  • the repeater screen can be used to all the functions of a "tablet" without the inherent cost.
  • the invention may take a form different to that specifically described above.
  • the phone 1 could be replaced by a computer, e.g. which engages with plug 16 and sits in recess 15. This in combination with screen 12 would create a computer similar to a laptop.
  • the phone could have a proprietary application which would initiate connection between the phone and docking station.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un écran répéteur (10) conçu pour un téléphone (1) équipé d'un écran tactile et possédant une sortie vidéo ainsi qu'une entrée à commande par radiofréquence pour commander les fonctions du téléphone. L'écran répéteur comprend : a) un écran répéteur ayant un écran d'affichage répéteur (11) et un écran tactile répéteur (12) plus grand qu'un écran tactile (4) de téléphone (1), et b) une interface (13) servant à connecter la sortie vidéo (2) d'un téléphone (1) à écran tactile à l'écran d'affichage répéteur et transmettre les signaux RF avec des données qui représentent le fonctionnement de l'écran tactile répéteur à l'entrée à commande par radiofréquence du téléphone à écran tactile. Lors de l'utilisation, l'écran répéteur affiche une image plus grande que celle affichée sur le téléphone à écran tactile et l'écran tactile répéteur permet à l'utilisateur de faire fonctionner le téléphone à écran tactile.
