Abstract

L'invention porte sur une arthroprothèse (1) avec une implantation facilitée, en particulier pour la reconstruction biomécanique de l'articulation coxofémorale, comprenant une tige fémorale (2) et une tête sphérique (3) qui est reçue de manière rotative dans un élément cotyloïde artificiel (4) et est associée à la tige fémorale (2) au moyen d'un col à géométrie variable (5) qui agit en tant que liaison entre la tige (2) et la tête sphérique (3), le col (5) ayant une partie d'extrémité (5a) introduite avec une interférence mécanique dans une fente (6) définie dans l'extrémité libre (2a) de la tige fémorale (2), définissant ainsi un couplage conique avec la fente (6), la fente (6) ayant une forme sensiblement tronconique comportant une partie d'extrémité (6a), définie à une distance (11) de la partie inférieure (8) de la fente (6), qui a une forme sensiblement cylindrique de façon à empêcher la partie d'extrémité (5a) du col (5) de se coincer ou de se gripper avec les parois de la fente (6) si le col (5) s'enfonce, la partie d'extrémité cylindrique (6a) interrompant la conicité des parois à une distance (11) de la partie inférieure (8) de la fente (6), permettant ainsi d'empêcher un blocage ou un coinçage de l'extrémité distale de la fente (6) si le col (5) s'enfonce.
