在本发明的一个实施例中,所述制水机主体的前壁的外表面上在竖直方向上形成有 第一滑动部, 所述按键在竖直方向上形成有第二滑动部, 所述第一滑动部与所述第二滑 动部相配合以使所述按键可在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间移动。通过设置所述第 一滑动部和第二滑动部可以使所述按键沿着预定的路线移动。
根据本发明的一个实施例, 所述第一滑动部为滑轨, 所述第二滑动部为滑槽。 在本发明的一个实施例中, 所述手动制水机还包括脱水组件面罩, 所述脱水组件面 罩安装在所述制水机主体的前壁上,且所述脱水组件面罩与所述制水机主体的前壁之间 限定有用于容纳所述脱水组件的空间。通过设置所述脱水组件面罩不仅可以对所述脱水 组件形成保护, 而且可以避免所述齿轮和齿条相啮合可能给使用者带来的伤害。 在本发明的一个实施例中, 所述按键的顶面形成有台阶限位结构, 且所述制水机主 体的前壁顶端设有挡板,所述台阶限位结构与所述挡板相配合以限定所述按键的第一位 置。 这样, 可以进一步地保证按键回复到正确的原始位置。
本发明第二方面提出了一种水箱, 包括: 箱体, 所述箱体内设置有冷冻室; 手动制 水机, 所述手动制水机放置在所述冷冻室内, 其中所述手动制水机是上述任一实施例所 述的手动制水机。
根据本发明实施例的水箱可以在较小的前侧操作空间完成脱水 ,并且在不需要制备 水块时, 可以将所述手动制水机整体取出, 从而节省了水箱的冷冻空间。

如图 2-8所示, 本发明实施例的手动制水机 100包括: 制水机主体 1 10、制水格 120 和脱;水组件。
具体地, 制水机主体 1 10为上方形成有开口的框体 1 1 1。 制水机主体 1 10的前壁设 置有第一安装孔 1 12且后壁设置有第二安装孔 1 13。 制水机主体 1 10的后壁的内表面上 设置有第一限位凸起 1 14。 需要说明的是, 制水机主体 1 10的所谓 "前壁" 为靠近使用 者的壁, 所谓 "后壁" 为远离使用者的壁, 即与所述前壁相对的壁。
制水格 120的前端设置有第一轴 121且后端设置有第二轴 122 , 其中, 制水格 120 的所谓 "前端" 为靠近使用者的端部, 所谓 "后端" 为远离使用者的端部。 第一轴 121 可旋转地支承在第一安装孔 1 12内并伸出第一安装孔 1 12 , 第二轴 122可旋转地安装在 第二安装孔 1 13 内。
所述脱水组件包括按键 131和齿轮 132 , 齿轮 132安装在第一轴 121上。 按键 131 具有与齿轮 132相啮合的齿条 133。 按键 13 1在竖直方向上在第一位置与第二位置之间 可移动以带动齿轮 132旋转, 其中当按键 13 1位于所述第一位置时, 制水格 120位于制 水位置且制水格 120的开口表面处于水平状态; 当按键 131位于所述第二位置时, 制水 格 120位于脱水位置,制水格 120的开口表面与水平面倾斜且制水格 120的后端抵接于 第一限位凸起 1 14以脱水。
在进行脱水操作时,使用者按下按键 13 1以使按键 131从第一位置移动到第二位置 从而带动制水格 120从制水位置移动到脱水位置,即从制水格 120的开口表面处于水平 面内的位置移动到开口表面与水平面倾斜的位置, 具体地, 按键 13 1 通过与齿轮 132 相啮合的齿条 133带动齿轮 132旋转,齿轮 132带动第一轴 121旋转并进而带动制水格 120旋转, 当制水格 120旋转到一定角度 (例如, 约 1 10° ~1 15° ) 时, 制水格 120的 后端抵接于第一限位凸起 1 14后停止不动,制水格 120的前端在齿轮的带动下可以继续 翻转 (例如, 约 140° -180° ) , 实现制水格 120整体扭曲, 从而完成脱水。
根据本发明实施例的手动制水机 100通过按键 131带动齿轮 132旋转,并进而带动 制水格 120旋转即可脱水。根据本发明实施例的脱水组件结构筒单、紧凑, 占用空间小, 因此, 根据本发明实施例的手动制水机 100可以在较小的前侧操作空间内完成脱水。
制水机主体 1 10可以是任何形状的上方形成有开口的框体 1 1 1 , 例如可以是长方体 框体 1 1 1、 正方体框体 1 1 1等, 也可以是抽屉式的框体 1 1 1。 第一限位凸起 1 14的具体 设定高度可以根据制水格 120的尺寸、 安装位置、 形状等进行适应性设计。 第一限位凸 起 1 14可以是长方体、 立方体、 圆柱体等。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 按键 131上设置有第二限位凸起 134。 当按键 13 1位于 第一位置时,第二限位凸起 134抵接于制水机主体 1 10以限制按键 131在竖直方向上的 位移。这样,可以保证按键 131在复位时能够复位到正确的原始位置,提高产品外观度。 同样地, 应理解, 第二限位凸起 134可以是长方体、 立方体、 圆柱体等。
