절감의 극대화를 실현하는 지능형 에어 컴프레셔 시스템을 개시한다. 본 발명은 컴프레셔 시스템을 실시간으로 계량화, 수치화하여 원격지의 서버로 전송하여 가동중인 각각의 컴프레셔를 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있어서, 에너지 절감의 극대화를 실현할 수 있고, 시스템의 이상 유무를 적시에 파악, 점검할 수 있어서 가동시간 손실을 최소화하며, 에어의 필요량에 따라 컴프레셔의 효율적인 운용이 가능하게 되어 전력을 절감할 수 있고, 이와 같이 실시간으로 필요 압력의 에어만을 생산하도록 생산량에 따라 가동 조건을 변경할 수 있어서 최적의 운전조건으로 운영하므로 생산효율을 극대화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이와 같은 효율적 운영으로 인하여 컴프레셔의 기계적 수명을 연장할 수 있게 되는 유용한 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
