Description

DESCRIPTION ELECTRONIC COMPONENT MOUNTING PLATE Technical Field
The present invention relates to an electronic component mounting plate that is formed as a predetermined plate-like structure through resin molding and equipped with a component mounting part having electronic components assembled thereto and that is attached in a lower space of a seat of a vehicle.
Background Art
Figs. 9 and 10 show a related-art electronic component mounting plate 100.
The electronic component mounting plate 100 is disclosed in Patent
Literature 1. The electronic component mounting plate 100 is a
resin-molded body formed as a predetermined plate-like structure through resin molding. A mounting plate top surface 101 that is one surface of the electronic component mounting plate 100, as shown in Fig. 10, includes a component mounting part 110.
The component mounting part 110 is a part to which electronic components 120 are assembled. For example, a wire harness 121, an electronic circuit device 122 connected with the wire harness 121, and the like correspond to the electronic components 120 assembled to the
component mounting part 110. In the case of the illustrated example, the component mounting part 110 includes a harness wiring portion 111 where the wire harness 121 is wired, and a device arrangement portion 112 where the electronic circuit device 122 is arranged. The device arrangement portion 112 has a box-like structure with its top open, and an opening portion thereof is covered with a detachable cover 113.
As shown in Fig. 9, the electronic component mounting plate 100 in the related art is attached in the lower space 130 of the seat of the vehicle with a surface equipped with the component mounting part 110 turned up. The lower space 130 of the seat is a space secured below a seat skeleton 140 of the vehicle.
In other words, the electronic component mounting plate 100 in the related art is attached in the lower space 130 of the seat so that the mounting plate top surface 101 to which the electronic components 120 are assembled faces the bottom surface of the seat of the vehicle.

Summary of Invention
Technical Problem
The electronic component mounting plate 100 disclosed in Patent Literature 1 is usually attached in the lower space 130 of the seat after the assembly of the electronic components 120 is completed. In the meantime, as vehicle-mounted electronic components, a later-attached electronic component such as optional equipment may be present, which is required to be assembled to the electronic component mounting plate 100 through later attachment after the attachment process of the electronic component mounting plate 100 is completed.
However, in the electronic component mounting plate 100 in the related art, the component mounting part 110 for assembling the electronic components 120 is mounted only on the mounting plate top surface 101 that faces the bottom surface of the seat of the vehicle. Accordingly, the wire harness 121 wired at the component mounting part 110 may be covered and concealed with the bottom surface of the seat of the vehicle. As a result, in a case where an electronic circuit device 122 to be connected to the wire harness 121 through later attachment is provided, connection of the electronic circuit device 122 becomes difficult. Additionally, even in a case where a later- attached wire harness to be branch-connected to the wire harness 121 wired at the mounting plate top surface 101 is generated, connection of the later- attached wire harness may become difficult.
Such a problem originates from a low degree of freedom in the wiring of the wire harnesses that is caused as a wiring part for the wire harness 121 is limited only to the mounting plate top surface 101.
Thus, an object of the invention is to solve the above problems and to provide an electronic component mounting plate that can raise the degree of freedom in the wiring of wire harnesses in a lower space of a seat of a vehicle and easily cope with later attachment of wire harnesses or electronic circuit devices. Solution to Problem
The present invention includes some aspects including at least one of the following configurations:
(1) An electronic component mounting plate which is formed as a predetermined plate-like structure through resin molding, for being attached in a lower space of a seat of a vehicle, the electronic component mounting plate including: one or more top surface harness mounting portions formed on a top surface of the electronic component mounting plate that is adapted for facing a bottom surface of the seat in a state of being attached in the lower space of the seat so that one or more wire harnesses are capable of being positioned in a predetermined wiring shape; one more bottom surface harness mounting portions formed on a bottom surface of the electronic component mounting plate that is exposed to a floor side of the vehicle in the state of being attached in the lower space of the seat so that one or more wire harnesses are capable of being positioned in a predetermined wiring shape; and a passage portion that is formed in a groove shape that is open on one side of the outer periphery thereof to allow a side of the top surface to connect to a side of the bottom surface so that the one or more wire harnesses wired at the one or more top surface harness mounting portions can be pulled into the one more bottom surface mounting portion.