在本发明的一个示例中, 还可在按键 131的顶面形成有台阶限位结构 135 , 且在制 水机主体 1 10的前壁顶端设置挡板,台阶限位结构 135和挡板相互配合可以进一步限定 按键 131的第一位置。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 制水机 100还可以包括弹性件 123 , 弹性件 123的一端 可以固定在制水格 120上,且弹性件 123的另一端可以固定在制水机主体 1 10的后壁的 内表面上。 当进行脱水操作时, 随着制水格 120的旋转, 弹性件 123被压缩或者拉长。 脱水操作结束后,使用者无需再进行制水格 120复位的操作, 通过弹性件 123恢复原状 而使制水格 120 自动复位, 从而方便使用者使用。
在本发明的一个示例中, 弹性件 123可以为扭簧。 在本发明的一个具体示例中, 所 述扭簧套在第二轴 122上, 且所述扭簧的尾端固定在第一限位凸起 1 14上。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 手动制水机 100还可以包括制水机上盖 140 , 制水机上 盖 140设置在制水格 120上且具有用于向制水格 120注水的漏斗状注水槽 141。 这样, 可以保证注水的准确性, 不会将水溅落在制水格 120的外部, 同时可以防尘。
在本发明的一些实施例中, 按键 131可以在竖直方向 (图 1和图 6中的箭头方向) 上在第一位置与第二位置之间可移动。在本发明的一个实施例中, 制水机主体 110的前 壁的外表面上可以形成有第一滑动部, 按键 131上可以形成有第二滑动部, 所述第一滑 动部与所述第二滑动部可以相配合以使按键 131 在竖直方向上在所述第一位置与所述 第二位置之间可移动。通过设置所述第一滑动部和第二滑动部可以使按键 131的移动更 平稳。
所述第一滑动部可以竖直地形成在制水机主体 110的前壁的外表面上,也可以倾斜 地形成在制水机主体 110的前壁的外表面上。所述第二滑动部可以平行齿条 133形成在 按键 131上。
在本发明的一个示例中, 所述第一滑动部可以为滑轨 115, 滑轨 115可以竖直地形 成在制水机主体 110的前壁的外表面上, 所述第二滑动部可以为滑槽 136, 滑槽 136可 以与齿条 133平行。 在本发明的另一个示例中, 所述第一滑动部可以为滑槽 136, 滑槽 136可以竖直地形成在制水机主体 110的前壁的外表面上, 所述第二滑动部可以为滑轨 115, 滑轨 115可以与齿条 133平行。
在本发明的一些实施例中, 手动制水机还可以包括脱水组件面罩 150, 脱水组件面 罩 150可以安装在制水机主体 110的前壁上, 且脱水组件面罩 150可以与制水机主体 110的前壁之间限定有用于容纳所述脱水组件的空间。 通过设置脱水组件面罩 150不仅 可以对所述脱水组件形成保护, 即对按键 131和齿轮 132形成保护, 而且可以避免使用 者在进行脱水操作时因相啮合的齿轮 132和齿条 133造成的意外伤害。
关于脱水组件面罩 150的安装方式没有特殊的限制, 例如, 可以在制水机主体 110 的前壁和脱水组件面罩 150 上设置螺紋孔, 并可以利用螺栓组件将脱水组件面罩 150 安装在制水机主体 110的前壁上。还可以在制水机主体 110的前壁上设置凸起,在脱水 组件面罩 150上设置凹槽,通过所述凸起和凹槽配合以将脱水组件面罩 150安装在制水 机主体 110的前壁上。 脱水组件面罩 150上可以设置有缺口以避让齿条 133。
需要说明的是, 根据本发明实施例的手动制水机 100 可以具有一个或多个制水格 120, 只需在制水机主体 110的所述前壁和后壁设置相应数目的第一安装孔 112和第二 安装孔 113以安装多个制水格 120,并在每个制水格 120的第一轴 121上安装齿轮 132, 在一个按键 131上设置相应数目的齿条 133以带动齿轮 132旋转即可。本领域技术人员 可以理解地是, 还可以设置相应数目的限位凸起 114、 弹性件 123、 滑轨 115、 滑槽 136 等。 这样, 可以实现按压一次按键 131以实现多个制水格 120同时翻水。
下面参照图 9描述根据本发明实施例的水箱 200。 如图 9所示, 根据本发明实施例 的水箱 200包括箱体 210和手动制水机。 箱体 210内设置有冷冻室 211, 手动制水机放 置在冷冻室 21 1 内, 其中手动制水机为参考上述任一实施例描述的手动制水机 100。 根据本发明实施例的水箱 200可以在较小的前侧操作空间内完成脱水,并且在不需 要制备水块时, 可以将手动制水机 100整体取出, 从而节省了水箱的冷冻空间。
