A la vista de estas figuras puede observarse cómo la piñata se forma a base de varias piezas prefabricadas, independientes unas de otras, que pueden ser elaboradas en distintos materiales como: plásticos suaves, corrugados, etc. El cuerpo central o contenedor (fig. 14 y 14A) se integra de 4 piezas: una parte frontal (fig. 2), una parte posterior (fig. 3) y 2 bases iguales correspondientes a cada una de las partes mencionadas anteriormente (fig. 4). Es importante mencionar que los troquelados poseen diferentes formas: círculos perfectos u orificios (16), ranuras alargadas con terminaciones angulares (13A y 14A) y dos únicos troquelados especiales (17 y 17A), que cubren una función específica en las pestañas correspondientes a los paneles 1 y 12 de la parte frontal del cuerpo central o contenedor (fig. 2). El siguiente paso consiste en asegurar las partes frontal y posterior del cuerpo central o contenedor a cada una de sus bases (fig. 12), plegando la serie de pestañas (15, 15A y 15B) e insertando las pestañas 5 de cada una de las partes frontal y posterior, en la serie de ranuras alargadas con terminaciones angulares (19) de cada una de las bases, haciendo así una función de candado (fig. 12). Para lograr sujetar ambas bases se deben utilizar nuevamente botones de presión (fig. 20) insertándolos a través de cada uno de los troquelados circulares (20) ubicados en las orillas externas (31) de ambas bases de unión. Realizar el mismo procedimiento en los 6 lados de las formas hexagonales de unión (fig. 13). Repetir este mismo procedimiento para los 5 conos y 5 lados restantes del cuerpo central o contenedor (fig. 18). Posteriormente, se coloca la pieza circular (fig. 21) con doble orificio alargado (35) por los que deberán de introducirse ambos extremos de la cuerda, para terminar nuevamente en un nudo (34); en este paso se debe de procurar hacer presión hacia abajo, de tal forma que la pieza circular (fig. 21) junto con el nudo (34), logren ajustar perfectamente el cono al cuerpo central o contenedor de la piñata (fig. 18). Al final, se decora la piñata colocando mechones de papel de colores (fig. 23) en los extremos angostos de cada uno de los conos (fig. 19). Estos mechones pueden colocarse con cualquier cinta adhesiva. Existe una segunda modalidad de armado de las partes frontal y posterior del cuerpo central o contenedor. Se había descrito anteriormente, que ambas partes presentaban troquelados de diferentes formas: círculos perfectos u orificios (16), ranuras alargadas con terminaciones angulares (13A y 14A) y dos únicos troquelados especiales (17 y 17A), que cubren una función específica en las pestañas de los paneles 1 y 12 de la parte frontal del cuerpo central o contenedor (fig. 2). Para ésta segunda modalidad de armado, se sustituyen los círculos perfectos u orificios (16) por pestañas (fig. 24 y fig. 25), siendo éstas de dos tipos diferentes: la primera de forma alargada con terminaciones angulares (16 de la fig. 24 y fig. 25) y la segunda de forma triangular irregular (16A de la fig. 24 y fig. 25), la cual presenta una ranura alargada con terminaciones angulares (16B de la fig. 24 y fig. 25).
