Abstract

一种双可视妇科多功能治疗床,包括:底座(15)、设备箱(11)、座椅、弧形支脚板(4)、中央控制单元、臭氧发生器、水箱(29)和电源模块(26)。本治疗床结构简单,一机多用。该治疗床还包括摄像头(1),摄像头(1)的输出端连接到医生显示装置(2)和患者显示装置(6),因此在治疗过程中,医生和患者均可以直接观察整个过程。治疗过程由CPU模块进行控制,自动化水平高。底座上安装四个脚轮(16),使得整个床体可以四处移动,方便了患者使用。

双可视妇科多功能治疗床 技术领域
本发明属于臭氧技术领域, 尤其是一种双可视妇科多功能治疗床。
背景技术
臭氧又名三原子氧, 是目前已知的一种广谱、 高效、 快速、 安全、 无二次污染的杀菌 气体, 可杀灭细菌芽胞、 病毒、 真菌等, 并可破坏肉杆菌毒素, 可杀灭附在水果、 蔬菜、 肉类等食物上的大肠杆菌、 金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌、 黄曲莓菌、镰刀菌、 冰岛青霉菌、 黑色变种芽胞、 自然菌、 淋球菌等, 也可杀死甲、 乙肝等传染病毒, 还可以去除果蔬残留 农药及洗涤用品残留物的毒性。 其杀菌的机理是作用于细菌的细胞膜, 使细胞膜构成受到 损坏, 导致新陈代谢的障碍抑制其生长, 直至死亡; 其杀灭病毒的机理是通过直接破坏其 核糖核酸或脱氧核糖核酸来完成; 其降解农药的机理是通过直接破坏其化学键来实现。 臭 氧能杀死病毒细菌, 而健康细胞具有强大的平衡系统, 因而臭氧对健康细胞无害。
目前, 妇科疾病困扰着大量的女性朋友, 不仅影响正常的生活, 还会对下一代的孕育 造成威胁, 外用药或内用药的治疗效果一般, 而且妇科疾病的病因较多, 需要服用多种药 物, 会造成人体其它器官的负担。 随着科技的发展, 人们研发出采用臭氧治疗皮肤病或消 毒的医疗器械, 但还没有一种综合性的、 功能多的利用臭氧的特性进行妇科疾病治疗的医 疗器械。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种结构简单、 经济耐用的双可视妇科 多功能治疗床。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种双可视妇科多功能治疗床, 其特征在于: 包括底座、 设备箱、 座椅、 弧形支脚板、 中央控制单元、 臭氧发生器、 水箱和电源模块,
(1)设备箱安装在底座上, 在设备箱的一侧一体制出座椅支撑箱, 座椅的坐垫安装在座 椅支撑箱上端, 座椅的靠背铰装在坐垫内侧且由设备箱内所装的升降装置驱动, 坐垫外侧 和同侧的座椅支撑箱上均制出一凹槽, 该凹槽下方的座椅支撑箱上一体制出接水盆, 在凹 槽两侧的座椅支撑箱上对称滑动安装两个扶手, 该两个扶手的外侧端部分别滑动安装一个 弧形支脚板, 所述升降装置连接中央控制单元;
(2)水箱安装在设备箱内, 水箱的注水口通过净化装置连接水源, 在水箱上安装有水位 传感器模块、 温度传感器模块和电磁线盘, 水箱的出水口通过常开电磁阀连接一混合装置 的一个输入口, 该混合装置的另一个输入口通过臭氧电磁阀连接臭氧发生器, 该混合装置 的输出口通过泵连接设备箱上所装的手柄, 在手柄的前端啮合连接或插接喷头, 所述水位 传感器模块、 温度传感器模块、 电磁线盘、 常开电磁阀、 臭氧电磁阀、 臭氧发生器、 泵和 手柄上所装开关均连接中央控制单元。
