本申请要求了申请日为2011年05月11日,申请号为201110121544.X,发明名称为“一种搜索结果的展示方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权。
【技术领域】
本发明涉及搜索引擎领域,特别涉及一种搜索结果的展示方法及装置。
【背景技术】
在现有的搜索技术当中,对搜索结果的展示通常是采用一定的排序策略对搜索结果进行排列,却不考虑搜索结果的同质特征。例如,用户在基于地理实体的搜索引擎中查询“火锅”,返回的搜索结果条目可能有“海底捞火锅(牡丹园店)”、“海底捞火锅(西单店)”等等,如果“海底捞火锅”有几十家店,根据一定的排序策略,这几十家店又都排在搜索结果列表的前列,就会造成用户搜索“火锅”,在搜索结果列表的前列看到的都是“海底捞火锅”相关店的情况。请参考图1,图1为本发明实施例中现有技术对搜索结果进行展示时的示意图。实际上,用户搜索“火锅”,很可能并不是为了找“海底捞火锅”相关店,在这种情况下,用户为了获得自己想要的结果,就需要更多的点击动作,从而增加了用户的开销。从另外一个方面看,统计数据表明约有百分之八十的用户进行搜索时,都只查看搜索结果列表首页的相关条目,但在现有技术的展示方法下,由于具有同质特征的搜索结果条目可能占据了首页的多个位置,相应地就减少了其他搜索结果条目在首页展示的机率,减少了用户点击该搜索结果条目的可能性。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种搜索结果的展示方法及装置,以解决现有技术的展示方法会减少搜索结果在首页展示机率的缺陷。
本发明提供了一种搜索结果的展示方法,包括:A. 获取用户的搜索请求;B.
根据所述搜索请求在数据库中进行查询,以得到各条搜索结果;C. 判断所述搜索请求的需求属性;D.
根据所述需求属性确定各条搜索结果的展示方式,其中所述展示方式包括在展示页面对各条搜索结果进行聚合展示或非聚合展示。
根据本发明之一优选实施例,所述需求属性包括泛需求属性或精确需求属性。

由以上技术方案可以看出,通过对搜索结果进行聚合展示,可以有效地增加搜索结果在首页展示的机率,从而增加用户对该搜索结果进行点击的可能性,同时通过搜索请求的需求属性来控制聚合展示的逻辑,使得聚合展示不是简单地以搜索结果的类别为依据,而是以用户的需要为依据,有助于提高用户体验。

【具体实施方式】
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
请参考图2,图2为本发明实施例中搜索结果的展示方法的实施例一的流程示意图。如图2所示,搜索结果的展示方法包括:
步骤101:获取用户的搜索请求。获取用户的搜索请求是进行后续处理的基础,这与现有技术中的搜索没有区别,通过搜索框即可获取到用户的搜索请求。
步骤102:根据所述搜索请求在数据库中进行查询,以得到搜索结果,其中所述搜索结果由一个或多个类别组成。
例如,在化妆品网站搜索“乳液”,可能得到“倩碧润肤露”、“倩碧防晒液”、“碧欧泉润肤露”等等,在基于地理实体的搜索引擎中搜索商场,可能得到“华联商厦上地店”、“华联商厦五道口店”、“华堂商场亚运村店”等等,这些搜索结果中具有类别特征,例如“倩碧润肤露”和“倩碧防晒液”都属于倩碧品牌,“华联商厦上地店”和“华联商厦五道口店”都属于华联商厦。根据具体的需求不同,类别用来表示各种不同层次的属性,可以包括却不仅限于:品牌、区域、歌曲、电影、食物等等。只要这种属性能够将其与别的搜索结果区分开,那么这种属性都属于本发明所描述的类别范畴。