(2) The electronic component mounting plate according to
configuration (1), wherein the passage portion is provided with a placing wall portion that is formed in a shape in which an open portion of the groove faces a direction orthogonal to a thickness direction of the electronic component mounting plate, and thereby prevents the one or more wire harnesses passed through the passage portion from hanging down.
According to the above configuration (1), the electronic component mounting plate includes the one or more top surface harness mounting portions formed on the top surface, and the one or more bottom surface harness mounting portion formed on the bottom surface, and further includes the passage portion that allows the side of the top surface to connect to the side of the bottom surface so that the wire harnesses wired at the top surface harness mounting portions can be pulled into the bottom surface harness mounting portion.
Accordingly, portions of the wire harnesses wired at the top surface harness mounting portions on the top surface of the mounting plate can be pulled out to the bottom surface harness mounting portion of the bottom surface via the passage portion, and the degree of freedom in the wiring of the wire harnesses in the lower space of the seat of a vehicle can be raised.
Since the wire harnesses pulled out to the bottom surface harness mounting portion are not covered with the bottom surface of the seat, it becomes easy to connect other wire harnesses and electronic circuit devices through later attachment. Accordingly, by adopting a wiring form in which the ends of the wire harness to which other wire harnesses or electronic circuit devices may be attached later, among the wire harnesses wired at the top surface harness mounting portions, are pulled out to the bottom surface harness mounting portion in advance, it is also possible to easily cope with the later attachment of the other wire harnesses or the electronic circuit devices. Additionally, a state where the wire harnesses are inserted through the passage portion can be simply brought about by forming one side of the outer periphery of the passage portion into an open groove shape, and wedging the wire harnesses from the open portion. Accordingly, the pulling-in work of the wire harnesses from the top surface harness mounting portion to the bottom surface harness mounting portion can be easily performed.
According to the above configuration (2), the passage portion has the placing wall portion that is formed so as to have a horizontally opened U-shaped or vertically opened U-shaped cross-section, and prevents wire harnesses therethrough from hanging down. Therefore, the wire harnesses inserted through the passage portion do not hang down. That is, it is possible to prevent the wire harnesses from hanging down, and the wire harnesses come into contact with movable parts below a seat, such as a seat sliding mechanism installed on the floor surface or the like of the vehicle, and protective performance for the wire harnesses can be improved.
Advantageous Effects of Invention
According to the electronic component mounting plate according to the invention, portions of the wire harnesses wired at the top surface harness mounting portions on the top surface of the electronic component mounting plate can be pulled out to the bottom surface harness mounting portion of the bottom surface via the passage portion, and the degree of freedom in the wiring of the wire harnesses in the lower space of the seat of a vehicle can be raised. Since the wire harnesses pulled out to the bottom surface harness mounting portion are not covered with the bottom surface of the seat, it becomes easy to connect the wire harnesses or the electronic circuit devices through later attachment.
Accordingly, by adopting a wiring form in which the ends of the wire harness to which wire harnesses or electronic circuit devices may be attached later, among the wire harnesses wired at the top surface harness mounting portions, are pulled out to the bottom surface harness mounting portion in advance, it is also possible to easily cope with the later attachment of the wire harnesses or the electronic circuit devices.
Additionally, a state where the wire harnesses are inserted through the passage portion can be brought about simply by forming one side of the outer periphery of the passage portion into an open groove shape, and wedging the wire harnesses from the open portion. Accordingly, the pulling-in work of the wire harnesses from the top surface harness mounting portion to the bottom surface harness mounting portion can be easily performed.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the arrangement of the electronic component mounting plate to a lower space of a seat according to the embodiment of the invention, Fig. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of the electronic component mounting plate shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing the wiring shape of a plurality of wire harnesses wired to a top surface harness mounting portion on the electronic component mounting plate shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a state where the plurality of wire harnesses shown in Fig. 3 is arranged at the top surface harness mounting portion, and Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a state where the wire harnesses arranged at the top surface harness mounting portion are fixed by a harness fixing means mounted on the top surface harness mounting portion. Additionally, Fig. 6 is an enlarged view of the harness fixing means shown in Fig. 5, Fig. 7 is an explanatory view of a process of pulling out portions of the wire harnesses arranged at the top surface harness mounting portion to a bottom surface harness mounting portion via a passage portion, and Fig. 8 is an enlarged perspective view showing the structure of the passage portion shown in Fig. 7.
