Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Substrates mit einer stimuliresponsiven Beschichtung, umfassend die Schritte: a) Bereitstellen einer flüssigen Komponente A, umfassend Bestandteile zum Ausbilden eines zweidimensional oder dreidimensional vernetzten Polymers V, b) Bereitstellen einer flüssigen Komponente B, umfassend ein Polymer P mit (i) einer ersten, hydrophoben, oleophoben Domäne und (ii) einer zweiten, hydrophilen Domäne und optional (iii) ein Strukturelement S zum Binden an das aus der Komponente A bildbare vernetzte Polymer V, wobei das Strukturelement S auf der der ersten Domäne entgegengesetzten Seite des Polymers P vorgesehen ist, c) Bereitstellen eines Substrates, d) Kontaktieren der Komponenten A und B im flüssigen Zustand, e) Auftragen der Komponenten A und B auf das Substrat, f) Polymerisieren und Vernetzen von polymerisierbaren und vernetzbaren Bestandteilen der Komponente A auf dem Substrat zu Polymer V und g) Anbinden von Polymeren P aus Komponente B an Polymer V, so dass das Polymer P in einer Konfiguration und Menge auf der dem Substrat abgewandten Seite der Beschichtung vorhanden ist, dass der Kontaktwinkel von Wasser ≤ 30 ° und der Kontaktwinkel von n-Hexadecan ≥ 60 ° auf dieser Seite der Beschichtung beträgt.