数据库中的数据具有类别特征,这是因为数据库中的数据具有类别特征。通过数据挖掘,可以实现对数据的聚类。下面介绍一下可用于本发明中的数据挖掘方法。
方法一:通过特征模版提取类别关键词,然后用类别关键词获取属于该类别下的数据,最后为获取到的属于同一个类别下的数据打上相同的数据标签。
上述的特征模版,通常是通过统计数据证实具有较高的准确率的。例如在基于地理实体的数据库中进行数据挖掘,统计数据表明×××(@@@)在表示一家具有连锁店特征的商户时,有较高的准确率,其中×××表示总店的店名,而括号内的@@@表示分店的店名。因此通过×××(@@@)这样的特征模版,就可以先把总店的店名提取出来,而总店的店名也代表了一个商户的类别,可以作为类别的关键词。例如:“海底捞(中关村)”就匹配上面的特征模版,“海底捞”就可以提取出来作为类别的关键词。根据数据库特点的不同,其他可能的特征模版还可能包括×××—@@@、×××:@@@等等。
在得到类别的关键词(上面的例子中为总店名)后,就可以用这样的关键词在数据库中进行搜索,也就是将能够匹配这个关键词的所有数据都挖掘出来,得到所有属于该类别下的数据。仍以上面的例子说明,假如得到的类别关键词为“海底捞”,那么用这个关键词去搜索时,可能会得到的结果有“海底捞火锅牡丹园店”、“海底捞火锅朝阳分店”、“海底捞美食一条街”等等结果,如果是为了找到海底捞这家连锁店的所有分店,那么通过一些附加的特征进行过滤,就可以从这些结果中把所有分店提取出来。为了找到归属于同一类别地理实体的所有单元,可以采用的附加特征,通常有:店(分店)、行(分行、支行)、校(分校)、院(分院)、所(分所)等等。这些附加的特征可通过机器挖掘加人工补充的方式得到。利用这种方式,上面所说的例子中,就可以把“海底捞火锅牡丹园店”、“海底捞火锅朝阳分店”提取出来,而“海底捞美食一条街”就会被过滤掉。
得到归属于同一个类别的数据后,将对该类别的数据打上相同的数据标签,例如同一个类别的数据都具有相同的一个类别ID号。
方法二:对数据库中的所有数据按照名称排序,这样属于同一类别的数据将排在相邻的位置。顺序扫描所有数据,将连续的一组数据中最长公共字串的长度大于一个指定阈值的数据找出来,该公共字串就是一个潜在的类别关键词,具有该公共字串的一组数据就属于这个类别。通过过滤策略可进一步提高挖掘的准确度,例如人工审核或根据一些附加的特征,如上例中提到的店(分店)、行(分行、支行)、校(分校)、院(分院)、所(分所)等进行过滤。
例如:在基于产品的数据库中挖掘,“碧欧泉润肤露”、“碧欧泉防晒霜”、“碧欧泉极致精华素”、“碧欧泉活泉水分露”等等,在排序时,处于相邻的位置,可以提取的最长公共字串为“碧欧泉”,因此类别关键词就可以认为是“碧欧泉”,而“碧欧泉润肤露”、“碧欧泉防晒霜”、“碧欧泉极致精华素”、“碧欧泉活泉水分露”都可以认为是“碧欧泉”这个类别下的数据。
又或者是在基于地理实体的数据库中进行数据挖掘,“海底捞火锅牡丹园店”、“海底捞海淀区分店”、“海底捞火锅中关村”等等,在排序时,处于相邻的位置,可以提取的最长公共字串为“海底捞”,因此类别关键词就可以认为是“海底捞”,而“海底捞火锅牡丹园店”、“海底捞海淀区分店”、“海底捞火锅中关村”都可以认为是“海底捞”这个类别下的数据。
得到归属于同一个类别的数据后,将对该类别的数据打上相同的数据标签,例如同一个类别的数据都具有相同的一个类别ID号。
方法三:通过对页面内容的语义分析,挖掘页面的主题,从而进行聚类。
例如在通用搜索引擎的数据库中,通过对页面内容进行语义分析,可得到页面的主题,页面的主题表示的是页面所描述的内容,一个页面可以包括多个主题。例如:一个描述如何用手机上网的网页,可能包括了“手机”、“上网”两个主题,一个主题也就是一个类别。