在本说明书的描述中, 参考术语 "一个实施例" 、 "一些实施例" 、 "示例" 、 "具体示例" 、 或 "一些示例" 等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、 结 构、 材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。 在本说明书中, 对上述术 语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。 而且, 描述的具体特征、 结构、 材 料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种手动制水机, 其特征在于, 包括:
制水机主体, 所述制水机主体为形成有开口的框体, 所述制水机主体的前壁设置有 第一定位孔且后壁设置有第二定位孔, 并且在所述制水机主体的后壁的内表面上设置有 第一限位凸起;
制水格, 所述制水格的前端设置有第一轴且后端设置有第二轴, 所述第一轴可旋转 地支承在所述第一定位孔内并伸出所述第一定位孔, 所述第二轴可旋转地支承在所述第 二定位 L内; 以及
脱;水组件, 所述脱;水组件包括:
扭转部件, 所述扭转部件连接至所述第一轴, 用于在脱水时进行扭转以驱动所 述制水格扭转脱水, 且所述扭转部件上形成有齿轮; 和
按键, 所述按键具有与所述齿轮相啮合的齿条, 所述按键在竖直方向上在第一 位置与第二位置之间可移动, 以驱动所述齿轮旋转,
当所述按键位于所述第一位置时, 所述制水格位于制水位置, 所述制水格的开 口表面处于水平状态,
当所述按键位于所述第二位置时, 所述制水格位于脱水位置, 所述制水格的开 口表面处于倾斜状态且所述制水格的后端抵接于所述第一限位凸起以脱水。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的手动制水机, 其特征在于, 所述按键上设置有第二限位 凸起, 当所述按键位于所述第一位置时, 所述第二限位凸起抵接于所述制水机主体以限 制所述按键在竖直方向上的位移。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的手动制水机, 其特征在于, 还包括:
弹性件, 所述弹性件的一端固定在所述制水格上, 且所述弹性件的另一端固定在所 述制水机主体上, 所述弹性件构造成弹性地将所述制水格从所述脱水位置恢复至所述制 水位置。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的手动制水机, 其特征在于, 所述弹性件为扭簧。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的手动制水机, 其特征在于, 所述扭簧的一端固定地套在 所述第二轴上且所述扭簧的的另一端固定在所述第一限位凸起上。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的手动制水机, 其特征在于, 还包括:
制水机上盖, 所述制水机上盖设置在所述制水格上且具有用于向制水格注水的漏斗 状注水槽。
7、 根据权利要求 1 所述的手动制水机, 其特征在于, 所述制水机主体的前壁的外 表面上在竖直方向上形成有第一滑动部, 所述按键在竖直方向上形成有第二滑动部, 所 述第一滑动部与所述第二滑动部相配合,以使所述按键可在所述第一位置和所述第二位 置之间移动。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的手动制水机, 其特征在于, 所述第一滑动部为滑轨, 所 述第二滑动部为滑槽。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的手动制水机, 其特征在于, 还包括:
脱水组件面罩, 所述脱水组件面罩安装在所述制水机主体的前壁上, 且所述脱水组 件面罩与所述制水机主体的前壁之间限定有用于容纳所述脱水组件的空间。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的手动制水机, 其特征在于, 所述按键的顶面形成有台阶 限位结构, 且所述制水机主体的前壁顶端设有挡板, 所述台阶限位结构与所述挡板相配 合以限定所述按键的第一位置。
1 1、 一种水箱, 其特征在于, 包括:
箱体, 所述箱体内设置有冷冻室;
手动制水机, 所述手动制水机放置在所述冷冻室内, 其中所述手动制水机是根据权 利要求 1-10中任一项所述的手动制水机。
