Description
The mechanism for connecting of towed appliance to towing device of towing vehicle.
The area of technology
The invention relates to mechanism for connecting of towed appliance to towing device of towing vehicle, particularly appliance to pushing off the snow from ground communications, like from roads and pavements, but also to pushing off alluvial mud such as mud after floods or to spreading out of bulk material. The invention relates to mechanism for connecting of towed appliance to towing device of towing vehicle, appliance to sprinkling or appliance to spreading or appliance to cutting or appliance to ploughing or appliance to mulching or appliance to harrowing or appliance to soil cultivation or appliance to soil loosing or appliance to moss removal or appliance to lawn airing or appliance to sweeping or appliance to application of paint on the surface for driving.
Background of the invention
Snow-ploughs to pushing off the snow and to cleaning off communications are used at present, which are usually mounted on trucks and on heavier vehicles. These ploughs are mounted on the front frame and they are put into and out of operation by hydraulic devices. Other used devices are blades which are most often mounted behind tractors and they are also put into and out of operation by hydraulic devices. Fewer, but still used are snow skids which are mounted on the garden tractors, on universal two-wheelers or four-wheelers. Solutions having relation to devices to pushing off the snow mountable to vehicles are described and published in documents US5595007, US2004211095, US6202328.
Principle of the invention
The principle of the invention lies in the fact that on the towing device of towing vehicle is attachable mechanism for connecting of towed appliance to towing device of vehicle consisting of the joint of towing device which is connected with the shaft where the other end of this shaft is equipped with the first device to attaching of towed appliance. This first device may be for example a screw or pin connection. The upper part of the towed appliance is equipped with elements for mounting telescopic rod, then the other end of the telescopic rod is equipped with the second device to its attachment to the towing eye of towing vehicle or to the handle created on the bodywork or on the frame of towing vehicle. Towing eye of the towing vehicle is originally designed for attaching a towing rope when towing another vehicle. Design of the handle is like towing eye, but it is not prescriptive for connection of towing rope or draw bar. It is achieved the change of settings the blade angle and also blade stabilisation in towed direction by readjustment the length of telescopic rod, the same goes for other towed appliances. There is shaped part near the other end of the telescopic rod to prevent deformation of the rear bumper of towing vehicle. This shaped part may be equipped with a sleeve of soft material to prevent damage of towing vehicle.
Towed appliance is particularly blade to pushing off the snow from ground communications, like from roads and pavements, but also to pushing off alluvial mud such as mud after floods or to spreading out of bulk material. The blade has openings at the top for attaching the telescopic rod. The lower part of the blade may be equipped with at least one guiding device for guiding the blade in reversing. This device may be guiding eye or guiding wheel. The blade can be equipped with the third devices or mounting elements for mounting of a weight serving to increase a pressure of the blade to cleaned surface.
The blade may be two-part or multi part, while particular components of the blade are interconnected through the device. The blade may be also equipped with sprinkle device or devices to towing of sprinkle device. These devices may be mounted on mounting elements.
Towed appliance may be also appliance to sprinkling or appliance to spreading or appliance to cutting or appliance to ploughing or appliance to mulching or appliance to harrowing or appliance to soil cultivation or appliance to soil loosing or appliance to moss removal or appliance to lawn airing or appliance to sweeping or appliance to application of paint on the surface for driving.
Overview of pictures on drawings
There is a appliance to pushing off the snow - the blade, diagrammatically showed at the Fig. 1. Fig. 2 shows the blade with advantageously shaped part (7a) to prevent deformation of rear bumper of towing vehicle. Fig. 3 shows two-section blade. Fig. 4 shows the blade with mounting elements.
Examples of realization of invention
There is a mechanism to attaching of towed appliance attachable to towing device of towing vehicle, this mechanism includes joint 1 of towing device which is connected with the shaft 2, the other end of this shaft 2 is equipped with the first device 8 to attaching of towed appliance. This first device 8 may be for example the screw or pin connection.
The upper part of towed appliance is equipped with openings 3 to attaching of telescopic rod 7, the other end of this telescopic rod 7 is equipped with the second device to attaching the telescopic rod 7 to towing eye or to the handle created on the bodywork or on the frame of towing vehicle. The towing eye of towing vehicle is
originally designated to attaching of towing rope for towing of other vehicle. The design of handle is similar to towing eye, but it is not prescriptive for attaching of towing rope or towing draw bar. There is shaped part 7a near the other end of telescopic rod 7 to prevent deformation of the bodywork of towing vehicle. By readjustment of the length of telescopic rod 7 it is achieved, for example a change of setting the blade angle 4 and also stabilization of the blade in towed direction, the same goes for other towed appliances. Shaped part 7a is equipped with the sleeve from soft material to prevent damage of towing vehicle.
Towed appliance is particularly blade 4 to pushing off the snow from ground communications, like from roads and pavements, but also to pushing off alluvial mud such as mud after floods or to spreading out of bulk material.
The blade 4 is then further equipped with the third devices 5 or mounting elements 9 and 10 to mounting a weight serving to increase a pressure of the blade to cleaned surface. These third 5 devices may be for example hooks. The lower part of the blade 4 is equipped with at least one guiding device 6 to guide the blade 4 in reversing. This guiding device 6 may be guiding eye or wheel. The blade 4 may be also equipped with sprinkling device or with appliances to towing of sprinkling device which may be mounted on mounting elements 9 and 10. The blade 4 may be two-part or multi part, while particular components of the blade 4 are interconnected through device 1 1 .