得到归属于同一个类别的数据后,将对该类别的数据打上相同的数据标签,例如同一个类别的数据都具有相同的一个类别ID号,在上面所举的例子里,每一个页面可以标注一个或多个类别的ID号。
步骤103:判断所述搜索请求的需求属性。所述需求属性包括泛需求属性和精确需求属性。其中泛需求属性是指搜索关键词相对简单,可匹配到的搜索结果的范围比较广泛的用户搜索需求,例如用户搜索“乳液”,其目的并不是为了找到某种确定的产品,而是为了从“乳液”这样的搜索关键字得到更多的信息,以帮助他进行下一步的决策。而精确需求属性是指搜索关键词相对明确,用户用该关键词进行搜索时比较确定自己想要找的产品范围,例如用户搜索“海底捞火锅牡丹园店”,就是想得到海底捞牡丹园店的信息,而不是想要知道其他品牌火锅店的情况,也不是要得到海底捞其他店的情况,这种时候用户的需求就是精确的。
判断搜索请求的需求属性的方法可包括以下任意一种或多种的组合:
1、通过泛需求特征词表对搜索请求进行匹配验证,其中通过验证的搜索请求具有泛需求属性,否则具有精确需求属性。
泛需求特征词表可通过几个途径得到,首先是通过常见的分类表,例如以地理区域划分的词表:海淀、朝阳、丰台等,或以品牌划分的词表:索尼、碧欧泉、诺基亚等,这些分类表根据常识很容易收集到。其次,泛需求特征词表还可以通过用户搜索日志获取,获取的方法是先从用户以往的搜索词中挖掘出一些高频词和能够返回较多搜索结果的搜索词,具体的做法为将搜索频率高于一个设定阈值的搜索词提取出来或将返回的搜索结果数量高于一个设定阈值的搜索词提取出来,然后对提取出来的搜索词进行聚类,具体可通过机器学习的方法来实现,最后通过人工审核过滤掉杂质词后的搜索词,就可以作为泛需求特征词表的特征词。
2、计算每一类别下的搜索结果的数量,以得到所述数量的最大值,当所述最大值小于设定阈值时,就认为搜索请求具有精确需求属性,否则具有泛需求属性。
搜索结果可属于一个或多个类别,所以分别计算归属在每一个类别下的搜索结果的数量,从而可以得到这些数量中的一个最大值。例如搜索中关村火锅,得到“海底捞牡丹园店”、“海底捞海龙大厦店”、“辣婆婆火锅”、“小肥羊知春路店”、“小肥羊北京大学店”等搜索结果。这些搜索结果具有类别标签,根据类别标签,这些搜索结果分别属于三类:“海底捞”、“小肥羊”、“辣婆婆”。其中在“海底捞”与“小肥羊”类别下的搜索结果为2,在“辣婆婆”下的搜索结果为1。每个类别下搜索结果的数量的最大值为2,如果设定的阈值为3,由于最大值小于设定的阈值,所以可以判断“中关村火锅”就具有精确需求属性,但是如果设定的阈值为1,由于最大值大于了设定的阈值,因此将判断“中关村火锅”具有泛需求属性。
步骤104:当所述搜索请求具有泛需求属性时,在展示页面对所述搜索结果进行聚合展示。聚合展示的形式为将相同类别下的搜索结果展示为一个条目。请参考图3,图3为本发明实施例中搜索结果聚合展示的实施例的示意图。
如图3所示,类别为商户的名称,如“绿丝绦造型”是一个类别,“LA
BELLEZA倍丽莎美发沙龙”是一个类别,“审美美容美发城”也是一个类别,在“绿丝绦造型”和“审美美容美发城”类别下有多个搜索结果,按照本发明的展示方法,它们不再像现有技术那样占用多个展示位置,而是经过聚合后各自展示为一个条目。
展示的条目除了可以如图3所示那样为列表的形式,也可以为其他的形式,例如以一个圈表示一个条目,或者以其他形状、图案来表示一个条目,本发明对此不做限定。展示的条目是由条目对应的类别的标识组成的,所述的标识包括主题词、描述性文字或图片。例如图3中“绿丝绦造型”、“LA
