通信接口模块 180, 通过控制总线和数据总线与微处理器 100互连, 采用微处理器 100 规定的通信模式和程式与微处理器 100进行通信, 是指蓝牙接口模块, 或无线宽带接口模 块, 或有线宽带接口模块, 或电信运营商的移动通信接口模块,或 USB接口模块, 或前述模 块的组合;
通信控制模块, 向用户提供银行卡应用, 通过通信接口模块 180与选定银行卡对应的 银行账号所属的银行的账户易管理系统建立通信连接, 通过数据通信协议, 用户能够查看、 管理与控制所述银行卡账号的信息, 包括下载新的银行卡。 所述电子银行卡进一步包括:
天线 160, 用于与外部读卡器通信;
天线控制器 150, 通过电子线路与天线 160连接, 用于通过天线与外部读卡器建立通信 连接; 天线选择器 140, 通过电子线路与天线控制器 150连接, 根据天线控制器 150传送来的 数字握手信号, 选择存储器中的无线射频卡仿真程序, 并建立选择出的仿真程序与外部读 卡器的通信连接, 由所述选择出的仿真程序与外部读卡器之间按照通信协议完成通信过程。
所述电子银行卡进一步包括: 自动保护模式, 当超出设定的时间长度后, 如果用户没 有操作, 则进入待机模式, 不再接收来自天线的信息, 如果用户再次使用, 则重新对用户 进行鉴权。 参阅图 5, 图 5是本发明优选的 IC说电子银行卡的逻辑结构示意图。

显示器, 用于显示信息和菜单;
输入装置, 用于采集用户输入的信息;
存储器, 用于存储数据和银行卡管理程序, 其中, 银行卡管理程序用于提供管理和选 择银行卡的交互界面;
微处理器, 用于执行程序和控制外设; 显示器、 输入装置和存储器通过控制总线和数 据总线与微处理器互连, 采用微处理器规定的通信模式和程式进行相互通信;
一张可重复擦写的通用磁条卡;
磁条卡连接与控制器, 通过控制总线和数据总线与微处理器互连, 采用微处理器规定 的通信模式和程式与微处理器进行通信, 用户通过银行卡管理程序提供的菜单选择银行卡 以及控制通用磁条卡的出槽, 出槽后的通用磁条卡是写有选定银行卡的数据的磁条卡, 具 有与选定银行卡一样的磁条数据。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的承载磁条卡的电子银行卡, 其特征在于, 所述通用磁条卡进 一步包含识别模块, 用于与银行卡管理程序通信交互, 对通用磁条卡进行认证与鉴权, 认 证与鉴权通过的通用磁条卡, 银行卡管理程序才会把选定银行卡的磁条数据写入到所述通 用磁条卡的磁条中。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的承载磁条卡的电子银行卡, 其特征在于, 所述电子银行卡进 一步具有使用鉴权功能, 并向鉴权通过的用户提供服务; 所述鉴权是指指纹识别模式, 或 密码验证模式, 或指纹识别与密码验证混合模式。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的承载磁条卡的电子银行卡, 其特征在于, 所述电子银行卡进 一步包括:
通信接口模块, 通过控制总线和数据总线与微处理器互连, 采用微处理器规定的通信 模式和程式与微处理器进行通信, 是指蓝牙接口模块, 或无线宽带接口模块, 或有线宽带 接口模块, 或电信运营商的移动通信接口模块,或 USB接口模块, 或前述模块的组合; 通信控制模块, 向用户提供银行卡应用, 通过通信接口模块与选定银行卡对应的银行 账号所属的银行的账户易管理系统建立通信连接, 通过数据通信协议, 用户能够查看、 管 权 利 要 求 书 理与控制所述银行卡账号的信息, 包括下载新的银行卡。
5.根据权利要求 1 所述的承载磁条卡的电子银行卡, 其特征在于, 所述电子银行卡进 一步包括:
天线, 用于与外部读卡器通信;
天线控制器, 通过电子线路与天线连接, 用于通过天线与外部读卡器建立通信连接; 天线选择器, 通过电子线路与天线控制器连接, 根据天线控制器传送来的数字握手信 号, 选择存储器中的无线射频卡仿真程序, 并建立选择出的仿真程序与外部读卡器的通信 连接, 由所述选择出的仿真程序与外部读卡器之间按照通信协议完成通信过程。
6.根据权利要求 1 所述的承载磁条卡的电子银行卡, 其特征在于, 所述电子银行卡进 一步包括: 自动保护模式, 当超出设定的时间长度后, 如果用户没有操作, 则进入待机模 式, 不再接收来自天线的信息, 如果用户再次使用, 则重新对用户进行鉴权。
7.—种承载多张 IC卡的电子银行卡, 其特征在于, 包括:
显示器, 用于显示信息和菜单;
输入装置, 用于采集用户输入的信息;
存储器, 用于存储数据和银行卡管理程序, 其中, 银行卡管理程序用于提供管理和选 择银行卡的交互界面;
微处理器, 用于执行程序和控制外设; 显示器、 输入装置和存储器通过控制总线和数 据总线与微处理器互连, 采用微处理器规定的通信模式和程式进行相互通信;
一张可重复擦写的通用 IC卡;
IC卡连接与控制器, 通过控制总线和数据总线与微处理器互连, 采用微处理器规定的 通信模式和程式与微处理器进行通信, 用户通过银行卡管理程序提供的菜单选择银行卡以 及控制通用 IC卡的出槽, 出槽后的通用 IC卡是写有选定银行卡的数据的 IC卡, 具有与选 定银行卡一样的 IC卡数据。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的一种承载多张 IC卡的电子银行卡,其特征在于, 所述通用 IC 卡进一步包含识别模块, 用于与银行卡管理程序通信交互, 对通用 IC卡进行认证与鉴权, 认证与鉴权通过的通用 IC卡, 银行卡管理程序才会把选定银行卡的 IC卡数据写入到所述 权 利 要 求 书 通用 IC卡中。
9.一种支持多中介质银行卡的电子银行卡, 其特征在于, 包括:
显示器, 用于显示信息和菜单;
输入装置, 用于采集用户输入的信息;

微处理器, 用于执行程序和控制外设; 显示器、 输入装置和存储器通过控制总线和数 据总线与微处理器互连, 采用微处理器规定的通信模式和程式进行相互通信;
一张可重复擦写的多模通用银行卡, 承载着 IC卡、 磁条卡与无线射频卡;
银行卡连接与控制器, 通过控制总线和数据总线与微处理器互连, 采用微处理器规定 的通信模式和程式与微处理器进行通信, 用户通过银行卡管理程序提供的菜单选择银行卡 以及控制多模通用银行卡的出槽, 出槽后的多模通用银行卡是写有选定银行卡数据的银行 卡, 具有与选定银行卡一样的银行卡数据。