而且, 还包括摄像头和显示装置, 所述摄像头安装在坐垫所制凹槽外侧地面放置的 支架上端, 其一路输出端连接设备箱上所装的医生显示装置, 另一路输出端连接设备箱上 所装的病患显示装置。
而且, 所述混合装置的第三个输入口通过药液电磁阀连接设备箱上嵌装的药液口。 而且, 所述泵和混合装置之间串联流量计, 该流量计的输出端连接中央控制模块。 而且, 所述设备箱上安装一妇科药物推送枪, 该妇科药物推送枪的结构是: 包括手柄 和枪管, 在手柄上嵌装一自动复位的拨杆, 该拨杆摆转后使枪管后端同轴嵌装的电机与所 述设备箱内安装的电源模块连通, 电机输出轴同轴连接减速箱的输入轴, 该减速箱的输出 轴驱动一丝杠, 该丝杠同轴嵌装在枪管内所装的用于推送药管内活塞的顶杆内, 在枪管的 前端制有用于安装药管的开口, 在枪管的前端部制有用于卡住药管外缘所制凹槽的卡口。
而且, 所述底座上均布安装四个脚轮。
而且, 所述升降装置的结构是: 包括顶杆、 齿轮、 齿条和升降电机, 顶杆的上端与所 述靠背铰装, 顶杆的下端伸入设备箱内, 在顶杆的下端部固装设备箱内竖直滑动嵌装的齿 条, 齿条啮合连接由升降电机驱动的齿轮。
而且, 所述净化装置的结构是: 包括紫外杀菌管、 注水电磁阀、 进水口和过滤器, 紫 外杀菌管的一端连通水箱的注水口, 紫外杀菌管的另一端通过注水电磁阀、 设备箱上嵌装 的进水口和过滤器连通水源。
而且, 所述水箱的上端安装一溢流口, 该溢流口连通设备箱上嵌装的排水口。
而且, 所述中央控制单元的结构是: 包括 CPU模块、 显示模块、 按键模块、 声光报警 模块、 升降电机控制模块、 电磁线盘控制模块和继电控制模块, CPU模块安装在设备箱任 一侧面安装的控制箱内, CPU模块的输入 /输出接口连接流量计、水位传感器模块、温度传 感器模块、 手柄上所装的开关及控制箱表面嵌装的显示模块、 按键模块和声光报警模块, 升降电机控制模块、 电磁线盘控制模块和继电控制模块的一端均连接 CPU模块的输入 /输 出接口, 升降电机控制模块的另一端连接升降电机, 电磁线盘控制模块的另一端连接电磁 线盘, 继电控制模块的另一端连接臭氧电磁阀、 药液电磁阀、 常开电磁阀、 注水电磁阀、 臭氧发生器和泵。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明结构简单, 一机多用, 可以利用自制的无菌水对阴道进行常规的清洗, 可以用 自制的臭氧水对阴道进行杀菌、 消毒, 可以将医生选定的配方药液输送到患者阴道进行有 治疗, 可以使用推送枪将药剂推送至患者阴道进行有针对性的治疗; 在治疗过程中, 医生 和病患均可直接观察整个过程, 方便实用, 整个床体可四处移动, 方便了病患的使用, 各 治疗过程由 CPU模块进行控制, 自动化水平高, 医生只需输入指令, 即可完成病患的的治 疗。

具体实 式
下面结合实施例, 对本发明进一步说明, 下述实施例是说明性的, 不是限定性的, 不 能以下述实施例来限定本发明的保护范围。