BELLEZA倍丽莎美发沙龙”等就是主题词;“推荐: 欧阳 高健 大奎 小野”、“东城区金宝街88号金宝汇4楼408号(近金宝大厦)
”等就是描述性文字。
如果所述条目对应类别下的搜索结果超过一个,本发明之一具体实施例可在该条目打上警示性标识符,以方便与其他条目区别,例如图3所示“绿丝绦造型”、“审美美容美发城”下的搜索结果均不止一个,即在图片上加上了“连锁店”这样的警示性标识符。此外,如果所述条目对应类别下的搜索结果超过一个,所述条目还可包括一个或多个所述条目对应类别下的搜索结果的标记。例如,在“绿丝绦造型”条目中还有“翠微广场店”、“翠微广场”这样的标记,在“审美美容美发城”条目中还有“东四总店”、“五道口店”、“团结湖店”、“新街口店”这样的标记,这些标记都代表了其类别下的搜索结果。这些标记除了可以如图3所示的方式以文字来表示,还可以符号或图示的方式表示。当接收到用户对这些标记的点击信号时,将为用户返回标记代表的搜索结果的详情页面。
在通用搜索引擎的搜索结果展示时,也可将相同类别的搜索结果展示为一个条目。例如用户搜索“苹果”,由于“苹果”是一个具有多个含义的关键词,有的网页是描述苹果手机、苹果电脑或苹果公司的,有的网页是描述苹果这种水果的,有的网页是描述苹果牛仔裤的,这些不同的含义形成了类别,在进行搜索时,与“苹果”关键词匹配的网页由于具有类别标签,当需要聚合展示时,就可以将属于描述苹果手机、苹果电脑或苹果公司的网页展示为一个条目,将属于描述苹果水果的网页展示为一个条目,将描述苹果牛仔裤的网页展示为一个条目。
在另一个实施例中步骤104进一步还可包括:当搜索请求具有精确需求属性时,在展示页面对搜索结果进行非聚合展示。所谓的非聚合展示,是指不将相同类别若干个搜索结果展示为一个条目的展示方式。请参考图4,图4为本发明实施例中搜索结果非聚合展示的实施例的示意图。
步骤105:当用户点击所述条目时,根据预置策略展示所述条目对应类别下的搜索结果。
仍以图3为例,当用户点击“审美美容美发城”这个条目时,将展示属于“审美美容美发城”这个类别下的所有搜索结果。请参考图5,图5为本发明实施例中展示一个条目对应类别下的搜索结果的实施例的示意图。
所述的预置策略包括以下任意一种或多种的组合:
打开一个新页面展示所述条目对应类别下的搜索结果。
在原页面跳转至所述条目对应类别下的搜索结果。

第1种策略为常见的点击弹出新页面方式,第2种策略为通常的点击前进到新页面方式,而第3种方式不需要对整个页面进行更新,只需要将原来显示为一个条目的聚合体在原页面展开,变成多个条目,其中每个条目为一个对应类别的搜索结果。请参考图6,图6为本发明实施例中在原页面展开一个条目对应类别下的搜索结果的实施例的示意图。如图6所示,在图3的基础上,用户点击了“审美美容美发城”,则在原页面的基础上,将“审美美容美发城”条目展开,在展开的同时,可以按照图6所示保留其他条目,也可以将图6中“LA
BELLEZA倍丽莎美发沙龙”条目和“ENVY ME
lifestyle”条目隐藏。这是因为当用户点击“审美美容美发城”条目时,就表明他对“审美美容美发城”感兴趣,将其他条目隐藏起来有利于展示更多的与用户兴趣相关的搜索结果。当用户再次点击展开框内某个不含超链接的位置时,还可以将展开的条目收起,同时将隐藏的条目重新显示。
请参考图7,图7为本发明实施例中搜索结果的展示方法的实施例二的流程示意图。
