本发明所提供的终端能力信息管理和发现的方法、 系统及装置, 当终 端加入终端侧的第一能力信息处理装置所管理的网络时, 根据第一能力信 息处理装置和网络侧的第二能力信息处理装置中能力信息的存储情况, 上 传自身的能力信息; 终端离开所述网络后, 第一能力信息处理装置将所述 终端的能力信息进行备份, 第二能力信息处理装置删除所述终端的能力信 息。 使得能力信息的处理同样也可以在终端侧进行, 进一步地, 基于终端 侧能力信息处理和网络侧能力信息处理的能力信息管理系统, 既能够支持 传统的通过服务器的能力发现, 也能够支持局域的终端能力互发现, 从而 降低网络的通信和处理压力, 为终端协同业务提供支持。 附图说明

本发明的基本思想是: 终端加入终端侧的第一能力信息处理装置所管 理的网络时, 根据第一能力信息处理装置和网络侧的第二能力信息处理装 置中能力信息的存储情况, 上传自身的能力信息; 终端离开所述网络后, 第一能力信息处理装置将所述终端的能力信息进行备份, 第二能力信息处 理装置删除所述终端的能力信息。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步详细阐述。 图 1为本发明一种终端能力信息管理的方法流程示意图, 如图 1所示, 所述方法包括以下步驟:
步驟 101 , 终端加入终端侧的第一能力信息处理装置所管理的网络时, 根据第一能力信息处理装置和网络侧的第二能力信息处理装置中能力信息 的存储情况, 上传自身的能力信息;

进一步的, 步驟 101 之后, 所述方法还包括: 如果第二能力信息处理 装置中没有存储所述终端的能力信息, 则第一能力信息处理装置将所述能 力信息发送给第二能力信息处理装置进行存储。
进一步的, 步驟 102 中, 所述第一能力信息处理装置将所述终端的能 力信息进行备份后, 所述方法还包括: 当终端离开网络时间达到预设的阈 值后, 或者第一能力信息处理装置的存储空间降低超过预设的阈值后, 第 一能力信息处理装置删除备份的能力信息。
具体的, 所述删除备份的能力信息具体为: 按照备份的时间先后顺序, 优先删除较早备份的能力信息。
图 2为本发明一种终端能力信息管理的实施例的流程示意图, 如图 2 所示, 所述流程具体包括以下步驟:
步驟 201 , 终端在加入第一能力信息处理装置所管理的网络时, 向第一 能力信息处理装置发送上传能力信息请求;
具体的, 终端加入网络的情况可以是上电或开机运行, 也可以是从其 他位置移动到了所述第一能力信息处理装置管理的网络中。 步驟 202, 第一能力信息处理装置根据自身的终端能力信息存储情况, 决定是否需要终端上传能力信息, 并向终端发送响应消息;
具体的, 所述响应消息为接受消息或拒绝消息。
本步驟中, 第一能力信息处理装置接收到步驟 201 所述的上传能力信 息请求时, 第一能力信息处理装置首先查询存储区 1 (即存储区)中是否已 存在终端的能力信息, 如果已存在, 则向终端发送拒绝消息; 如果存储区 1 中不存在终端的能力信息, 则继续查询存储区 2 (即备份区)中是否已存在 终端的能力信息, 如果已存在, 则向终端发送拒绝消息, 同时将该终端的 能力信息从存储区 2转移到存储区 1;如果存储区 2中不存在终端的能力信 息, 则向终端 102发送接受消息。
步驟 203 , 终端根据步驟 202所述的响应消息, 以及终端自身的能力信 息上传标识, 向第一能力信息处理装置发送相应的能力消息;
具体的, 所述终端的能力信息上传标识, 用于标识终端是否已向第二 能力信息处理装置上传过能力信息。
本步驟中, 如果终端接收到的响应消息为接受消息, 或者能力信息上 传标识显示终端还未向第二能力信息处理装置上传过能力信息, 则终端将 能力信息和上传标识一起发送至第一能力信息处理装置, 并触发步驟 204。
本步驟中, 如果终端接收到的响应消息为拒绝消息, 且能力信息上传 标识显示终端已向第二能力信息处理装置上传过能力信息, 则终端不向第 一能力信息处理装置和第二能力信息处理装置发送能力信息, 并结束本流 程。
步驟 204, 第一能力信息处理装置将终端能力信息进行存储, 并按需转 发至第二能力信息处理装置。
具体的, 第一能力信息处理装置接收到终端的能力信息和上传标识后, 首先将终端能力信息存储至第一能力信息处理装置的存储模块中, 确切地 说是存储至存储区 1。 然后第一能力信息处理装置对上传标识进行判断, 如 果上传标识显示还未向第二能力信息处理装置上传过能力信息, 则第一能 力信息处理装置将该终端的能力信息转发至第二能力信息处理装置。