The electronic component mounting plate 1 according to the embodiment is formed as a predetermined plate-like structure through resin molding. Additionally, the electronic component mounting plate 1 is formed with a component mounting part 10 to which electronic components 20 are assembled, and is attached in a lower space of a seat 30 of a vehicle.
The lower space 30 of the seat, as shown in Fig. 1, is a space that is secured below a seat skeleton 40 that is a skeletal structure of a seat (not shown) of the vehicle. The electronic components 20 correspond to a plurality of wire harnesses 21, 22, and 23 shown in Fig. 3, electronic circuit devices 25, 26, and 27, such as a circuit board connected with the wire harnesses 22 and 23, and the like.
The wire harnesses 21, 22, and 23 are, for example, wire harnesses as standard equipment on the vehicle, and are assembled to the component mounting part 10 before the electronic component mounting plate 1 is attached in the lower space 30 of the seat.
In the present embodiment, the component mounting part 10 is a part on the electronic component mounting plate 1 to which the electronic components 20 are assembled. In the present embodiment, the electronic component mounting plate 1, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, includes a plurality of top surface harness mounting portions 11, a plurality of top surface device mounting portions 12, a bottom surface harness mounting portion 14, a passage portion 15, as the component mounting part 10.
The plurality of top surface harness mounting portions 11 is a placing surface formed on a mounting plate top surface la so that the plurality of wire harnesses 21, 22, and 23 shown in Fig. 3 can be positioned in a predetermined wiring shape. The mounting plate top surface la is a top surface of the electronic component mounting plate 1 that faces a bottom surface of the seat in a state where the electronic component mounting plate 1 is attached in the lower space of the seat.
In each top surface harness mounting portion 11, a wired wire harness is positioned and fixed in a predetermined wiring shape by a positioning projection pair 51, and a binding band 52. The positioning projection pair 51, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, includes a pair of projections 51a and 51b that holds a wire harness in the radial direction, and holds a wired wire harness to regulate movement of the wire harness.
The binding band 52, as shown in Figs. 5 and 6, includes a band body 52a capable of being wound around the outer peripheries of the wire harnesses 21, 22, and 23, and a band locking portion 52b formed integrally with the proximal end of the band body 52a. Although not shown, the band locking portion 52b has a band insertion hole through which the band body 52a is inserted, and a locking claw that engages a locking groove on the band body 52a inserted through the band insertion hole to prevent slip-out of the band body 52a.
The binding band 52, as shown in Fig. 6, fastens and fixes the wire harnesses to a band attachment portion 53 by inserting a distal end of the band body 52a wound around the outer peripheries of the wire harnesses through a hole portion (not shown) of the band attachment portion 53 provided on the top surface harness mounting portion 11 so as to protrude therefrom and then fixing the distal end to the band locking portion 52b.
The plurality of top surface device mounting portions 12 is placing surfaces formed on the mounting plate top surface la of the electronic component mounting plate 1 in order to arrange the electronic circuit devices 25, 26, and 27 shown in Fig. 3.
In this embodiment, the bottom surface harness mounting portion 14 is formed on a mounting plate bottom surface lb so that one end portions 21a and 22a of the wire harnesses 21 and 22 can be positioned in a
predetermined wiring shape. The mounting plate bottom surface lb is a bottom surface of the electronic component mounting plate 1 that is exposed to the floor side of the vehicle in a state where the electronic component mounting plate 1 is attached in the lower space of the seat.
The passage portion 15 is a passage that allows the mounting plate top surface la side and the mounting plate bottom surface lb to
communicate with each other so that one end portions 21a and 22a of the wire harnesses 21 and 22 wired at the top surface harness mounting portions 11 can be pulled into the bottom surface harness mounting portion 14, and is formed in a groove shape that is open on one side of the outer periphery thereof as shown in Fig. 8.