在实施例二中,步骤201、202、203、204、205与实施例一中的步骤101、102、103、104、105基本相同,区别在于,在实施例二的步骤202中,数据库中的数据具有地理信息特征,所以得到的搜索结果也有地理信息特征,因此,在实施例二的步骤204中,还将在展示页面展示一个地图。所谓的地理信息特征,是指数据是一个可以在地图上标注的地理实体,例如“海龙大厦”、“海淀图书城”等,都是具有地理信息特征的地理实体。此外,本实施例进一步包括步骤206:当用户的鼠标移动至所述条目时,在所述地图上标注所述条目对应类别下的搜索结果的位置。

为本发明实施例中展示页面展示地图时的实施例的示意图。如图8所示,当用户的鼠标移动至“宏源南门涮肉城“时,地图上标注了a、b、c三个点,这分别是”宏源南门涮肉城“这个条目对应类别下的三个搜索结果的位置,其中,当用户鼠标移动至这个条目对应类别下的某个搜索结果的标记时,该搜索结果在地图上还将高亮显示。例如移动到“天坛店”,地图上的a位置将高亮显示。如果用户鼠标移动到“典派豆捞坊”,由于这个条目对应的类别只有一个搜索结果,因此“典派豆捞坊”就会直接在地图上高亮显示。
在本实施例中,并不限定步骤205与步骤206的执行顺序,图7所示的流程仅是为了描述上的需要,实际执行时步骤205与步骤206没有顺序关系,可以先执行步骤205再执行步骤206,也可以先执行步骤206再执行步骤205。
本发明中所述的需求属性,并不限定是上述实施例中的泛需求属性或精确需求属性,任何能反映用户需求的属性定义,都不超过本发明的思想。例如,在本发明的另一个实施例中,步骤103中的需求属性也可以为历史行为需求属性或非历史行为需求属性。比如,用户的搜索词在用户的历史搜索行为中出现过,就认为该搜索需求属于历史行为需求属性,否则认为该搜索需求为非历史行为需求属性。相应地,在步骤104中,可以根据需求属性确定需要对搜索结果进行聚合展示时,在展示页面对搜索结果进行聚合展示。具体的策略包括:搜索需求具有历史行为属性,而且搜索结果所属类别以前曾被用户点击,则将该类别下的搜索结果聚合展示,否则非聚合展示。除此之外,还可以根据具体的情况设定其他策略。
请参考图9,图9为本发明实施例中搜索结果的展示装置的实施例一的结构示意框图。如图9所示,搜索结果的展示装置包括:
接收单元301,用于获取用户的搜索请求。获取用户的搜索请求是进行后续处理的基础,这与现有技术中的搜索没有区别。
搜索单元302,用于根据所述搜索请求在数据库中进行查询,以得到搜索结果,其中所述搜索结果由一个或多个类别组成。
例如,在化妆品网站搜索“乳液”,可能得到“倩碧润肤露”、“倩碧防晒液”、“碧欧泉润肤露”等等,在基于地理实体的搜索引擎中搜索商场,可能得到“华联商厦上地店”、“华联商厦五道口店”、“华堂商场亚运村店”等等,这些搜索结果中具有类别特征,例如“倩碧润肤露”和“倩碧防晒液”都属于倩碧品牌,“华联商厦上地店”和“华联商厦五道口店”都属于华联商厦。根据具体的需求不同,类别用来表示各种不同层次的属性,可以包括却不仅限于:品牌、区域、歌曲、电影、食物等等。只要这种属性能够将其与别的搜索结果区分开,那么这种属性都属于本发明所描述的类别范畴。
搜索结果具有类别特征,这是因为数据库中的数据具有类别特征。通过数据挖掘,可以实现对数据的聚类。下面介绍一下可用于本发明中的数据挖掘方法。
方法一:通过特征模版提取类别关键词,然后用类别关键词获取属于该类别下的数据,最后为获取到的属于同一个类别下的数据打上相同的数据标签。
