Abstract
La présente invention concerne, dans certains modes de réalisation, des procédés et des compositions permettant d'identifier la présence d'une ossification hétérotopique, ou le risque de développer une telle ossification, en particulier avant la minéralisation de l'os. Dans des modes de réalisation particuliers, des agents MMP-9 et/ou MMP-2 comprenant des parties d'imagerie double sont utilisés pour identifier des modèles de localisation de MMP-9 et/ou de MMP-2, respectivement, permettant ainsi de prédire une ossification hétérotopique.