进一步的, 第一能力信息处理装置删除终端能力信息的方法是: 如果终端即将执行关机操作, 进一步从网络中退出, 则终端在关机前 向第一能力信息处理装置发送能力信息删除请求; 如果终端因为掉电或移 动性从网络中退出, 第一能力信息处理装置可以通过对与终端的通信链路 监测, 进一步发现终端从网络中退出。 在上述两种情况下, 第一能力信息 处理装置都将删除终端的能力信息, 具体为第一能力信息处理装置将该终 端的能力信息从存储区 1转移到存储区 2。
当终端离开第一能力信息处理装置管理的网络超过一定的时间阈值 时, 第一能力信息处理装置将该终端的能力信息从存储区 2删除; 或者, 第一终端能力处理装置在其剩余存储空间降到一定阈值时, 从存储区 2 中 按照终端离开的先后顺序删除终端的能力信息。
进一步的, 第二能力信息处理装置删除终端能力信息的方法是: 如果终端即将执行关机操作, 则终端在关机前向第二能力信息处理装 置发送能力信息删除请求; 如果终端因为掉电或其他原因从网络中退出, 第二能力信息处理装置可以通过对与终端的通信链路监测, 进一步发现终 端从网络中退出。 在上述两种情况下, 终端将能力信息上传标识修改为未 上传过能力信息, 第二能力信息处理装置删除终端的能力信息。
当终端因为关机或掉电等原因停止工作时, 终端在停止前向第二能力 信息处理装置发送能力信息删除请求, 第二能力信息处理装置在接收到该 请求或与终端失去链接超过一定的时间阈值时, 第二能力信息处理装置删 除该终端的能力信息。
图 3为本发明一种终端能力信息发现的方法流程示意图, 如图 3所示, 所述方法包括以下步驟:
步驟 301 , 能力信息请求装置向终端、 第一能力信息处理装置、 第二能 力信息处理装置中的至少一个, 发送能力信息请求;
具体的, 所述能力信息请求装置, 为: 能力协同的管理装置, 具体包 括: 发起业务请求的用户终端、 或者接收业务请求并帮助用户终端进行协 同管理的其他终端、 或者网络侧的服务器。

第一能力信息处理装置查询存储区中是否存储了终端的能力信息, 如 果是则返回拒绝响应, 否则查询备份区中是否存储了终端的能力信息, 如 果是则返回拒绝响应, 并将备份区中的终端能力信息转移到存储区, 否则 向终端返回接受响应。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端离开所述 网络, 包括: 终端即将执行关机操作时, 向第一能力信息处理装置和第二 能力信息处理装置发送能力信息删除请求; 终端从网络中退出, 第一能力 信息处理装置和第二能力信息处理装置通过监测终端的通信链路, 发现终 端离开所述网络; 终端离开所述网络后, 将能力信息上传标识设置为第二 能力信息处理装置中没有存储所述终端的能力信息。
6、 一种终端能力信息发现的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 能力信息请求装置向终端、 第一能力信息处理装置、 第二能力信息处 理装置中的至少一个, 发送能力信息请求;
终端、 和 /或第一能力信息处理装置、 和 /或第二能力信息处理装置将查 询到的能力信息发送给能力信息请求装置。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述能力信息请求装置 为: 能力协同的管理装置, 包括: 发起业务请求的用户终端、 或者接收业 务请求并帮助用户终端进行协同管理的其他终端、 或者网络侧的服务器; 所述能力信息请求装置向终端、 第一能力信息处理装置、 第二能力信 息处理装置中的至少一个, 发送能力信息请求, 包括:
能力信息请求装置需要查找能与其直接通信的终端时, 向至少一个终 端发起能力信息请求;
能力信息请求装置需要查找指定区域内的其他终端时, 向至少一个第 一能力信息处理装置发起能力信息请求;
能力信息请求装置需要综合利用多个区域内的多个终端时, 向至少一 个第二能力信息处理装置发送能力信息请求。
8、 一种终端能力信息管理的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 终端、 终端侧的第一能力信息处理装置和网络侧的第二能力信息处理装置; 其中, 所述终端, 用于在加入第一能力信息处理装置所管理的网络时, 根据 第一能力信息处理装置和第二能力信息处理装置中能力信息的存储情况, 上传自身的能力信息;