上述的特征模版,通常是通过统计数据证实具有较高的准确率的。例如在基于地理实体的数据库中进行数据挖掘,统计数据表明×××(@@@)在表示一家具有连锁店特征的商户时,有较高的准确率,其中×××表示总店的店名,而括号内的@@@表示分店的店名。因此通过×××(@@@)这样的特征模版,就可以先把总店的店名提取出来,而总店的店名也代表了一个商户的类别,可以作为类别的关键词。例如:“海底捞(中关村)”就匹配上面的特征模版,“海底捞”就可以提取出来作为类别的关键词。根据数据库特点的不同,其他可能的特征模版还可能包括×××—@@@、×××:@@@等等。
在得到类别的关键词(上面的例子中为总店名)后,就可以用这样的关键词在数据库中进行搜索,也就是将能够匹配这个关键词的所有数据都挖掘出来,得到所有属于该类别下的数据。仍以上面的例子说明,假如得到的类别关键词为“海底捞”,那么用这个关键词去搜索时,可能会得到的结果有“海底捞火锅牡丹园店”、“海底捞火锅朝阳分店”、“海底捞美食一条街”等等,如果是为了找到海底捞这家连锁店的所有分店,那么通过一些附加的特征进行过滤,就可以从这些结果中把所有分店提取出来。为了找到归属于同一类别地理实体的所有单元,可以采用的附加特征,通常有:店(分店)、行(分行、支行)、校(分校)、院(分院)、所(分所)等等。这些附加的特征可通过机器挖掘加人工补充的方式得到。利用这种方式,上面所说的例子中,就可以把“海底捞火锅牡丹园店”、“海底捞火锅朝阳分店”提取出来,而“海底捞美食一条街”就会被过滤掉。
得到归属于同一个类别的数据后,将对该类别的数据打上相同的数据标签,例如同一个类别的数据都具有相同的一个类别ID号。
方法二:对数据库中的所有数据按照名称排序,这样属于同一类别的数据将排在相邻的位置。顺序扫描所有数据,将连续的一组数据中最长公共字串的长度大于一个指定阈值的数据找出来,该公共字串就是一个潜在的类别关键词,具有该公共字串的一组数据就属于这个类别。通过过滤策略可进一步提高挖掘的准确度,例如人工审核或根据一些附加的特征,如上例中提到的店(分店)、行(分行、支行)、校(分校)、院(分院)、所(分所)等进行过滤。
例如:在基于产品的数据库中挖掘,“碧欧泉润肤露”、“碧欧泉防晒霜”、“碧欧泉极致精华素”、“碧欧泉活泉水分露”等等,在排序时,处于相邻的位置,可以提取的最长公共字串为“碧欧泉”,因此类别关键词就可以认为是“碧欧泉”,而“碧欧泉润肤露”、“碧欧泉防晒霜”、“碧欧泉极致精华素”、“碧欧泉活泉水分露”都可以认为是“碧欧泉”这个类别下的数据。
又或者是在基于地理实体的数据库中进行数据挖掘,“海底捞火锅牡丹园店”、“海底捞海淀区分店”、“海底捞火锅中关村”等等,在排序时,处于相邻的位置,可以提取的最长公共字串为“海底捞”,因此类别关键词就可以认为是“海底捞”,而“海底捞火锅牡丹园店”、“海底捞海淀区分店”、“海底捞火锅中关村”都可以认为是“海底捞”这个类别下的数据。

方法三:通过对页面内容的语义分析,挖掘页面的主题,从而进行聚类。
例如在通用搜索引擎的数据库中,通过对页面内容进行语义分析,可得到页面的主题,页面的主题表示的是页面所描述的内容,一个页面可以包括多个主题。例如:一个描述如何用手机上网的网页,可能包括了“手机”、“上网”两个主题,一个主题也就是一个类别。
得到归属于同一个类别的数据后,将对该类别的数据打上相同的数据标签,例如同一个类别的数据都具有相同的一个类别ID号,在上面所举的例子里,每一个页面可以标注一个或多个类别的ID号。
判断单元303,用于判断所述搜索请求的需求属性。所述需求属性包括泛需求属性和精确需求属性。其中泛需求属性是指搜索关键词相对简单,可匹配到的搜索结果的范围比较广泛的用户搜索需求,例如用户搜索“乳液”,其目的并不是为了找到某种确定的产品,而是为了从“乳液”这样的搜索关键字得到更多的信息,以帮助他进行下一步的决策。而精确需求属性是指搜索关键词相对明确,用户用该关键词进行搜索时比较确定自己想要找的产品范围,例如用户搜索“海底捞火锅牡丹园店”,就是想得到海底捞牡丹园店的信息,而不是想要知道其他品牌火锅店的情况,也不是要得到海底捞其他店的情况,这种时候用户的需求就是精确的。