一种双可视妇科多功能治疗床, 如图 1〜9所示, 本发明的创新在于: 包括底座 15、 设备箱 11、 座椅、 弧形支脚板 4、 中央控制单元、 臭氧发生器、 水箱 29和电源模块 26, (1)设备箱安装在底座上, 设备箱和底座内均安装有加强肋板 41, 在设备箱的一侧一体 制出座椅支撑箱 10, 座椅的坐垫 9安装在座椅支撑箱上端, 座椅的靠背 13铰装在坐垫内 侧且由设备箱内所装的升降装置驱动, 坐垫外侧和同侧的座椅支撑箱上均制出一凹槽 66, 该凹槽下方的座椅支撑箱上一体制出接水盆 24, 接水盆下端制出排水管 23, 在凹槽两侧 的座椅支撑箱上对称滑动安装两个扶手 7, 该两个扶手的外侧端部分别滑动安装一个弧形 支脚板, 所述升降装置连接中央控制单元;
升降装置的结构是: 包括顶杆 14、 齿轮 44、 齿条 45和升降电机 43, 顶杆的上端与所 述靠背铰装, 顶杆的下端伸入设备箱内, 在顶杆的下端部固装在设备箱内导套 42 中竖直 滑动嵌装的齿条, 齿条啮合连接由升降电机驱动的齿轮, 升降电机自带减速装置, 以保证 顶杆的缓慢升降, 避免剧烈的运行。
弧形支脚板的安装结构是: 座椅支撑箱侧壁安装横杆 34, 扶手的下端插装在横杆内并 由顶丝 35锁紧, 扶手的另一端所制凸起 5上插装一支撑杆 39, 该支撑杆由螺杆 40锁紧, 支撑杆的上端安装球碗 36, 在球碗内嵌装球头 3, 该球头由球碗底部嵌装的螺栓 38锁紧, 球头上安装的短杆 37的上端安装弧顶支脚板。
(2)水箱安装在设备箱内, 水箱的注水口通过净化装置连接水源, 在水箱上安装有水位 传感器模块、 温度传感器模块和电磁线盘 65, 水箱的出水口通过常开电磁阀 32连接一混 合装置的一个输入口, 该混合装置的另一个输入口通过臭氧电磁阀 30 连接臭氧发生器, 该混合装置的输出口通过泵 28通过设备箱上嵌装的出口 60和连通管 19连接设备箱手托 21上所装的手柄 22, 在手柄的前端啮合连接或插接喷头 61, 所述水位传感器模块、 温度 传感器模块、 电磁线盘、 常开电磁阀、 臭氧电磁阀、 臭氧发生器、 泵和手柄上所装开关均 连接中央控制单元。
混合装置为射流器, 其利用文丘里管的原理, 将无菌水和臭氧均匀混合。 净化装置的 结构如图 7所示: 包括紫外杀菌管 31、 注水电磁阀 33、 进水口 64和过滤器, 紫外杀菌管 的一端连通水箱的注水口, 紫外杀菌管的另一端通过注水电磁阀、 设备箱上嵌装的进水口 和过滤器连通自来水水源。 紫外杀菌管采用市售产品, 在管内设置有紫外线杀菌灯, 自来 水从外部流过即完成了杀菌处理。
本实施例中, 为了更好的观察患处, 还设置有摄像头 1 和两个显示装置, 摄像头安 装在坐垫所制凹槽外侧地面放置的支架 25 上端, 其一路输出端连接设备箱上所装的医生 显示装置 2, 另一路输出端连接设备箱上所装的病患显示装置 6。 两个显示装置的安装结 构如图 4所示, 座椅支撑箱侧壁安装横杆 34, 连杆 8的下端插装在横杆内并由顶丝 35锁 紧。 两个显示装置均为一体机, 即将显示、 内存、 硬盘、 CPU等硬件和软件集成为一体, 可实现数据的存储、 显示、 打印等。
上述射流器的的第三个输入口通过药液电磁阀 27连接设备箱上嵌装的药液口 62,该 药液口通过弹性管 17连通药液罐 18。 泵和射流器之间串联流量计, 该流量计的输出端连 接中央控制模块。
