本发明上述实施例通过检测通过扬声器 /耳机的电流, 量化电流数据, 然后通过闭环控制, 自行调节音量。 可以有效地避免更换音乐文件或者不 同种类的音乐引起的音量大小突变问题, 保护了用户的听力及避免过大的 音量引起的惊吓, 从而克服现有技术中, 如果用户播放的音乐文件变更, 或者是突然播放其他音乐文件时, 无法根据用户的设置自动调节音量的问 题, 消除音量突变给用户带来的不适, 达到符合人体舒适的程度。
具体的, 电流检测模块 10可以是一种电流检测电路, 电流检测模块 10 每隔一定时间测量扬声器 /耳机回路的电流,电流检测模块 10将采集到的电 流模拟量传递给音量量化模块 30。
音量量化模块 30用于在收集到电流检测电路传递过来的模拟量后, 进 行转化, 将该模拟量转换成一个相应的数值, 其转换算法可以根据需要进 行修改。 音量化模块收集一段时间 (该时间段可调整) 的量化数值后, 根 据软件算法生成一个表明当前音量大小的量化值。
本申请上述实施例中, 该装置还可以包括: 音量设置模块 70, 用于接 收用户对播放终端音量参数的设置, 以获取音频设定值; 音频功放模块 90, 用于将音量参数对应到增益参数, 通过调整放大电路来输出与增益参数对 应的音频。 该实施例中, 用户设置了播放音量大小, 在通过硬件检测通过 当前扬声器或者耳机的电流之后, 可以实现将电流进行量化, 从而当音频 文件变更或者突然来电时, 由于电流突然变大或者变小, 那么量化值就与 用户设定的不同, 这样可以通过软件来调节终端内部音频功放的增益, 以 便达到音量自动调节的效果。
具体的, 上述实施例中的音量设置模块 70: 用户通过终端的音量设置 界面设置当前音量, 音量设置模块 70接收到用户设置的音量参数后, 将该 参数对应到音频功放模块 90的增益参数, 然后调整音频功放芯片的增益。
音频功放模块 90是硬件芯片, 该芯片被音量设置模块 70更改增益参 数以后, 调整硬件放大电路, 调整音频输出。 在功放模块设置完毕增益后, 装置开始检测扬声器 /耳机回路的电流。
优选地, 音频量化模块 30可以包括: 处理模块, 用于将电流大小的模 拟量进行量化; 转换模块, 用于将预定时间内的获取到的量化的结果进行 转换, 以获取当前音频量化值。
本申请上述实施例中装置还可以包括: 第一判断模块, 用于通过检测 当前音频量化值的全局量和 /或标志位来判断当前音频量化值是否是用户设 定的; 保存模块, 用于如果是用户设定的, 则保存当前音频量化值, 否贝' J , 启动对比当前音频量化值与用户设定的音频设定值。
优选地, 上述实施例中的音频调节模块 50可以包括: 第二判断模块, 用于判断当前音频量化值与用户设定的音频设定值的比较值是否在预定范 围内; 调节模块, 用于如果在超出预定范围, 则调节增益参数, 以调节音 量。
具体的, 在实施过程中, 音频调节模块 50在收到音量量化模块 30传 递过来的量化值后, 可以通过全局量, 标志位等方法判断当前值是否是用 户设置的, 如果是用户设置的, 则将该量化值传递给音量保存模块, 音量 保存模块保存量化值。 此时设置流程结束。 如果当前量化值不是由用户设 置音量引起的, 则对比当前保存的用户设定的量化值, 如果改值比保存的 量化值大出一定范围, 则说明播放文件变更, 或者有其他铃声等, 此时需 要调整音量, 那么就根据两个量化值的差值逐步调整功放模块的增益参数, 以达到自动调节音量的作用。
综上可知, 本发明的自动调节音量的装置包括以下模块: 音频功放, 耳机 /扬声器, 还包括: 音量设置模块 70、 音量量化模块 30、 音频调节模块 50。
上述功能模块的具体实施过程如下: 用户通过音量设置模块 70设置音 频功放的增益, 然后通过电流检测电路检测用户设置音量后通过扬声器 /耳 机的电流, 并通过音量量化模块 30进行量化, 音量量化模块 30将量化后 的值传递给音频调节模块 50,最后通过音频调节模块 50判断当前的值是否 是用户设置音量引起的, 如果是, 则保存当前量化值, 如果不是, 则比较 当前量化值与用户设定音量的量化值, 然后根据大小设置音频功放的增益。
图 3是根据本发明实施例的自动调节音量大小的方法流程图; 图 4是 根据本发明实施例的自动调节音量大小的详细方法流程图。
如图 3所示, 该自动调节音量大小的方法包括如下步驟:
步驟 S102,通过图 2中的电流检测模块 10来检测并获取通过扬声器和 /或耳机的电流大小。
步驟 S104,通过图 2中的音量量化模块 30将获取到的电流大小进行量 化, 以获取当前音频量化值。
步驟 S106,通过图 2中的音频调节模块 50来实现根据当前音频量化值 与用户设定的音频设定值的比较结果, 来调节音量。
本发明采用电流检测模块 10检测通过扬声器 /耳机的电流大小,然后通 过音量量化模块 30将当前电流值进行量化, 最后通过音频调节模块 50对 比当前量化值与用户设定的量化值, 根据判断进行音量调节。 该实施例中, 硬件检测通过当前扬声器或者耳机的电流, 然后将电流进行量化, 当音频 文件变更或者突然来电时, 由于电流突然变大或者变小, 那么量化值就与 用户设定的不同, 这样可以通过软件来调节终端内部音频功放的增益, 以 便达到音量自动调节的效果。
本申请上述实施例中, 如图 4所示, 在通过电流检测电路来检测并获 取通过扬声器和 /或耳机的电流大小之前, 方法还可以包括: 接收用户通过 音量设置模块 70对播放终端音量参数的设置, 以获取音频设定值; 并通过 音频功效模块将音量参数对应到音频功放模块 90的增益参数, 通过调整放 大电路来输出与增益参数对应的音频。 优选地, 将获取到的电流大小进行量化, 以获取当前音频量化值的步 驟可以包括: 将电流大小的模拟量进行量化; 将预定时间内的获取到的量 化的结果进行转换, 以获取当前音频量化值。
本申请上述实施例中, 如图 4所示, 在根据当前音频量化值与用户设 定的音频设定值的比较结果, 来调节音量之前, 方法还可以包括: 通过检 测当前音频量化值的全局量和 /或标志位来判断当前音频量化值是否是用户 设定的, 其中, 如果是用户设定的, 则保存当前音频量化值, 否则, 启动 对比当前音频量化值与用户设定的音频设定值。