判断单元303判断搜索请求的需求属性的方法可包括以下任意一种或多种的组合:
1、通过泛需求特征词表对搜索请求进行匹配验证,其中通过验证的搜索请求具有泛需求属性,否则具有精确需求属性。
泛需求特征词表可通过几个途径得到,首先是通过常见的分类表,例如以地理区域划分的词表:海淀、朝阳、丰台等,或以品牌划分的词表:索尼、碧欧泉、诺基亚等,这些分类表根据常识很容易收集到。其次,泛需求特征词表还可以通过用户搜索日志获取,获取的方法是先从用户以往的搜索词中挖掘出一些高频词和能够返回较多搜索结果的搜索词,具体的做法为将搜索频率高于一个设定阈值的搜索词提取出来或将返回的搜索结果数量高于一个设定阈值的搜索词提取出来,然后对提取出来的搜索词进行聚类,具体可通过机器学习的方法来实现,最后通过人工审核过滤掉杂质词后的搜索词,就可以作为泛需求特征词表的特征词。
2、计算每一类别下的搜索结果的数量,以得到所述数量的最大值,当所述最大值小于设定阈值时,就认为搜索请求具有精确需求属性,否则具有泛需求属性。
搜索结果可属于一个或多个类别,所以分别计算归属在每一个类别下的搜索结果的数量,从而可以得到这些数量中的一个最大值。例如搜索中关村火锅,得到“海底捞牡丹园店”、“海底捞海龙大厦店”、“辣婆婆火锅”、“小肥羊知春路店”、“小肥羊北京大学店”等搜索结果。这些搜索结果具有类别标签,根据类别标签,这些搜索结果分别属于三类:“海底捞”、“小肥羊”、“辣婆婆”。其中在“海底捞”与“小肥羊”类别下的搜索结果为2,在“辣婆婆”下的搜索结果为1。每个类别下搜索结果的数量的最大值为2,如果设定的阈值为3,由于最大值小于设定的阈值,所以可以判断“中关村火锅”就具有精确需求属性,但是如果设定的阈值为1,由于最大值大于了设定的阈值,因此将判断“中关村火锅”具有泛需求属性。
第一展示单元304,用于当所述搜索请求具有泛需求属性时,对所述搜索结果进行聚合展示。聚合展示的形式为将相同类别下的搜索结果展示为一个条目。请参考图3,图3为本发明实施例中搜索结果聚合展示的实施例的示意图。
如图3所示,类别为商户的名称,如“绿丝绦造型”是一个类别,“LA
BELLEZA倍丽莎美发沙龙”是一个类别,“审美美容美发城”也是一个类别,在“绿丝绦造型”和“审美美容美发城”类别下有多个搜索结果,按照本发明的展示方法,它们不再像现有技术那样占用多个展示位置,而是经过聚合后各自展示为一个条目。
展示的条目除了可以如图3所示那样为列表的形式,也可以为其他的形式,例如以一个圈表示一个条目,或者以其他形状、图案来表示一个条目,本发明对此不做限定。展示的条目是由条目对应的类别的标识组成的,所述的标识包括主题词、描述性文字或图片。例如图3中“绿丝绦造型”、“LA
BELLEZA倍丽莎美发沙龙”等就是主题词;“推荐: 欧阳 高健 大奎 小野”、“东城区金宝街88号金宝汇4楼408号(近金宝大厦)
”等就是描述性文字。
如果所述条目对应类别下的搜索结果超过一个,本发明之一具体实施例可在该条目打上警示性标识符,以方便与其他条目区别,例如图3所示“绿丝绦造型”、“审美美容美发城”下的搜索结果均不止一个,即在图片上加上了“连锁店”这样的警示性标识符。此外,如果所述条目对应类别下的搜索结果超过一个,所述条目还可包括一个或多个所述条目对应类别下的搜索结果的标记。例如,在“绿丝绦造型”条目中还有“翠微广场店”、“翠微广场”这样的标记,在“审美美容美发城”条目中还有“东四总店”、“五道口店”、“团结湖店”、“新街口店”这样的标记,这些标记都代表了其类别下的搜索结果。这些标记除了可以如图3所示的方式以文字来表示,还可以符号或图示的方式表示。当接收到用户对这些标记的点击信号时,将为用户返回标记代表的搜索结果的详情页面。
