Abstract

본 발명은 냉각유체의 냉각효율을 극대화시킬 수 있는 냉각유체의 증발냉각 장치 및 방법을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명은, 냉각유체와 공기 간에 현열 열교환이 이루어지는 복수의 현열 열교환부; 및 상기 냉각유체의 증발 잠열을 이용하여 상기 냉각유체와 통과하는 공기의 온도를 떨어뜨리는 복수의 증발 냉각부;를 포함하되, 상기 공기는 상기 복수의 현열 열교환부와 상기 복수의 증발 냉각부를 교번으로 순차 경유하고, 상기 냉각유체는 상기 공기가 경유하는 상기 복수의 현열 열교환부를 역순으로 경유한 후, 상기 공기가 경유하는 상기 증발 냉각부를 역순으로 경유하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
