Abstract

本发明公开了一种SIM卡保护装置,将SIM卡固定在移动终端中的SIM卡的卡座上,使其不能够正常取出,该装置可以与移动终端的锁卡软件配合,实现SIM卡的双重保护,即使移动终端中的锁卡软件被非法破解,但是,由于SIM卡处于锁死状态无法正常取出,从而大大提高了移动终端的安全性,并保护了运营商和移动终端厂商的合法权益。

Description

一种 SIM卡保护装置 技术领域
本发明涉及移动终端的用户识别模块( SIM, Subscriber Identity Module ) 卡的保护技术, 尤其涉及一种保护 SIM卡的抽屉装置。 背景技术
目前, 随着移动终端市场的迅速发展, 移动终端已经成为大部分人不 可或缺的生活工具。 运营商为了保护自己的利益, 大部分都利用软件方式 进行保护。 以移动终端为例, 移动终端厂商和运营商往往通过锁定移动国 家号码 (MCC, Mobile Country Code ) 和移动网络号码 (MNC, Mobile Network Code )来实现 SIM卡的保护, 即保证移动终端只能使用此特定运 营商的 SIM卡; 也有些运营商为了更有效的绑定用户, 利用锁卡方式进行 保护, 即通过软件识别第一张插入的 SIM卡的 ID,这样之后插入的 SIM卡 则不能正常使用, 以达到使移动终端用户能在一段时间使用自己的特定服 务或自己特定的网络的目的。 目前的移动终端厂商的加密手段多为软件加 密, 即利用一些类似于摘要算法第五版(MD5, Message Digest Algorithm ) 的加密算法对程序进行加密, 或将软件与平台结合, 把移动终端的主芯片 的芯片标识符(chipid )和 flash的 chipid进行绑定后再加密, 得到一个密 文并存储在 flash中, 每次移动终端开机都会进行校验, 但是, 由于现有的 移动终端中插入的 SIM卡并没有与移动终端的 SIM卡的卡座固定, 黑客可 以从移动终端的 SIM卡的卡座中随意取出和插入 SIM卡, 进而可以通过非 法下载软件或非法获取密钥等方式, 实现移动终端的破解, 而后就可以随 意更换 SIM卡, 以便正常使用该移动终端, 这样就会给运营商带来损失。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种 SIM卡保护装置, 将 SIM 卡固定在 SIM卡的卡座上。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种用户识别模块卡保护装置, 该装置包括金属压片、 加胶骨位; 其 中, 金属压片上设有金属弹片, 金属压片的后端为直角弯折的形状; 所述 金属压片贴附于 SIM卡上, 将金属压片与 SIM卡重叠地推入移动终端的 SIM卡的卡座时, 所述加胶骨位卡住金属弹片。
上述方案中, 所述金属压片的形状和尺寸, 与 SIM卡的完全相同。 所述金属压片的厚度为 0.5mm至 lmm。
上述方案中所述加胶骨位位于移动终端的后壳上对应 SIM卡的卡座的 位置; 所述金属弹片凸起的高度与加胶骨位的高度一致。
利用本发明的装置将 SIM卡固定在移动终端中的 SIM卡的卡座上,使 其不能够正常取出, 该装置可以与移动终端的锁卡软件配合, 实现 SIM卡 的双重保护, 即使移动终端中的锁卡软件被非法破解, 但是, 由于 SIM卡 处于锁死状态无法正常取出, 从而大大提高了移动终端的安全性, 并保护 了运营商和移动终端厂商的合法权益。 附图说明

下面通过附图及具体实施例对本发明再做进一步的详细说明。
本发明提供一种 SIM卡保护装置, 图 1是本发明保护 SIM卡的装置实 施例的结构示意图, 如图 1所示, 该装置包括金属压片 21和加胶骨位 22。 图 2是本发明中金属压片的示意图, 如图 2所示, 所述金属压片 21的 形状和尺寸与 SIM 卡完全相同, 所述金属压片 21 的中间部位设置一个 3~4mm宽的弹起部位, 即金属弹片 23; 金属压片 21的后端可制成直角弯 折的形状, 弯折面的高度和 SIM卡的厚度相同, 大约为 lmm, 将金属压片 21的后端制成直角弯折的形状,是用于包裹 SIM卡, 防止 SIM卡被恶意抽 出。
所述金属压片 21可以是硬度较大的金属片, 例如不绣钢片, 在考虑整 机厚度的前提下, 金属压片 21的厚度可以为 0.5~lmm。
图 3是本发明中加胶骨位的示意图, 如图 3所示, 在移动终端的后壳 对应 SIM卡的卡座的位置上增加一加胶骨位 22, 金属弹片 23翘起的高度 与加胶骨位的高度一致; 如图 1所示, 将金属压片 21贴附于 SIM卡上, 将 两者重叠地插入 SIM卡的卡座中, 当金属弹片 23推到加胶骨位 22处时, 稍加用力推入,使得金属压片 21上的金属弹片 23与加胶骨位 22相互卡合, 呈锁死状态, 即完成装配, 此时 SIM卡无法正常抽出。
图 1 所示整个装置可以与锁卡软件配合, 即使黑客破解锁卡软件, 但 是由于 SIM卡锁死在移动终端里, 因此无法随意更换, 非法用户仍然无法 正常使用移动终端, 如果非法用户强行拆卸装置, 取出 SIM卡, 则 SIM卡 无法顺利放回原位正常使用。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进 等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1、 一种保护用户识别模块卡的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置包括金属压 片、 加胶骨位; 其中,
金属压片上设有金属弹片, 金属压片的后端为直角弯折的形状; 所述金属压片贴附于 SIM卡上, 将金属压片与 SIM卡重叠地推入移动 终端的 SIM卡的卡座时, 所述加胶骨位卡住金属弹片。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述金属压片的形状和 尺寸, 与 SIM卡的完全相同。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述金属压片的厚度为 0.5mm至 lmm。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述加胶骨位位于移动 终端的后壳上对应 SIM卡的卡座的位置;
所述金属弹片翘起的高度与加胶骨位的高度一致。