在通用搜索引擎的搜索结果展示时,也可将相同类别的搜索结果展示为一个条目。例如用户搜索“苹果”,由于“苹果”是一个具有多个含义的关键词,有的网页是描述苹果手机、苹果电脑或苹果公司的,有的网页是描述苹果这种水果的,有的网页是描述苹果牛仔裤的,这些不同的含义形成了类别,在进行搜索时,与“苹果”关键词匹配的网页由于具有类别标签,当需要聚合展示时,就可以将属于描述苹果手机、苹果电脑或苹果公司的网页展示为一个条目,将属于描述苹果水果的网页展示为一个条目,将描述苹果牛仔裤的网页展示为一个条目。
在另一个实施例中第一展示单元304还可进一步用于当搜索请求具有精确需求属性时,在展示页面对搜索结果进行非聚合展示。所谓的非聚合展示,是指不将相同类别若干个搜索结果展示为一个条目的展示方式。请参考图4,图4为本发明实施例中搜索结果非聚合展示的实施例的示意图。
第二展示单元305,用于当用户点击所述的条目时,根据预置策略展示所述条目对应类别下的搜索结果。
仍以图3为例,当用户点击“审美美容美发城”这个条目时,将展示属于“审美美容美发城”这个类别下的所有搜索结果。请参考图5,图5为本发明实施例中展示一个条目对应类别下的搜索结果的实施例示意图。
所述的预置策略包括以下任意一种或多种的组合:
打开一个新页面展示所述条目对应类别下的搜索结果。
在原页面跳转至所述条目对应类别下的搜索结果。
在原页面将所述条目展开为所述条目对应类别下的搜索结果。

在实施例二中,接收单元401、搜索单元402、判断单元403、第一展示单元404、第二展示单元405与实施例一中的接收单元301、搜索单元302、判断单元303、第一展示单元304、第二展示单元305基本相同,区别在于,数据库中的数据具有地理信息特征,所以得到的搜索结果也有地理信息特征,因此,实施例二的第一展示单元404,还用于在展示页面展示一个地图。所谓的地理信息特征,是指数据是一个可以在地图上标注的地理实体,例如“海龙大厦”、“海淀图书城”等,都是具有地理信息特征的地理实体。此外,本实施还进一步包括标注单元406,用于当用户的鼠标移动至所述条目时,在所述地图上标注所述条目对应类别下的搜索结果的位置。

- 一种搜索结果的展示方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:A. 获取用户的搜索请求;B. 根据所述搜索请求在数据库中进行查询,以得到各条搜索结果;C. 判断所述搜索请求的需求属性;D. 根据所述需求属性确定各条搜索结果的展示方式,其中所述展示方式包括在展示页面对各条搜索结果进行聚合展示或非聚合展示。
- 根据权利要求1所述的展示方法,其特征在于,所述需求属性包括泛需求属性或精确需求属性。
- 根据权利要求2所述的展示方法,其特征在于,所述步骤C判断所述需求属性的方法包括以下方式中的至少一种:方式一、通过泛需求特征词表对所述搜索请求进行匹配验证,如果所述搜索请求通过验证,则确定所述搜索请求具有泛需求属性,否则确定所述搜索请求具有精确需求属性;方式二、计算每一类别下的搜索结果的数量,以确定各类别包含的搜索结果的数量中的最大值,当所述最大值小于设定阈值时,确定所述搜索请求具有精确需求属性,否则具有泛需求属性。
