在线升级可以延续对用户服务, 提升用户体验的效果, 然而现有的在 线升级方式, 用户直接通过在指定网站上下载升级包的方式升级, 这样存 在一定的安全隐患, 且对于用户来说不是很方便。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提出一种无线通信终端及其软件升 级方法, 有利于降低运营商的人力成本, 也减少用户的误操作。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提出一种无线通信终端软件升级方法, 其特 征在于, 所述方法包括: 服务器利用 SIM卡中的 STK的点对点短消息下载 功能, 在判断有可用更新的内容时, 发送短消息给无线通信终端, 无线通 信终端根据接收到的短消息, 触发更新操作, 进行无线通信终端软件的升 级。 进一步地, 所述服务器定期获取无线通信终端的版本号和用户的 SIM 卡号; 用户的 SIM卡号更新后, STK通过发送短消息功能通知服务器更新 数据库中的数据。
进一步地, 所述数据库更新的数据包括无线通信终端的 IMEI号、 SIM 卡号、 无线通信终端对应的 UI版本号、 无线通信终端对应的板侧版本号。

本发明的基本思想是:服务器利用 SIM卡中的 STK的点对点短消息下 载功能, 在判断有可用更新的内容时, 发送短消息给无线通信终端, 无线 通信终端根据接收到的短消息, 触发更新操作, 进行无线通信终端软件的 升级。
本发明提出了一种利用 SIM卡的 STK功能实现在线升级的方案。
本发明利用 SIM卡中的 STK的点对点短消息下载(SMS-PP download ) 功能, 将有可用更新的内容发送给终端, 终端根据 SMS-PP download短消 息的内容, 触发打开浏览器(LAUNCH BROWSER ) 功能, 实现在线升级 的功能。
本发明所述运用 STK功能实现在线升级的方法主要包括以下几个主要 步驟:
第一步: 运营商需要维护一个用户的数据库, 存放初始值, 该初始值 主要包括 SIM卡号、 国际移动设备身份识别 (IMEI, International Mobile Equipment Identity )号、 版本号。
第二步: 服务器需要定期获取用户的版本号和用户的 SIM卡号, 这样 以保证用户的版本号和所使用的 SIM 卡号能够和服务器上的数据保持一 致。 当用户的 SIM卡号更新之后, STK可以通过发送短消息( SEND SMS ) 功能通知服务器去更新自己的数据库中的数据。
第三步: 发送更新提示给用户。 当软件有新的更新时, 服务器通过新 版本的版本号和数据库中用户对应的版本号进行对比, 如果发现本版有新 的更新, 就触发 STK的 SMS-PP download功能, 发送 SMS-PP download短 消息给用户的 SIM卡。

SIM是 Subscriber Identity Module的英文缩写, 即 "用户身份识别模 块"。 它实际上是一张内含大规模集成电路的智能卡, 用来登记用户身份识 别数据和信息。
STK是 SIM Tool Kit 的英文缩写, 即 "用户识别应用开发工具"。 它包 含一组指令用于终端和 SIM卡的交互, 这样可以使 SIM卡运行卡内应用程 序, 实现增值服务的目的。
LAUNCH BROWSER命令在支持浏览器的 ME 内部请求一个浏览器 来解释 URL相关内容。
对于运营商来说, 首先要维护一个用户版本的数据库, 在改数据库中 存放用户的手机号码(MSISDN )、 IMEI号、 版本号等参数。 由于终端与自 身的 IMEI号是——对应的, 运营商可以在发送升级信息时利用 IMEI号来 唯一识别终端。 存储手机号码的目的是为了使得终端能够收到运营商的 SMS-PP download短消息。 版本号信息包括当前版本对应的用户界面 (UI, User Interface )版本号和板侧的版本号。
将所使用 SIM卡的 ICCID ( Integrated Circuit Card Identity,集成电路卡 标识符)号存储到终端中。 由于每张 SIM卡都对应唯一的 ICCID号, 所以 ICCID号可以用来区分不同的 SIM卡。将所使用 SIM卡的 ICCID号存储到 终端中的目的是为了检测用户是否更换了新的 SIM卡, 每次开机时终端内 相同, 如果相同, 则正常使用, 如果不同, STK将开启定时功能, 在使用 一段时间后, 手机将新 SIM卡的 ICCID号取代旧 SIM卡的 ICCID号存放 到手机里, 然后将 IMEI号以 STK短消息的方式发送给运营商服务器, 运 营商服务器收到该短消息后将根据 IMEI号检索相应的存储项,更新该终端 的 SIM卡号信息。
软件的升级过程是由运营商发起的, 当运营商有需要更新的软件时, 运营商则查询使用该软件的用户信息数据,找到终端 IMEI号对应的 SIM卡 号,然后向该 SIM卡号发送一条信息,该信息通过 STK的 SMS-PP download 的方式发送, 当 STK接收到 SMS-PP download短消息后, 触发 STK的 LAUNCH BROWSER功能, 该功能就会跳转至更新版本的 URL, 然后提示 用户是否更新, 如果用户确认更新, 那么链接该 URL开始升级操作, 如果 用户升级成功, STK向运营商发送一条响应信息, 运营商服务器收到该响 应信息后, 将该 IMEI号对应的版本号做相应的修改。 如果运营商服务器未 收到成功响应或收到错误信息, 说明在线升级没有成功, 此时需要运营商 间隔一段时间重新发送升级提示给用户。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的实现方法进行说明。