In this embodiment, the passage portion 15 is provided with a placing wall portion 15a that is formed so as to have a horizontally opened U-shaped cross- section in which the open portion of the groove faces a horizontal direction (the direction of an arrow XI in Fig. 8) orthogonal to the plate thickness direction (the direction of an arrow Yl in Fig. 8) of the mounting plate, and thereby prevents a wire harness from hanging down. In addition, the passage portion 15 may have a vertically opened U-shaped cross-sectional shape.
In this embodiment, one end portions 21a and 22a of the wire harnesses 21 and 22 are pulled in toward mounting plate bottom surface lb by finishing positioning and fixing to the top surface harness mounting portion 11 as shown in Figs. 3 to 5, and then inserting one end portions 21a and 22a through the passage portion 15 as shown in Figs. 7 and 8.
On the side of the one end portions 21a and 22a of the wire harnesses 21 and 22 shown in Fig. 2, the part of a section Al shown by a broken line is a part wired toward the mounting plate bottom surface lb.
One end portions 21a and 22a of the wire harnesses 21 and 22 pulled in toward the mounting plate bottom surface lb are positioned and fixed to the bottom surface harness mounting portion 14.
In the electronic component mounting plate 1 of the one embodiment described above, the component mounting part 10 includes the top surface harness mounting portions 11 formed on the mounting plate top surface la, and the bottom surface harness mounting portion 14 formed on the mounting plate bottom surface lb, and further has the passage portion 15 that allows the mounting plate top surface la side and the mounting plate bottom surface lb to communicate with each other so that the wire harnesses 21, 22, and 23 wired at the top surface harness mounting portions 11 can be pulled into the bottom surface harness mounting portion 14.
Accordingly, one end portions 21a and 22a that are portions of the wire harnesses 21, 22, and 23 wired at the top surface harness mounting portion 11 of the mounting plate top surface la can be pulled out to the bottom surface mounting portion 14 of the mounting plate bottom surface lb via the passage portion 15, and the degree of freedom in the wiring of the wire harnesses in the lower space of the seat of the vehicle can be enhanced.
Since one end portions 21a and 22a of the wire harnesses 21 and 22 pulled out to the bottom surface harness mounting portion 14 are not covered with the bottom surface of the seat, other wire harnesses and electronic circuit devices are easily connected to the wire harnesses 21 and 22 by post assembling. Accordingly, by adopting a wiring form in which one end portions 21a and 22a of the wire harnesses 21 and 22, to which other wire harnesses or electronic circuit devices may be attached later, among the wire harnesses 21, 22, 23 wired at the top surface harness mounting portions 11, are pulled out to the bottom surface harness mounting portion 14 in advance, it is also possible to easily cope with the later attachment of the other wire harnesses or the electronic circuit devices.
Additionally, in the electronic component mounting plate 1 of the one embodiment described above, a state where the wire harnesses 21 and 22 are inserted through the passage portion 15 can be brought about simply by forming one side of the outer periphery of the passage portion 15 into an open groove shape, and wedging the wire harnesses 21 and 22 from the open portion. Accordingly, the pulling-in work of the wire harnesses 21 and 22 from the top surface harness mounting portion 11 to the bottom surface harness mounting portion 14 can be easily performed.
In the electronic component mounting plate 1 of the one embodiment described above, the passage portion 15 has the placing wall portion 15a that prevents wire harness to be inserted through from hanging down.
Therefore, the wire harnesses 21 and 22 inserted through the passage portion 15 do not hang down. That is, it is possible to prevent one end portions 21a and 22a of the wire harnesses 21 and 22 hanging down, and the end portions 21a and 22a of the wire harnesses 21 and 22 coming into contact with movable parts below a seat, such as a seat sliding mechanism installed on the floor surface or the like of a vehicle, and protective
performance for the wire harnesses 21 and 22 can be improved.
In addition, the electronic component mounting plate 1 of the invention is not limited to the aforementioned embodiment, and appropriate alterations, improvements, or the like can be made.
For example, the specific number, arrangement, or the like of the equipment, such as the top surface harness mounting portions 11, the top surface device mounting portions 12, the passage portion 15, and the bottom surface harness mounting portion 14, can be variously modified in design according to the type of vehicle.
The present application is based upon and claims the benefit of Japanese patent application No. 2011-94910 filed on April 21, 2011, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