所述第一能力信息处理装置, 用于终端离开所述网络后, 将所述终端 的能力信息进行备份;
所述第二能力信息处理装置, 用于终端离开所述网络后, 删除所述终 端的能力信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述第一能力信息处理 装置, 还用于在接收到终端上传的能力信息之后, 在第二能力信息处理装 置中没有存储所述终端的能力信息时, 将所述能力信息发送给第二能力信 息处理装置, 由第二能力信息处理装置存储所述能力信息。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述终端根据第 一能力信息处理装置和网络侧的第二能力信息处理装置中能力信息的存储 情况, 上传自身的能力信息, 包括:
终端加入网络时, 向第一能力信息处理装置发送上传请求, 如果第一 能力信息处理装置中已经存储了所述终端的能力信息, 则向终端返回拒绝 响应, 否则向终端返回接受响应; 终端接收到接受响应后, 或者能力信息 上传标识显示第二能力信息处理装置中没有存储所述终端的能力信息, 终 端上传自身的能力信息给第一能力信息处理装置。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述如果第一能力信 息处理装置中已经存储了所述终端的能力信息, 则向终端返回拒绝响应, 否则向终端返回接受响应, 包括:
第一能力信息处理装置查询存储区中是否存储了终端的能力信息, 如 果是则返回拒绝响应, 否则查询备份区中是否存储了终端的能力信息, 如 果是则返回拒绝响应, 并将备份区中的终端能力信息转移到存储区, 否则 向终端返回接受响应。
12、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述终端离开所 述网络, 包括: 终端即将执行关机操作时, 向第一能力信息处理装置和第 二能力信息处理装置发送能力信息删除请求; 终端从网络中退出, 第一能 力信息处理装置和第二能力信息处理装置通过监测终端的通信链路, 发现 终端离开所述网络; 终端离开所述网络后, 将能力信息上传标识设置为第 二能力信息处理装置中没有存储所述终端的能力信息。
13、 一种终端能力信息发现的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括: 能 力信息请求装置、 终端、 终端侧的第一能力信息处理装置和网络侧的第二 能力信息处理装置; 其中,
所述能力信息请求装置, 用于向终端、 第一能力信息处理装置、 第二 能力信息处理装置中的至少一个, 发送能力信息请求, 且接收终端、 和 /或 第一能力信息处理装置、 和 /或第二能力信息处理装置查询到的能力信息。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述能力信息请求装 置为: 能力协同的管理装置, 包括: 发起业务请求的用户终端、 或者接收 业务请求并帮助用户终端进行协同管理的其他终端、 或者网络侧的服务器; 所述能力信息请求装置向终端、 第一能力信息处理装置、 第二能力信 息处理装置中的至少一个, 发送能力信息请求, 包括:

能力信息请求装置需要综合利用多个区域内的多个终端时, 向至少一 个第二能力信息处理装置发送能力信息请求。
15、 一种终端能力信息的管理装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置为终端侧 的第一能力信息处理装置, 用于在终端加入第一能力信息处理装置所管理 的网络时, 接收终端根据第一能力信息处理装置和第二能力信息处理装置 中能力信息的存储情况, 上传的能力信息, 终端离开所述网络后, 将所述 终端的能力信息进行备份。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一能力信息处 理装置, 还用于在接收到终端上传的能力信息之后, 在第二能力信息处理 装置中没有存储所述终端的能力信息时, 将所述能力信息发送给第二能力 信息处理装置, 由第二能力信息处理装置存储所述能力信息。