步驟 S202: 检测终端中存储的 ICCID号与该 SIM卡的 ICCID号是否 相同, 如果相同, 则进入步驟 S205 , 终端正常使用; 否则, 进入步驟 S203。 步驟 S203; 表示二者不同, 说明用户有更换 SIM卡操作, 开启 STK 定时器, 如果检测到该 SIM卡使用时间超过一段时间后, 可以将 STK定时 器设置为 2小时,视为用户已经确认更换 SIM卡,将 SIM卡的 ICCID号存 入终端, 覆盖终端中原有的 ICCID号。
步驟 S204: STK将无线通信终端的 IMEI号以短消息的方式发送到运 营商指定服务器。
步驟 S205: 终端正常使用。
如图 3 所示, 是本发明实施例运营商服务器版本信息数据库更新存储 内容的处理流程, 其包括:
步驟 S301 : 运营商服务器接收到 STK的短消息, 解析出短消息中包含 的 IMEI号。
步驟 S302: 遍历版本信息数据库, 查找出该 IMEI号对应的存储项。 步驟 S303: 在该 IMEI号对应的存储项中更新手机所使用的 SIM卡号 信息。
步驟 S304: 运营商服务器向终端发送更新成功的 STK消息。 如果没有 收到该消息, 可以间隔一段时间后, 终端重新发送包含 IMEI号的 STK的 短消息。
如图 4所示, 是本发明实施例无线通信终端利用 STK功能实现在线升 级的处理流程。 该方法包括以下步驟:
步驟 S401 : 设备的 STK接收到运营商发送的 SMS-PP— DOWNLOAD 短消息。
步驟 S402: 触发 STK的 LAUNCH BROWSER功能。
步驟 S403: 内置的 BROWSER连接到升级服务器的 URL。
步驟 S404: 用户选择是否升级; 如果升级, 进入步驟 S405; 否则, 进 入步驟 S408。 步驟 S405: 启动升级程序。
步驟 S406: 检测是否升级成功; 如果成功, 进入步驟 S407; 否则, 进 入步驟 S408。
步驟 S407: 触发 STK的 SEND SMS功能, 发送确认短消息给运营商 服务器。
步驟 S408: 结束。
请参考图 5 所示, 是本发明实施例无线通信终端组成示意图, 其包括 短信息接收单元、 更新触发单元、 更新判断单元和软件更新单元。
所述短消息接收单元, 用于接收服务器通过 STK发送的短消息。 所述更新触发单元, 用于在无线通信终端接收到所述短消息后, 发送 更新命令给更新判断单元或软件更新单元。
所述更新判断单元, 用于判断是否需要更新, 如果需要更新, 发送更 新命令给软件更新单元。
软件更新单元, 用于接收到更新命令后对软件进行更新。
当然, 本发明还可有多种实施方式, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 情况, 熟悉本领域的技术人员当然可根据本发明做出各种相应的更改或变 化, 但凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种无线通信终端软件升级方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 服务 器利用 SIM卡中的 STK的点对点短消息下载功能,在判断有可用更新的内 容时, 发送短消息给无线通信终端, 无线通信终端根据接收到的短消息, 触发更新操作, 进行无线通信终端软件的升级。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 所述服务器定期获取无线通信终端的版本号和用户的 SIM卡号; 用户 的 SIM卡号更新后, STK通过发送短消息功能通知服务器更新数据库中的 数据。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述数据库更新的数据包 括无线通信终端的 IMEI号、 SIM卡号、 无线通信终端对应的 UI版本号、 无线通信终端对应的板侧版本号。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 软件有新的更新时, 服务器通过新版本的版本号和数据库中用户对应 的版本号进行对比, 如果发现本版有新的更新, 触发 STK的点对点短消息 下载功能, 发送短消息给用户的 SIM卡。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括:
SIM卡收到短消息后, 触发 LAUNCH BROWSER到指定的 URL更新 版本; 用户同意更新时, 开始运行更新操作; 完成更新后, SIM卡发送短 消息给所述服务器, 更新服务器的数据库。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 无线通信终端插入 SIM卡后开机并初始化 SIM卡时,检测无线通信终 端中存储的 ICCID号与该 SIM卡的 ICCID号是否相同,如果相同则终端正 常使用; 如果不同, 则开启 STK定时器, 如果检测到 STK定时器超时, 视 为用户已经确认更换 SIM卡,将 SIM卡的 ICCID号存入终端,覆盖终端中 原有的 ICCID号; STK将无线通信终端的 IMEI号以短消息的方式发送到 所述服务器。
7、 一种无线通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述无线通信终端包括: 短消息 接收单元、 更新触发单元、 更新判断单元、 软件更新单元; 其中,
所述短消息接收单元,用于接收服务器通过 SIM卡中的 STK发送的短 消息;
所述更新触发单元, 用于在无线通信终端接收到所述短消息后, 发送 更新命令给软件更新单元或更新判断单元;
所述更新判断单元, 用于判断是否需要更新, 如果需要更新, 发送更 新命令给软件更新单元;
所述软件更新单元, 用于接收到更新命令后对软件进行更新。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的无线通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述服务器定期 获取无线通信终端的版本号和用户的 SIM卡号; 用户的 SIM卡号更新后, STK通过发送短消息功能通知服务器更新数据库中的数据。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的无线通信终端, 其特征在于, 所述数据库更新 的数据包括无线通信终端的 IMEI号、 SIM卡号、 无线通信终端对应的 UI 版本号、 无线通信终端对应的板侧版本号。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的无线通信终端, 其特征在于,
软件有新的更新时, 服务器通过新版本的版本号和数据库中用户对应 的版本号进行对比, 如果发现本版有新的更新, 触发 STK的点对点短消息 下载功能, 发送短消息给用户的 SIM卡;
SIM卡收到短消息后, 触发 LAUNCH BROWSER到指定的 URL更新 版本; 完成更新后, SIM卡发送短消息给所述服务器, 更新服务器的数据 库。