本申请上述实施例中, 步驟 S106根据当前音频量化值与用户设定的音 频设定值的比较结果, 来调节音量可以包括: 判断当前音频量化值与用户 设定的音频设定值的比较值是否在预定范围内, 其中, 如果在超出预定范 围, 则调节增益参数, 以调节音量。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例在附图的流程图示出的步驟可以在诸如 一组计算机可执行指令的计算机系统中执行, 并且, 虽然在流程图中示出 了逻辑顺序, 但是在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或 描述的步驟。
从以上的实施例描述中, 可以看出, 本发明实现了如下技术效果: 本 发明通过检测通过扬声器 /耳机的电流, 量化电流数据, 然后通过闭环控制, 自行调节音量。 可以有效地避免更换音乐文件或者不同种类的音乐引起的 音量大小突变问题, 保护了用户的听力及避免过大的音量引起的惊吓, 提 高了用户体验度的效果。
显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步驟 可以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者 分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执 行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来 执行, 或者将它们分别制作成多个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模 块或步驟制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特 定的硬件和软件结合。
上述说明示出并描述了本发明的一个优选实施例, 但如前所述, 应当 理解本发明并非局限于本文所披露的形式, 不应看作是对其他实施例的排 除, 而可用于各种其他组合、 修改和环境, 并能够在本文所述发明构想范 围内, 通过上述教导或相关领域的技术或知识进行改动。 而本领域人员所 进行的改动和变化不脱离本发明的精神和范围, 则都应在本发明所附权利 要求的保护范围内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种自动调节音量大小的方法, 包括:
检测并获取通过扬声器和 /或耳机的电流大小;
将获取到的所述电流大小进行量化, 以获取当前音频量化值; 根据所述当前音频量化值与用户设定的音频设定值的比较结果, 来调 节音量。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其中, 在检测并获取通过扬声器和 / 或耳机的电流大小之前, 所述方法还包括:
接收用户对播放终端音量参数的设置, 以获取所述音频设定值; 将所述音量参数对应到音频功放模块的增益参数, 通过调整放大电路 来输出与所述增益参数对应的音频。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 将获取到的所述电流大小进行 量化, 以获取当前音频量化值包括:
将所述电流大小的模拟量进行量化;
将预定时间内的获取到的量化的结果进行转换, 以获取所述当前音频 量化值。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在根据所述当前音频量化值与 用户设定的音频设定值的比较结果, 来调节音量之前, 所述方法还包括: 通过检测所述当前音频量化值的全局量和 /或标志位来判断所述当前音 频量化值是否是用户设定的, 其中, 如果是用户设定的, 则保存所述当前 音频量化值, 否则, 启动对比所述当前音频量化值与用户设定的音频设定 值。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 根据所述当前音频量化值与用 户设定的音频设定值的比较结果, 来调节音量包括:
判断所述当前音频量化值与用户设定的音频设定值的比较值是否在预 定范围内, 其中, 如果在超出预定范围, 则调节所述增益参数, 以调节音 量。
6、 一种自动调节音量大小的装置, 包括:
电流检测模块, 设置为检测并获取通过扬声器和 /或耳机的电流大小; 音量量化模块, 设置为将获取到的所述电流大小进行量化, 以获取当 前音频量化值;
音量调节模块, 设置为根据所述当前音频量化值与用户设定的音频设 定值的比较结果, 来调节音量。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
音量设置模块, 设置为接收用户对播放终端音量参数的设置, 以获取 所述音频设定值;
音频功放模块, 设置为将所述音量参数对应到增益参数, 通过调整放 大电路来输出与所述增益参数对应的音频。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述音频量化模块包括: 处理模块, 设置为将所述电流大小的模拟量进行量化;
转换模块, 设置为将预定时间内的获取到的量化的结果进行转换, 以 获取所述当前音频量化值。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
第一判断模块, 设置为通过检测所述当前音频量化值的全局量和 /或标 志位来判断所述当前音频量化值是否是用户设定的;
保存模块, 设置为如果是用户设定的, 则保存所述当前音频量化值, 否则, 启动对比所述当前音频量化值与用户设定的音频设定值。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述音量调节模块包 括:
第二判断模块, 设置为判断所述当前音频量化值与用户设定的音频设 定值的比较值是否在预定范围内;
调节模块, 设置为如果在超出预定范围, 则调节所述增益参数, 以调 节音量。