在治疗过程中, 有些药物呈膏体, 此时需要使用带有推进装置的设备实现给药, 所以 本发明中的设备箱上安装一妇科药物推送枪, 该妇科药物推送枪的结构如图 8所示: 包括 手柄 59和枪管 46, 在手柄上嵌装一由拉簧 55驱动其自动复位的拨杆 56, 该拨杆摆转后 使枪管后端同轴嵌装的电机 47 与所述设备箱内安装的电源模块连通, 电机输出轴同轴连 接减速箱 48的输入轴, 该减速箱的输出轴驱动一丝杠 49, 该丝杠同轴嵌装在枪管内所装 的用于推送药管内活塞的顶杆 50 内, 在枪管的前端制有用于安装药管的开口, 在枪管的 前端部制有用于卡住药管外缘所制凹槽的卡口 52。 使用时, 医生将内部填充药物 54的药 管 53向子弹一样卡入枪管的前端开口内, 扳动拨杆, 拨杆的顶柱 57触发开关 58, 电机工 作, 推动顶杆, 挤压药管内的活塞 51, 实现药物的推送。
由于治疗床比较重,所以在底座的底面均布安装四个脚轮 16,该四个脚轮均为万向轮, 方便了治疗床的移动。
上述中央控制单元的结构如图 9所示: 包括 CPU模块、 显示模块、 按键模块、 声光报 警模块、 升降电机控制模块、 电磁线盘控制模块和继电控制模块, CPU模块安装在设备箱 任一侧面安装的控制箱 12内, CPU模块的输入 /输出接口通过电缆 20连接流量计、水位传 感器模块、 温度传感器模块、 手柄上所装的开关及控制箱表面嵌装的显示模块、 按键模块 和声光报警模块, 升降电机控制模块、 电磁线盘控制模块和继电控制模块的一端均连接 CPU模块的输入 /输出接口,升降电机控制模块的另一端连接升降电机, 电磁线盘控制模块 的另一端连接电磁线盘, 继电控制模块的另一端连接臭氧电磁阀、 药液电磁阀、 常开电磁 阀、 注水电磁阀、 臭氧发生器和泵。
本发明的工作流程如图 9所示: 水位传感器模块包括高、 中、 低、 地四根探针。 该四 根探针分别连接 CPU模块的输入 /输出接口。 电磁线盘控制模块与市场上使用的电磁炉原 理相同, 利用涡流的原理使电磁线盘产生热量, 而且使整个水箱不带电, 保证了医生和患 者的人身安全。 在无菌水清洗时, 常开电磁阀打开, 臭氧电磁阀关闭, 药液电磁阀关闭; 在臭氧水清洗时, 常开电磁阀打开, 臭氧电磁阀打开, 药液电磁阀关闭; 在药液清洗时, 常开电磁阀关闭, 臭氧电磁阀关闭, 药液电磁阀打开; 在药物推送时, 常开电磁阀关闭, 臭氧电磁阀关闭, 药液电磁阀关闭。
当水位传感器模块出现故障或者 CPU模块没有及时控制注水电磁阀关闭时,水可以自 水箱上端安装的溢流口和设备箱上嵌装的排水口 63排出, 保护了内部各设备的安全。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种双可视妇科多功能治疗床, 其特征在于: 包括底座、 设备箱、 座椅、 弧形支 脚板、 中央控制单元、 臭氧发生器、 水箱和电源模块,
(1)设备箱安装在底座上, 在设备箱的一侧一体制出座椅支撑箱, 座椅的坐垫安装在座 椅支撑箱上端, 座椅的靠背铰装在坐垫内侧且由设备箱内所装的升降装置驱动, 坐垫外侧 和同侧的座椅支撑箱上均制出一凹槽, 该凹槽下方的座椅支撑箱上一体制出接水盆, 在凹 槽两侧的座椅支撑箱上对称滑动安装两个扶手, 该两个扶手的外侧端部分别滑动安装一个 弧形支脚板, 所述升降装置连接中央控制单元;
(2)水箱安装在设备箱内, 水箱的注水口通过净化装置连接水源, 在水箱上安装有水位 传感器模块、 温度传感器模块和电磁线盘, 水箱的出水口通过常开电磁阀连接一混合装置 的一个输入口, 该混合装置的另一个输入口通过臭氧电磁阀连接臭氧发生器, 该混合装置 的输出口通过泵连接设备箱上所装的手柄, 在手柄的前端啮合连接或插接喷头, 所述水位 传感器模块、 温度传感器模块、 电磁线盘、 常开电磁阀、 臭氧电磁阀、 臭氧发生器、 泵和 手柄上所装开关均连接中央控制单元。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的双可视妇科多功能治疗床, 其特征在于: 还包括摄像头和 显示装置, 所述摄像头安装在坐垫所制凹槽外侧地面放置的支架上端, 其一路输出端连接 设备箱上所装的医生显示装置, 另一路输出端连接设备箱上所装的病患显示装置。
3、 根据权利要求 1〜2任意一项所述的双可视妇科多功能治疗床, 其特征在于: 所述 混合装置的第三个输入口通过药液电磁阀连接设备箱上嵌装的药液口。
4、 根据权利要求 1〜2任意一项所述的双可视妇科多功能治疗床, 其特征在于: 所述 泵和混合装置之间串联流量计, 该流量计的输出端连接中央控制模块。
5、 根据权利要求 1〜2任意一项所述的双可视妇科多功能治疗床, 其特征在于: 所述 设备箱上安装一妇科药物推送枪, 该妇科药物推送枪的结构是: 包括手柄和枪管, 在手柄 上嵌装一自动复位的拨杆, 该拨杆摆转后使枪管后端同轴嵌装的电机与所述设备箱内安装 的电源模块连通, 电机输出轴同轴连接减速箱的输入轴, 该减速箱的输出轴驱动一丝杠, 该丝杠同轴嵌装在枪管内所装的用于推送药管内活塞的顶杆内, 在枪管的前端制有用于安 装药管的开口, 在枪管的前端部制有用于卡住药管外缘所制凹槽的卡口。
6、 根据权利要求 1〜2任意一项所述的双可视妇科多功能治疗床, 其特征在于: 所述 底座上均布安装四个脚轮。
7、 根据权利要求 1〜2任意一项所述的双可视妇科多功能治疗床, 其特征在于: 所述 升降装置的结构是: 包括顶杆、 齿轮、 齿条和升降电机, 顶杆的上端与所述靠背铰装, 顶 杆的下端伸入设备箱内, 在顶杆的下端部固装设备箱内竖直滑动嵌装的齿条, 齿条啮合连 接由升降电机驱动的齿轮。
8、 根据权利要求 1〜2任意一项所述的双可视妇科多功能治疗床, 其特征在于: 所述 净化装置的结构是: 包括紫外杀菌管、 注水电磁阀、 进水口和过滤器, 紫外杀菌管的一端 连通水箱的注水口, 紫外杀菌管的另一端通过注水电磁阀、 设备箱上嵌装的进水口和过滤 器连通水源。
9、 根据权利要求 1〜2任意一项所述的双可视妇科多功能治疗床, 其特征在于: 所述 水箱的上端安装一溢流口, 该溢流口连通设备箱上嵌装的排水口。
10、 根据权利要求 4所述的双可视妇科多功能治疗床, 其特征在于: 所述中央控制单 元的结构是: 包括 CPU模块、 显示模块、 按键模块、 声光报警模块、 升降电机控制模块、 电磁线盘控制模块和继电控制模块, CPU 模块安装在设备箱任一侧面安装的控制箱内, CPU模块的输入 /输出接口连接流量计、水位传感器模块、温度传感器模块、手柄上所装的 开关及控制箱表面嵌装的显示模块、 按键模块和声光报警模块, 升降电机控制模块、 电磁 线盘控制模块和继电控制模块的一端均连接 CPU模块的输入 /输出接口, 升降电机控制模 块的另一端连接升降电机, 电磁线盘控制模块的另一端连接电磁线盘, 继电控制模块的另 一端连接臭氧电磁阀、 药液电磁阀、 常开电磁阀、 注水电磁阀、 臭氧发生器和泵。
